The sanctuary is amazing and has the best atmosphere. This is the most peaceful campsite. You are with the animals and have access when it’s the end of the day. Bonus we got awe a once in a life time southern aurora borealis! The owner and staff are the kindest I’ve ever met as well.

Our stay was wonderful! The host, Cory, is very accommodating. It was nice being able to walk around and see the animals after the park closed. Her dogs were very sweet and funny. I love all the unique names that the animals have! This was a great adventure and I would recommend it to everyone!

What an amazing and unique experience. If you or your kids love animals, this is an experience they won't forget. There are so many animals and unlike a zoo, you can get right up to them at the edge of their enclosures. The host and staff was great too. There is a little pond in the woods and my 4 year old went on an "adventure" to it through the woods too.

The camping was both rough enough to feel real and convenient enough to be enjoyable. A must for anyone who loves animals and nature

Campsite 1 has an enclosed canopy and an open fire pit on the ground, and campsite 2 has an above ground fire stove. The bathrooms are short walk away, and clean. You are camping close to some of the animal enclosures so you may hear them during the night, but that is all part of the experience :) One of their cats, Camo, is super friendly and stayed with us at the campsite. I was impressed at the variety of animals that they have. We stayed 2 days, and definitely could have stayed longer. The owner, Cory, is very nice and answered all of our questions about the animals. We’ll certainly be back!

Wow. Awesome.
Outside of the amazing experience sleeping among the animals, Cory was extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend this to anyone who appreciates the wild and conservation, but wants a restroom in range and a host to fix your problems (which she is more than willing to accommodate). Frankly, we’d recommend this to ANYONE. Thanks Cory!
