Absolute stunning property.
Perfect spot on the hill overlooking the vally and the animals.
Special note for the two goats who just wanted a play and a pat from us. 10/10 would recommend staying here

A fabulous site with views of the mountains, highland cows to pat and plenty of space for my dogs to wander around the camp site. Joe was an excellent host by making sure we found the location easily and providing enough firewood to get us through our 4 day stay, especially as the temperatures started to really drop!

We absolutely loved our time at Lyndford Rolling Hills! Perched up on a hill with 360 degree views of the hills and valleys was the perfect place to relax and watch the days and the weather unfold. Joe was just so nice and made us feel very welcome, giving us plenty of ideas of where to go for that special coffee or walk. The area was easily found, freshly mown with plenty of dry firewood to ensure a rip roaring fire each night. Our dog had a ball, very content to watch nature go by and listen to the chickens, goats and cows. We are new to caravanning and found it very easy to live off the grid here for 4 days. We filled our water tanks at Lyndford Primitive Campground just minutes away. We highly recommend this spot - 10 out of 10/100 out 100 - we just loved it and will definitely be back again soon.

The view is to die for. Joe is very helpful and looked after us without being intrusive. He was very accomodating to our groups particular requirements. If we had wanted we were welcome to pat the animals, collect eggs etc. Joe supplied us with wood and the location is close to some beautiful little towns and interesting drives to dams and state forests. It was a reunion for our family and we enjoyed our stay very much. Thanks Joe.

We loved our stay at Lyndfarm.
Joe is a fantastic host. The kids loved visiting the sheep, chickens and ducks and we loved the relaxing rolling view and campfire.
We visited the Woodstock show and Carcoar easily from here. Great central spot all to ourselves

Such a beautiful spot for us to stay in our caravan. We were made so welcome by Joseph, his partner, the two German shepherd dogs and baby ‘Lambie’.
The views of the distant hills and rolling countryside were so beautiful from our campsite.
On both nights of our stay we had a warm fire in the purpose built fire pit. Joseph even supplied the wood for us to burn.
We were able to wander to the adjoining paddocks of the farm and see the ‘hairy’ highland cattle, Alpacas and sheep. We also saw chickens and ducks on the property.
Thank you so much to you both Joseph we had a very relaxing stay. Best wishes to you both on your future, you are doing an amazing job.

If you are looking for a relaxing camping spot with friendly animals, amazing views, stunning sunsets/sunrises and a beautiful night sky then I would highly recommend Lynford Rolling Hills. Joe was a great host and the camping spot was well maintained with enough fire wood for the whole trip. We had such a great time! Thanks for having us.

This was a great place to spend the Easter weekend with the family. Our three grandsons had a great time, they loved picking the figs and pears and taking their dog for walks. Jo and his wife (terribly sorry I can’t remember your name) were great hosts nothing was an issue. I would highly recommend staying at this property the night sky is beautiful and watching the sunrise and set is amazing.

Fantastic hosts. We were greeted with a fresh load of fire wood and an introduction to the friendly farm animals.
Our kids were in heaven exploring the paddock and being greeted by cows and sheep and spotting the baby alpaca hiding in the grass. A beautiful sunset and even better sunrise over the hills. We would highly recommend this camp.

A beautiful spot to stay! The views are amazing and it has a great picnic table and camp fire with plenty of fire wood for you to use. The sunrise was really worth getting up for and it was a beautiful place to stay - would 100% recommend.

Spectacular views from our campsite! There were 3 mowed sites to choose from and we chose the site with the picnic table & fire pit with all wood provided. We also walked down to visit the highland cows which were very friendly! Would visit again

What an absolutely beautiful property! The campsite is on an elevated and open part of the property that allows for beautiful views. The sunrises are stunning as well as the sunsets. We loved star gazing as well. The surrounding pastures are so open and beautiful. We are a family of 5 with 3 children between the ages of 11-15, and the kids loved staying here.
The camp location is private, and Joseph was so kind to mow 3 large sections to choose from. There was firewood already stacked when we arrived and the fire pit is well made with a flint provided there. Joseph is very friendly and welcoming and great to communicate with. He checked in on us but was very respectful of our privacy as well. He is very relaxed and willing to accommodate.
Although you need to bring your own toilet and drinking water, there is an RV dump site only around 1km away, which made it so easy to safely dispose of our toilet contents and our rubbish in the bins provided there. We also were able to collect non drinking water there to take back to the campsite for other washing purposes.
The history of the area is so interesting and we enjoyed days out visiting the amazingly preserved Gold-Mining town of Carcoar. So worth visiting. We also enjoyed taking a trip to the POW camp in Cowra as well as the Japanese Gardens there. The Kids loved the Cowra pool and we highly recommend the $5 sweet potato fries from the kiosk!
Would highly recommend staying here😃. Would definitely return.

Joseph was a great host. He responded to emails and sent directions. Always available online. The spot was peaceful and as advertised. We loved the highland cows and the 100yr old fig was delicious.

Joseph is an amazing host, and his farm has a lot to offer! Joseph is very friendly and was more than happy for us to help feed the sheep and highland cows. Theres alpacas, chickens, and honey bees also on site. The campsite is situated on a hill with a fire pit, overlooking the farm and beyond. We cannot recommend this campsite enough and we will return with friends.
Lyndhurst has a scenic drive into Orange as well!

We had such a wonderful weekend camping at Joseph’s! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and gorgeous, friendly highland cows! The campsite was perfect (flat and included a fire pit). Joseph was a fantastic host.
