GUY'S PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. I IMPLORE YOU TO JUST HEAR ME OUT, HENCE ALL CAPS. MRS. KERRY AND MR. NICK'S PROPERTY IS WHAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU NEEDED. THE PROPERTY IS VERY WELCOMING, PRIVATE AND SERENE. THERE IS NOT REALLY ANY LIGHT POLLUTION. THE SKY IS SO CLEAR AT NIGHT. MORE IMPORTANTLY THE HOSPITALITY??? LET ME TELL YOU MRS. KERRY KNOWS HOW TO TREAT YOU! YES, I'M TALKING TO YOU! THE FAMILY IS SOOO CARING AND TRULY CARES ABOUT YOUR COMFORT LEVEL. WE WERE ABLE TO HIKE MOST OF THE 17 ACRES BUT GOT TIRED AND HEADED BACK TO THE SITE 😆. IT'S EXTREMELY EASY TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN A STATE PARK WITHOUT THE CROWDS! THE FAMILY IS REALLY BUILDING SOMETHING SPECIAL THERE AND WE FELT LIKE A PART OF IT AND YOU CAN TOO. THEY ARE BUILDING DOMES FOR ALL OF US TO ENJOY AND SHARE THEIR EXPANSIVE PROPERTY. THE TRAILER HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. MRS. KERRY HAS THOUGHT OF EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED. SHE ACTUALLY CAME OVER AND WE SWAPPED STORIES! THE HOST'S ARE SUPER SWEET AND CARING. PLEASE BELIEVE THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD. WE MET THEM. THEY ARE HERE ON A 17 ACRE RANCH IN BERTRAM. Y'ALL LISTEN TO ME PLEASE. YOU WONT REGRET A TRIP HERE I ASSURE YOU. THE PROPERTY SITS OFF THE MAIN ROAD DOWN A SECLUDED WINDING ROAD WHICH KEEPS THE CAMPING SPIRIT ALIVE AND WELL. BOOK A TRIP AND IF YOU DONT ENJOY YOURSELF PLEASE TELL ME HOW THAT'S POSSIBLE. MRS. KERRY, MR. NICK WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK WHEN THE DOME IS COMPLETE!!!

Absolutely stunning
It was absolutely amazing and my first time ever trying out a glamping adventure. The property host is phenomenal which i believe made the experience so much better. The property is absolutely stunning. I definitely recommend. It’s really amazing knowing that the proceeds go towards the further development of the farmstead the gracious owners are creating. It’s truly beautiful.

Perseid shower viewing party
Loved the RV! It was secluded, clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and other supplies. We appreciated how well stocked the pantry and bathroom was with anything we could have possibly needed. We loved that our dogs could join us. Having to be out of the summer heat, we had several TVs to watch with streaming available. Once it finally cooled down, they had a great area for a fire pit with a single bench. You may want to bring extra camping chairs. Not a lot of light pollution so the site was great for stargazing. Kerry-Lee was a great host, responsive, and willing to help and accommodate us with whatever we needed. We also loved the special little gift. Will definitely be back knowing how close it is to longhorn caverns and inks lake.
