Camping area was good and great if you have a furry friend. We were self sufficient and had our own toilet and shower, you certainly wouldn't want to use the rundown amenities provided.

Bunyip's HideAway primitive camp
We had to pay over $50 for the night we didn’t stay for as we got severely bogged & didn’t want to wait for a worse outcome in the morning, Definitely not a spot to go to when raining 🌧️ . The owners say the sites are “well drained” and were not very helpful when advising us to camp near their “only toilet” that isn’t maintained. They also let their dog wander around off the leash not concerned about their guests who own dogs. A camp we would rather forget.

Beautiful spot but dirty amenities
Beautiful Campsite! Flat, grassy, pretty, perfect for tent camping.
We were warned about the stained toilet and "not fancy" amenities but unfortanely have to echo some other reviews - it was quite tragic and unsanitary. The building is covered in dust and cobwebs and smells awful.. Very minimal privacy. The shower was outside and was lovely and hot but unfortunately again, just a hanging tarp with very minimal privacy. Would be a problem if the Campsite was busy as there's no way to tell if it's occupied without going around the corner and seeing someone showering. We don't mind rugged or outdoors, but I think just some dusting/cleaning and putting up a cheap sliding door would make it feel a whole lot nicer.
I would stay here again if we were fully independant with own toilet and shower.
Wouldn't recommend for large groups due to the state of amenities.
