Bee Haven was a lovely quiet camp area, near the creek, perfect for a one night stopover heading north. Sharon was very friendly and helpful. There were lots of wallabies & bush turkeys.

What a peaceful little spot! Very happy with our stay, Sharon and Steven were lovely on arrival and we easily found a nice secluded site. The honey was delicious and they even threw in some samples of their infused honey. We'll definitely be back.

Really nice peaceful spot, and a reasonably private area even with other campers. Toilets not far from camp. Very kind hosts who we’re very willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible! Great location close to Townsville.

BeeHaven was an amazing stay. Beautiful camping spot embracing our natural wilderness, and Sharon was so helpful and relaxed on arrival. We even bought some very nice Raw Honey while we were there. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay! We felt right at home. Stephen is super helpful and friendly - we were given firewood too which was nice. Definitely recommend the honey tasting too!

Really enjoyed my time here- pretty scenery & nice and quiet. Sharon (host) was so kind & helpful, even bringing me over some firewood & yummy honey samples. Thank you for making my stay in Townsville so pleasant and simple.

Lovely couple and quiet place. Just stayed there for one night, but is a great place to stay there with family or friends. Big places for camping, so perfect for bigger groups.

Unfortunately we just stayed one night at Bee Haven but we definitely would have stayed longer if we had the time! The campsite is really relaxing and in a beautiful area, there are some animals on the property including some cows, horses and a lovely dog! In the morning when you wake up there are butterflies all around you which just makes for an amazing vibe. The owners are both really friendly and amazing people who are happy to help with anything you need. They let us even feed one of the cows which was a cool experience.
We strongly recommend that place for anyone looking for a lovely campsite in lovely area with lovely owners!

We stayed 5 nights. We thought it was awesome , there is a billabong that you can have a dip in. Very well maintained and Stephen and Sharon are very nice and friendly.

Caught over 40 Yabbies - Delicious.
Great Place - just out of Townsville, no need to stress about driving for hours and hours.
Honey is the heavenly.... will be back again soon.

Lovely little spot we were looking for a nice transit place and it was perfect. The owners were extremely accommodating and friendly and even gave us some red claw, which were good eating.

Loved our night at Bee Haven. Sharon was lovely and so friendly. Nice creek side spot with firepits . Husband was stoked he caught so many red claw and made a yummy dinner. Horse, pony, cows and a bull all gorgeous 😍

The Serenity
Absolute serenity. Since the rain the creek is full and everything looks absolutley beautiful and green. So peaceful for a few days rest.

BeeHaven is such a beautiful property. Lots of open space and wide camping sites.
Stephen and Sharon are such lovely hosts and very accommodating- even get to try some of there honey on arrival.
Creek running through the property was a hit with the kids, along with patting the horses and looking for wallabies.
Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet get away and to reconnect to nature.

One of the nicest places I’ve ever camped at. The owners are some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met and made us feel very welcome. Awesome location too, with some adorable farm animals. Would 100% camp there again.

Behaven was a lovely camp site, run by two lovely people; Sharon and Stephen were absolutely wonderful host! Sharon went as far as to fill up our drink bottle since there isn’t drinking water available and bought us some of her delightful honey to try! If you are in the area I would definitely recommend

Camping in Serenity
I absolutley loved my camping experience at Bee Haven. The warm greeting from Sharon when I arrived was amazing. When I drove down to my camp site it was absolutley picture perfect, a toilet.. and a flushing one at that, and a shower cubicle. Was already wood at the fire pit.
