Our ranch consists of 142 acres located at the top of East Cuesta Grade, elevation approximately 2100 ft. We are secluded and it feels like you're far away from city life yet San Luis Obispo is only a twenty minute drive away. We neighbor Los Padres National Forest which has several miles of hiking and biking trails.
On our farm we have 10 sheep, 10 goats, 32 chickens, 3 pigs, 4 dogs and a cat. Interaction with farm animals is common place as most campsites are close to our animal pastures. Bee hives are located on the property as well. Honey, eggs and firewood are available for purchase. :)

There are three campsites, each with easy 4WD access. Two of the sites offer total isolation with amazing views while the third site, while in a nice setting, is more useful for a quick overnight stay with no views of the ocean or canyon. Breathe deep in nature on our 10-acre property on Kings Mountain, California hillside. Our generously sized Safari-style tents offer a unique blend of comfort and adventure. The property is located 30min from SFO, 40min from San Francisco, 30min from Palo Alto, 20 min from Half Moon Bay.
Each tent is perched on a sturdy wooden platform and features a fully furnished deck, providing a cozy space to relax and soak in the breathtaking ocean (Half Moon Bay views) and forest views (Kings Mountain).
All tents include a mini fridge and a stove, ideal for light cooking, intimate fireside storytelling, and warmth during cool days.
We suggest you bring easy-to-prep food, drinks, warm clothes, hiking shoes, and a beanie, as it can get chilly without notice. Your designated parking space is a 6-minute walk from the campsite (downhill on arrival, then back uphill (steep) in the forest), so we recommend traveling light.
Our campsite is nestled within the same property as our charming little farm.
Our goats roam the land all day and may visit you for pets and nuzzles. They are gentle, but please do not feed or let them inside the tent.
Recharge from the day with a hot shower. Grab your fresh towels from your tent and go to your outdoor allocated bathhouses, where you’ll find an indoor shower and well-appointed restrooms. They are nicely lit and stocked with bath products.
A sink area is available for dish clean-up, and a bbq/picnic area.
KM is famous for its hiking and biking trails nestled amongst the redwoods. The closest is a 15-minute walk from our campsite, and others are within a 15-minute car ride.

Peaceful and private RV camping under the oaks with picnic table, fire pit and Adirondack chairs. We currently have two sites on our property. They are about 300 feet apart and not easily visible from each other. Property is fully fenced; both sites are next to an open field under the oaks with vineyard, olive orchard and mountain views. This property is 30 miles from Paso Robles and almost perfectly centered between Missions San Antonio and San Miguel. Lakes San Antonio and Nacimiento are close by. Coastal towns of Cayucos and Morro Bay are about an hour scenic drive, passing many wineries along the way. There is space for multiple RVs or additional tents sharing your party's RV restroom facilities. Site one will accommodate sixteen people and multiple vehicles. Surrounded by cooperate timberland, it feels like there are no neighbors! There is not a house in sight but the the ridge views seem to go on forever!
- There is a simple latrine at each site. A full bath house with a flush toilet and hot shower is available next to the main house. A water spigot is attached to the main house.
- Spare camping supplies are available by the bath house if you forget something! Ask ahead if you need to borrow a specific item.
More about the property: I built my home high upon a southern ridge. Watching the river of coastal fog flow in and out below me is one of the most wonderful views to behold! I have 30 acres of land to explore and camp upon in the surrounding redwood forest.
10 miles east are Montgomery Woods redwood preserve with GIANT trees, and a little farther, perhaps a mile is the famous Orr Hot Springs Resort. If you drive a half hour west from my land you will be in the coastal Mendocino village.
We are marijuana friendly!! Thus, we have created more of an adult oriented atmosphere.

I arrived to Cosmo’s super late after a long day going up the coast. It was a last minute book that morning, if I remember right - my campsite had fallen through. His directions were spot on, and very kindly he stayed up to take me to my site and help me get set up, even going so far as to light me a fire. His property was easily navigable in the dark, and my two wheel drive made it fine. We talked for a while - what a cool guy. He was able to give me recommendations from a friend of what to do during the next legs of my trip, which was great and really did make a difference for the rest of my week. I cooked my dinner and sat stunned looking at some of the best stargazing I’ve had in a long time.When I woke up I realized that I had been sleeping next to a mountainside view - this was site 3. Talk about the best surprise I’ve gotten in a while unzipping a tent. The clouds were gathered in the valley and as I ate breakfast I got to watch the sun slowly clear then out. It was unbelievable.Before I left, Cosmo let me use his indoor solar-heated shower and told me all about his projects to build his own home and roads and move towards a more sustainable future. Overall this is really the best of what I imagine hipcamp has to offer - kind property owners & unique individuals who care about their guests while also allowing them to have their own experience. If I’m ever near Mendocino I will gladly make the trip inland to stay at his property again."

There are clean composting toilets, hot showers, a propane fire pit, heaters for the cold, a hammock bungalow, a meditation pagoda, a deck overlooking a creek, and disc golf baskets. With a fair balance of sunlight and shade, we have a garden, outdoor play equipment, and lots of open space to spread out and relax. Free wifi is available. We run a nonprofit outdoor education camp for underprivileged youth, so your stay supports our work to get youth outdoors.

It can get seasonably cold in the Santa Cruz Mountains during the winter. If visiting in the winter, rest assured we have everything covered to enjoy your stay. We have propane heaters in all main spaces for your comfort. If the power goes out, we have a standby generator that will power up camp provided we are home to turn it on. We have a woodstoves in the Owl's Nest and Eagle's Nest. We provide a fire starter log for each woodstove for each night of your stay, and guests are responsible for bringing firewood to keep the woodstoves going for continued warmth throughout each evening.

We are Albion locals lucky enough to call the Oak Show home. We live on the other end of the Oak Show property, a distance providing ample privacy for guests.
We have two young children and two Lab mix dogs. You may see us walking along the driveway. Please drive slowly. We share this space with our neighbors, children, and pets. We also ask that campers be mindful of noise in the evenings and respect our rule of all amplified music being off between the hours of 10pm-8am.
The water on our property comes from our well. Please be respectful of the drought conditions in our area and conserve water in any way possible.
The base rate for this site includes up to four people, there is an extra charge of $15 per day, per person for any extra people. Campers can set up tents or trailers around the site and have access to the kitchen and bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower. There is a kegerator, gas grill, propane heater, and a corn hole set available to rent (see Extras). There is plenty of space to set up multiple tents, perfect for a group. Navarro Beach and Van Damme State Beach are 15 minute drives away. The village of Albion has a general store and deli, as well as beautiful river and marina. A 20 minute drive North will get you to the village of Mendocino where you'll find shopping and restaurants, as well as access to hiking, biking, kayaking, and whale watching.

You will have your cabin and ample, beautiful outdoor space all to yourselves with access to hiking trails and fire roads through a private gate. You will have parking for one car directly in front of the cabin with paid parking for a second car, as we have very limited parking!
We have a wonderful variety of wildlife that lives on our property, but the presence of Coyotes and Mountain lions in the area requires me to caution bringing your own pets, as we cannot guarantee their safety! We have Bobcats and a resident Gray Fox family with daily sightings in our meadow, rumored to once be the oldest vineyard in Topanga. Owls grace the night with their call, and Red Tail Hawks ply the morning sky, but silence is our calling card considering the chaos just over the hill!

One mile away is Harvey Bear County Park, with trails for bikes, horses or walking. We are 5 minutes from the Gilroy Outlets, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle! Come, relax and enjoy nature! Enjoy Gilroy Gardens (seasonally) or go hiking at a nearby State or County Park. Or just relax at the Farm.

This is an animal farm. If you love new animal experiences, this is the place for you! If you are scared of or allergic to cats or dogs, this might not be the place for you! "The Flying Pig" has a queen bed, bunk beds twin size, and a loft with a twin mattress, all bedding included.

We serve a continental breakfast (free) or hot breakfast ($35/cabin) between 8-9am.
(we can accommodate vegetarian and dairy free diets; let us know before you come).
We provide bedding and towels. There is A/C and a plug-in heater in The Flying Pig. Please do not bring additional things to plug in except for chargers for phone/electronic devices.

Land History:
Back in the day, our land was part of a large sheep ranch. The Skunk Train was used by homes along the tracks for transportation and supply deliveries. Today, it can be heard daily on its journey along the tracks which run through neighboring properties.
The Pond Site:
We are delighted to share our lifestyle and to offer everybody a sweet, private spot in the woods next to our pond, where you can be free to explore the outdoors and observe the abundant wildlife in their undisturbed home.
We walk lightly on the land, and we expect our guests to do the same.
We are family friendly and have trails for you to explore the property and meet our horses. We also provide a tour of our off-grid solar system.
The pond site is located on a private, internal dirt road, which provides for absolute privacy. It's like experiencing an outback camping experience with the amenities of car camping. A clean outhouse, a spigot with cold, delicious mountain spring water, and a bi-level campsite with picnic table is at the site. A fire pit and second picnic table is located next to the pond for a delightful stargazing experience.
The pond is a healthy, spring fed ecosystem and quite refreshing on those hot days. It is big enough for small kayaks, paddle boards, and rafts too.
NEW 2022 Pond Site Addition:
We have installed a new fire pit this year!! Upon your arrival, you will find
complimentary, match-light firewood set up in the pit for a warm welcome to your site. More firewood is available for purchase throughout your stay. It is illegal in California to travel across county borders with firewood. Firewood often has insect eggs or larvae that can devastate a forest. Please refrain from bringing firewood purchased or harvested from outside Mendocino County.
The Best Rest Along the Way:
We have created a “self-contained” dry campsite along our main road that is van and truck camping friendly, and can take travel trailers max 16’ length. This site has no amenities and is intended to accommodate people who need a place to catch a rest without sleeping on the roadside, although many do like it as a bear bones campsite.
We are conveniently located about 10 min from the 101, for easy in-and-out access. There are lengthy internal roads and trails for unwinding and stretching your legs. Did I mention that town is less than 10 minutes from your campsite? If you forget anything, it is no biggie to run and get what you need.

Our goats roam the land all day and may visit you for pets and nuzzles. They are gentle, but please do not feed or let them inside the tent.
Recharge from the day with a hot shower. Grab your fresh towels from your tent and go to your outdoor allocated bathhouses, where you’ll find an indoor shower and well-appointed restrooms. They are nicely lit and stocked with bath products.

More about the property: I built my home high upon a southern ridge. Watching the river of coastal fog flow in and out below me is one of the most wonderful views to behold! I have 30 acres of land to explore and camp upon in the surrounding redwood forest.
10 miles east are Montgomery Woods redwood preserve with GIANT trees, and a little farther, perhaps a mile is the famous Orr Hot Springs Resort. If you drive a half hour west from my land you will be in the coastal Mendocino village.
We are marijuana friendly!! Thus, we have created more of an adult oriented atmosphere.

I arrived to Cosmo’s super late after a long day going up the coast. It was a last minute book that morning, if I remember right - my campsite had fallen through. His property was easily navigable in the dark, and my two wheel drive made it fine. We talked for a while - what a cool guy. He was able to give me recommendations from a friend of what to do during the next legs of my trip, which was great and really did make a difference for the rest of my week. I cooked my dinner and sat stunned looking at some of the best stargazing I’ve had in a long time.When I woke up I realized that I had been sleeping next to a mountainside view - this was site 3. Talk about the best surprise I’ve gotten in a while unzipping a tent. The clouds were gathered in the valley and as I ate breakfast I got to watch the sun slowly clear then out. It was unbelievable.Before I left, Cosmo let me use his indoor solar-heated shower and told me all about his projects to build his own home and roads and move towards a more sustainable future. Overall this is really the best of what I imagine hipcamp has to offer - kind property owners & unique individuals who care about their guests while also allowing them to have their own experience. If I’m ever near Mendocino I will gladly make the trip inland to stay at his property again."

It can get seasonably cold in the Santa Cruz Mountains during the winter. If visiting in the winter, rest assured we have everything covered to enjoy your stay. We have propane heaters in all main spaces for your comfort. If the power goes out, we have a standby generator that will power up camp provided we are home to turn it on. We have a woodstoves in the Owl's Nest and Eagle's Nest. We provide a fire starter log for each woodstove for each night of your stay, and guests are responsible for bringing firewood to keep the woodstoves going for continued warmth throughout each evening.

We are Albion locals lucky enough to call the Oak Show home. We live on the other end of the Oak Show property, a distance providing ample privacy for guests.
We have two young children and two Lab mix dogs. You may see us walking along the driveway. Please drive slowly. We share this space with our neighbors, children, and pets. We also ask that campers be mindful of noise in the evenings and respect our rule of all amplified music being off between the hours of 10pm-8am.
The water on our property comes from our well. Please be respectful of the drought conditions in our area and conserve water in any way possible.
The base rate for this site includes up to four people, there is an extra charge of $15 per day, per person for any extra people. Campers can set up tents or trailers around the site and have access to the kitchen and bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower. There is a kegerator, gas grill, propane heater, and a corn hole set available to rent (see Extras). There is plenty of space to set up multiple tents, perfect for a group. Navarro Beach and Van Damme State Beach are 15 minute drives away. The village of Albion has a general store and deli, as well as beautiful river and marina. A 20 minute drive North will get you to the village of Mendocino where you'll find shopping and restaurants, as well as access to hiking, biking, kayaking, and whale watching.

The Guest Cabin is your perfect escape from urban confusion and the stress of social distancing, with all amenities for a perfect getaway! We use CDC safe guidelines for cleaning your private shower, kitchenette, and bathroom, as well as a queen bed with fresh sheets under star gazers' skylights, and WiFi so you can work! Only 22 miles from downtown Los Angeles, it feels like 100 miles from civilization. 15 minutes' drive to the beach, 30 minutes to Santa Monica. We have over 70 live oaks on the property to filter the perfect air. So far from the roar of civilization, you will think you are in another world!
You will have your cabin and ample, beautiful outdoor space all to yourselves with access to hiking trails and fire roads through a private gate. You will have parking for one car directly in front of the cabin with paid parking for a second car, as we have very limited parking!
We have a wonderful variety of wildlife that lives on our property, but the presence of Coyotes and Mountain lions in the area requires me to caution bringing your own pets, as we cannot guarantee their safety! We have Bobcats and a resident Gray Fox family with daily sightings in our meadow, rumored to once be the oldest vineyard in Topanga. Owls grace the night with their call, and Red Tail Hawks ply the morning sky, but silence is our calling card considering the chaos just over the hill!

The guest restroom (outside entry in the main house) is shared with other guests. I clean it every day, between every group or guest.
We have bikes for kids, playhouses, playground, so many kid activities....and of course, animals galore!! You can feed or pet many of them. Relax, the place is yours!
One mile away is Harvey Bear County Park, with trails for bikes, horses or walking. We are 5 minutes from the Gilroy Outlets, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle! Come, relax and enjoy nature! Enjoy Gilroy Gardens (seasonally) or go hiking at a nearby State or County Park. Or just relax at the Farm.

most days we have other day-guests and events here, so please respect the arrival and check-out times. If you stay 2 nights, please be aware that you most likely won't have the whole farm to yourselves during the day.
This is an animal farm. If you love new animal experiences, this is the place for you! If you are scared of or allergic to cats or dogs, this might not be the place for you! If you can't handle new smells and sounds, this might not be the place for you. You will feed and enjoy the animals; please respect their space, no chasing and no going into their enclosures.
There is dirt, dust and various country critters. We love Country Life!!

Gas Fire pit available ; there is no BBQ.
We are exceptionally cautious with camp fires. If it is particularly hot and windy, there will be no fires. We now have a gas fire pit where you can create smores or just enjoy the campfire ambiance.
Price is $175 for the Flying Pig (up to 5 total).
Another option (as an add-on): you can pitch a tent for $45.
"The Flying Pig" has a queen bed, bunk beds twin size, and a loft with a twin mattress, all bedding included.
You are not just paying for a place to sleep; you are paying for an experience and the enjoyment of our property :-).
We serve a continental breakfast (free) or hot breakfast ($35/cabin) between 8-9am.
(we can accommodate vegetarian and dairy free diets; let us know before you come).
We provide bedding and towels. There is A/C and a plug-in heater in The Flying Pig. Please do not bring additional things to plug in except for chargers for phone/electronic devices.
We are approximately 1 1/2 hours south of San Francisco,
30 min south of San Jose (without traffic).
Gilroy Gardens is 15 min away; Harvey Bear County park is 1 mile away; Monterey and Santa Cruz and the Pinnacles National Park are approximately 1 hour away.
We recommend bringing dinner or eating before arrival to maximize your evening.

We are a 160 acre off-grid, homestead located in the coastal mountains of Mendocino County, California's Emerald Triangle. We have been homesteading here since 1998 and have developed a lifestyle where we nourish the abundance that thrives here.
Bill has built the entire homestead, including our solar system, water system, roads, our orchard, our barn, our home, and each camp site.
We grow our own food in our CCOF organically certified gardens, make all our food from scratch and make our own medicine. We are legacy, personal
Cannabis cultivators and we have a "do it yourself" attitude towards life.
We are ready to share our lifestyle with others, as we host campers on Hipcamp.
We offer an off-grid homestead tour of our solar system, a garden tour, seasonal vegetables from our gardens, an encounter with our horses. We also offer our personally, hand-crafted, organic ice cream delivered to your site.
Our land is abundant with wildlife and guests are able to view the wildlife in their natural habitat. Our internal, dirt roads are private and provide for enjoyable walks and bike rides.
Land History:
Back in the day, our land was part of a large sheep ranch. The Skunk Train was used by homes along the tracks for transportation and supply deliveries. Today, it can be heard daily on its journey along the tracks which run through neighboring properties.
The Pond Site:
We are delighted to share our lifestyle and to offer everybody a sweet, private spot in the woods next to our pond, where you can be free to explore the outdoors and observe the abundant wildlife in their undisturbed home.
We walk lightly on the land, and we expect our guests to do the same.
We are family friendly and have trails for you to explore the property and meet our horses. We also provide a tour of our off-grid solar system.
The pond site is located on a private, internal dirt road, which provides for absolute privacy. It's like experiencing an outback camping experience with the amenities of car camping. A clean outhouse, a spigot with cold, delicious mountain spring water, and a bi-level campsite with picnic table is at the site. A fire pit and second picnic table is located next to the pond for a delightful stargazing experience.
The pond is a healthy, spring fed ecosystem and quite refreshing on those hot days. It is big enough for small kayaks, paddle boards, and rafts too.
NEW 2022 Pond Site Addition:
We have installed a new fire pit this year!! Upon your arrival, you will find
complimentary, match-light firewood set up in the pit for a warm welcome to your site. More firewood is available for purchase throughout your stay. It is illegal in California to travel across county borders with firewood. Firewood often has insect eggs or larvae that can devastate a forest. Please refrain from bringing firewood purchased or harvested from outside Mendocino County.
The Best Rest Along the Way:
We have created a “self-contained” dry campsite along our main road that is van and truck camping friendly, and can take travel trailers max 16’ length. This site has no amenities and is intended to accommodate people who need a place to catch a rest without sleeping on the roadside, although many do like it as a bear bones campsite.
We are conveniently located about 10 min from the 101, for easy in-and-out access. There are lengthy internal roads and trails for unwinding and stretching your legs. Did I mention that town is less than 10 minutes from your campsite? If you forget anything, it is no biggie to run and get what you need.

Shane, was awesome and was very responsive and accommodating. Feels like you're truly out somewhere in Napa Valley. The farm was very beautiful, highly recommend and we will be back again SOON!

The property is beautiful and we enjoyed a quiet arrival and morning sitting in the sun overlooking the views of the Pacific and SLO. We would highly recommend staying at Karina and Chris’s. We had a lovely time camping on Karina & Chris’s property. The sight was well maintained, private, and the views were spectacular. We really enjoyed a hike right from our campsite along the ridge. We will definitely come back to camp here again. 1 small negative, but certainly not a deal breaker, there was a dog barking a lot while we were there. Not sure if he’s the owners or a neighbors, but it got a bit annoying. Other than that, a fantastic place to camp.

This is such a beautiful spot. For my boyfriend and I's first camping trip with our dog this was absolutely perfect! The views were incredible, and we were so close to so many possible activities in the area. We came to hike and were delighted to know you could start a hike directly from your campsite! We also got to see the farm animals which was such a treat. Shane is the most accommodating, he made sure to explain everything we needed, was always one message away, and hand delivered our eggs/fruit that we purchased off the farm right when we bought them! I definitely hope we can make it back to the farm one day, and we recommend anyone who has this spot as an option to make the booking!

Absolutely recommend it. The cabin we chose is the most expensive, but that was absolutely worth it. We’ve had too many rainy days in this cabin, and that was an absolutely cozy experience with firewood in the stove and rain outside the cabin. Super secluded. For the entire stay, we didn’t see anyone. We didn’t hear anyone. There were no cellular connections, but that was actually a good part of this trip. Absolutely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Banks Ranch is beautiful, rejuvenating and amazing. Be sure to scan property from drive in/entrance for high spots to place tent if its going to rain. Also, if it has recently rained or rain is forecasted, move fire pit to right side of lone redwood ( as looking in from driveway) the left side is where water pools. We are seasoned campers, so we were able to plan 4 and navigate 3 days of rain. The bucket toilet was easy 2 use and hosts supplied the bags. You must pack it out but were used 2 that. Hosts are super responsive (b4 the trip) and nice. We didnt get cell service at the property so didnt receive their messages during stay. They require u buy their firewood ( which is like most places) but their wood is denser and smells amazing! Bring a hatchet 2 split 4 easier fire access.

We really enjoyed staying at this property and would recommend it. The access to a hot shower was very nice! We really enjoyed this campsite as it was tucked away from the road, so there was privacy. Karina and Chris are amazing hosts. They checked in with us to provide all necessary details about staying on the property. There was also a storm that came in during our stay and they reached out to us to keep us informed and ensure that we made the proper arrangements at our site to stay safe through our stay.

Weekend Trip to Sacred Owl Land
It’s been a few days since our trip to this location, and after being back home, I genuinely cannot recommend this spot enough. The hosts were very attentive and kind, but also we felt so private and alone. The land itself is beautiful, and the cabana we were in was absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the trees and land over the hills. The hardest part for me was the loft bed as getting up and down the ladder was a little nerve-wracking. But after you get used to it, it is beyond worth it.
The drive up to the property was a little challenging, but if you are used to small mountain roads and listen to the speed limit signs, it really isn’t that bad. And again, SO worth it. The entire trip was so peaceful and lovely, I completely forgot to take any pictures. Amazing little spot, will be back!

Car camping was perfect here. Sadly, we arrived at 8pm but the night time vibes at the fire pit were so relaxing! Wish we had booked when it wasn't so muddy from the recent rain, but now we know for next time! Def want to go back when its dry, that way we don't have to leave early due to rain interference. The chickens eating out of the palm of our hand and letting us pet them were definitely the highlight!

My fiance and I stayed here with our two dogs and it’s was perfect! There was an option to sleep on the lower bed or upper and we did the lower and it was so comfortable. The host makes you feel right at home and we couldn’t believe how beautiful the property is. The camp spots are big and the views of the rolling green hills make you feel like you’re in other world. Highly recommend and we are already looking to book again next month

My wife and I had such an incredible time at Freedog Farms! Sierra, Darin, and Garrett were all so friendly and accommodating and really made us feel welcome. We knew we made the right decision when they immediately offered us drinks and took us and our dogs on a UTV tour of the whole property, which is incredibly charming and very private. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

Completely exceeded my expectations. I went out there to tent camp, they have spots available with amazing views. Some spots are a little tougher to get to without 4-wheel drive. i had my toyota camry so i chose a closer spot, still have a beautiful 360 view. the hosts are super nice and accomodating. They also have several beer taps with a great selection available. They had a bunch of "there does not exist" beer on tap. as a beer head myself, i was pleasantly surprised. my girl drinks wine and they had plenty for her to choose from as well. anyway, 10/10 experience. 10 minute drive from solvang, 15 min from los olivos. ill be back soon. thanks guys

Weekend Trip to Camp Cruz Glamping Retreat
Camp Cruz is a total gem! Ismael and his wife have created something really special here. The place is fully of character and charm and makes you feel at peace among nature while providing some truly awesome creature comforts (heated beds, anyone?!). The facilities were clean and well kept and as hosts they made sure we felt welcome and comfortable to relax for the weekend. Highly recommend for a couple's getaway or a group trip as there's plenty of space and a variety of activities.

The counties of Humboldt, Mendocino, and Sonoma encompass the northern reaches of California’s coastline. Here is where you’ll find rugged bluffs descending to pristine coves, ancient groves of coastal redwoods, historic lighthouses, and cozy towns. The Lost Coast, Sue-meg State Park (formerly Patrick’s Point), and Trinidad State Beach all lie north of Eureka’s Old Town. San Francisco Bay Area

Hike the Tomales Point Trail to see herds of Tule elk, or kayak on Tomales Bay.
