Flinders peak is a good attraction for those who like a challenge to get to the top for awesome views of the local area.
This can take between 1-2 hours to get to the top

Parking area in the national park ,there are walking trails from the carpark area.
Good for bird watchers and those who like to get outdoors and do some hiking or moutain climbing .
How to get to us? We have two ways in .
Option 1:
Via Flagstone onto Bushman Drive – then into Wyatt road follow to the end and turn right onto undullah road follow for 5 ks .
we approximately 14 km from the Flagstone Shopping Centre.
Please note: 10 km of this route is gravel road. 4x4 vehicle access is recommended.
Option 2:
From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road.
This route is 4x4 access is recommended with some narrow bends – please drive to conditions. We do have 2 wheel drives make the journey !

The camp kitchen area and camp ground can be booked for private functions when available.
Fees apply. This area also has free wifi, foxtel large tv for those who like there sports and don’t want to miss the game.

Formally a banana & pineapple plantation, Hunchy Hills is strictly 4WD only access property. There is a toilet and gas hot shower included. If you have a camper trailer it needs to be off-road/high clearance and you need to be experienced towing in steep and tight off road conditions. No caravans or Hybrids, too steep and tight.
Sites 1-3 are large level pads approx. 12M by 12M, each with their own fire pit and seat.
Site 4 is perched on the side of the hill and 6M by 6M in size. Suitable for vehicle based campers/swags/small tents with a sense of adventure, max 2 people. We have a backup spot if access is too difficult.
Pets (on leash) are welcome, please ensure you pick up after them.
Kids (15 and under) are free and are not counted in the maximum number of guests.
Firewood is sold at the check-in via an honesty box. $20 per bag.
Travel down the gravel road for about half 900m and pop out through a tree tunnel to a secluded cleared grass paddock where the toilet & sites 1-3 are situated. Site 4 is on top of a small hill separate to the main camping area. Site 5 is in its own cleared paddock, looking out to bush.
Site 1 is in shade in winter and partial sun in summer.
Site 2 is in shade in the morning and afternoon sun all seasons.
Site 3 is in morning sun and shade in the afternoon all seasons.
Site 4 is in morning sun and shade in the afternoon all seasons.

We are located 3 minutes from Montville and 7 min to Palmwoods.
There's plenty to explore in the area with short drives to the many attractions including National Parks, Glass House Mountains, the famous Rick's Garage Diner, wineries, micro breweries and more.
Go fishing at Baroon Pocket Dam and have a swim at Obi Obi Creek or Kondalilla Falls or Gardeners Falls. If you're after some saltwater it's a 30 min drive to most beaches on the coast.

GLOWS Garden Centre Camp is set in a large field backing onto world heritage rainforest to the East/South and adjoining Garden Centre and Raw Materials Yard to the north. We have only opened 4 lovely grassy sites.
Our Hipcamp opened September 2024 and only 200m away is a cafe at our Garden Centre for a great coffee 6 days a week! You will need to be self-sufficient however we do have toilets available between 7am and 5pm in the adjoining Garden Centre carpark. Also available is a large cold water washing machine (gold coin donation).
We are located on Tully Mission Beach Road with the bike path between Wongaling Beach and Mission Beach running right past the front gates, so a quick ride into town and plenty of space to bring your boat!
We your hosts, (Nancy and Shane) operate the adjoining Garden Centre and Raw Materials yard so there is always something happening and with vast local knowledge of what to do and where to go, we are only happy to help.
Opened in September 2024 we have planted a tropical fruit forest plantation as well as citrus orchard and with our 50 beautiful free-range chooks (pets) you will have them wandering around freely, clucking away happily.

Please note we do not have amenities or drinking water and that you need to be self-sufficient with your own toilet/shower set up and bring everything you need with you and take out ALL waste.

We have 178 acres of beautiful land hidden in the hills of Tarome in the Scenic Rim community. An amazing view of the national park and Cunninghams Gap. There is a hidden creek at the back of the property that never runs dry, running from Gap Creek Falls at the top of Cunninghams Gap.
The location is perfect for a quick getaway or long stay, complete privacy and little reception depending on your phone service, ensuring a peaceful camping stay. There is lots of activities within a short drive from the property including fishing at Lake Moogerah, hiking the mountain tops or having brunch at the amazing local cafe's in the area.
Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open.
You will need a 4 WD to access the rear of the property. There is a steep incline at the beginning of the track followed by a tight corner because of this caravans must be off road and under 17 ft. Make sure your car has the power and weight to get it up the hill.
There are 3 x 2WD camping options for caravans over 17ft or those not off road.
Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Maximum caravan access for the rear of the property is 17ft off road van. This is due to the hill climb and a tight corner at the top. Please be aware of the weight you are towing and your car is capable of pulling it up the hill.
Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. If you have friends who you want to invite but don't have camping gear that's okay, we have the option to hire a camper trailer. All they need to bring is food and drinks. Only 1 available, please see Extras.
We welcome self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. All human, food and general waste is to be removed upon leaving the campsite.
We have fireplaces set up but if you prefer a different site for your fire please bring your own fire pit. Good Firewood for camp ovens etc is available for purchase under Extras. Pre order your wood. For this one off price we will supply you for wood for your whole stay. There is sometimes wood located at each campsite but the amount and quality is varied.

Ben Lomond Station is an 1800 acre working cattle station 25 minutes south of Bowen and 35 minutes north of Airlie Beach on the Whitsundays. We border onto Eden Lassie Creek which has tidal ocean access for saltwater fishing and there is an abundance of estuary fishing and crab spots available.
We are a nature based camping area. Cleared shady camping spots are available for fully self contained campers as there are currently no facilities available so you must have own camping toilet and leave no trace.
Access to the camping area is for 4WD only with caravans off road and high clearance. However, camp 6 and 8 can be accessed with 2WD.
Firewood is available for a small fee or you can collect any fallen timber yourself. There is a ban on cutting down any standing timber even it is dead.
There is plenty of room to run for the kids and dogs though we do ask that your pet not annoy our cattle or other campers.
Ben Lomond station has an abundance of flora and fauna such as burdekin plum trees, mango trees, wallabies, kangaroos and bird and fish species.
Directions
Heading North- Looking forward to your stay. Directions to Ben Lomond- GPS directions will take you to Glen Eden and Longford Park, this is the wrong road. Stay on the Bruce highway heading north from Proserpine, you’ll go past the Pie Face servo and over the Eden Lassie Creek. On the hill there is a sign on the left stating Jochheim road and Ben Lomond Hipcamp turn to your right. Follow the gravel road, past a high house ( please drive slowly as the road is dusty) and then come to our up and over grid with Ben Lomond sign on it. On the sign is my mobile number give me a call as you come over.
Heading South- Looking forward to your stay. Directions to Ben Lomond- Approximately 20- 25 minutes south of Bowen, you will cross Yeates creek, go past Eden Lassie road on your right, (stay on the highway,) turn on the left - there is a Jochheim Road sign and also a Ben Lomond Hipcamp sign on the top of the hill. ( if you go past the pie face servo you have gone too far). Turn down Jochheim Road and follow the gravel road, past a high house ( please drive slowly as the road is dusty) and then you will come to an up and over grid, you’ll see my mobile number on the sign next to the grid and give me a call.

-Push bikes,
Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is 5min away if you jump on at Borallon Station Rd. Some cattle tracks for the kids to ride along in the paddock also.
-Wivenhoe, Somerset Dam in the area for water sports
-Wildlife watching, this paddock sustains a large variety of native animals, if you’ve got a keen eye
-Bottle Tree pub is just down the road, - bit more than walking distance tho :)

We own 35 beautiful acres along the banks of Yabba Creek. 3 minutes out of Imbil village, 12 minutes to Borumba Dam and surrounded by State Forests.
We offer 4 sites, both powered and non-powered sites.
Nestled along the banks of a pristine section of the Yabba Creek, there are large swimming holes for all water activities and shallow rapids great for the kids to play in.
The Creek is home to an array of wildlife. Platypus are seen daily, plenty of bird life and a variety of fish and turtles. Please be aware that there is a fishing ban on the Yabba Creek between the 1st of August and the 31st October every year.
The backdrop is a large steep mountain that comes to the waters edge, which is where we created the name of our property "Yabba Ridge".
We have a variety of animals which are behind high fences, and are very unique and spectacular to look at especially at feeding time where you can get a good look at them up close.
With only 4 sites, we offer a spacious camping area, spread out all to enjoy the views of the mountain and creek.
There are clean amenities, toilets and showers, as well as running water at the powered sites.

We have several peaceful campsites available on our off grid property near Crows Nest. Also a private glamping site with a 5m Bell Tent - with everything you need for a relaxing night away.
We are 10km north of the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane.
The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 700m altitude.
From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast and sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest.
There are 3 separate campsites on the hilltop, and another site further down the hill alongside the main driveway.
It is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute drive to Crows Nest.
Enjoy the spring fed dam in the warmer months. 🏊♂️
There is plenty to explore in the area, including:

1. Road Safety – Richardson and Dorothy Road is an unsealed (dirt) road regularly used by our neighbours for walking pets, riding bikes, and more. Please drive slowly and with care, being mindful of pedestrians, animals, and other vehicles.
2. Noise Consideration – Out of respect for our close neighbours, please keep noise to a minimum—especially in the evenings. Strictly no loud noise after 9:00 PM.
3. Campfire Safety – Fires are only permitted in the supplied fire pit, or in your own fire pit, in accordance with local fire ban rules and regulations. Please ask us if you are unsure.
4. Water Use – Our property relies solely on tank water, which is a limited resource. Please use water thoughtfully—for drinking and washing up only. Water is not to be used for filling caravans or washing vehicles.
5. Rubbish & Recycling – Please use the bins provided for rubbish and recycling while visiting. Do not leave any rubbish outside in plastic bags or around your campsite, as the local wildlife loves a free meal!
6. Property Access – This is a shared property. We kindly ask that guests respect our privacy and stay within the designated campsite and bush shed areas. Please do not enter private zones beyond these spaces.

BAMBOOZLE
Bamboozle Campsite is situated on an elevated grassy field overlooking the river flats and Mary River. Surrounded by mountains of Moy Pocket. Bamboozle Campsite is shaded by a spectacular Bamboo tree and Pecan Nut trees with swings. Guests will enjoy this whole campsite to themselves. Bamboozle Campsite also provides a fire pit area with round post seating and access to the Mary River. All campsites have a shared toilet facility. Bamboozle Campsite is pet friendly.
RIVER VIEW
River View Campsite 3 is situated on the crest of the river bank. Overlooking the Mary River. For a tranquil, scenic and peaceful getaway. River View Campsite 3 is the ultimate destination for romantics alike. River View Campsite 3 has a fire pit, seating, river access and is pet friendly. All campsites have a shared toilet facility.
PECAN PALACE
Pecan Palace Campsite is situated under a canopy of Pecan Nut trees. This is a spacious camp area for larger families and larger, louder group gatherings. The Pecan Nut Trees are deciduous, therefore creating shade during the hotter months. During the colder months the leaves drop allowing warm sunlight into the camp area. Pecan Palace Campsite has a fire pit, seating, river access and is dog friendly. All campsites have a shared toilet facility.

Logan Park Farm is an historic 4th generation family farm with beef cattle and cropping set on the Logan River with beautiful surroundings in the Scenic Rim.
The property was first settled in the 1840’s and became the headquarters of Tamrookum Station in 1878 when Robert Collins and his family purchased the property.
Just over an hour from the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
At Logan Park Farm we have camping grounds and Murphy's Country Accommodation - a three bedroom cottage.

There are no facilities here, if you do not have toilet facilities please do not

The camp sites are spacious with plenty of distance between each site - no crowds. Each site is for your group only.
Open for bookings for Christmas and New Year - numbers are limited. No large parties. We prefer to promote a quieter area.
Beautiful sunsets, mountain views, birds and quiet surroundings. Enjoy the stars on a clear night. Explore the beautiful Scenic Rim area from here. Visit the historic Tamrookum All Saints Memorial Church.
A large natural lagoon and the Logan River provide opportunities to relax, swim, fish or kayak. An abundance of Carp and Tilapia provide great fishing opportunities at the Lagoon or the Logan River.
Children aged 12 years and under no charge (please do not include them in your numbers when making a booking)
Pet friendly off-grid camping.
All sites are unpowered. No motorboats or motor bikes.
No parties - this is a quiet camping area please keep noise including music to a minimum level. Please respect our wildlife, our neighbours and your camping neighbours at all times. Enjoy our large camp sites with family and friends.
Noise travels easily in the evening please reduce noise by 9pm.
Larger groups welcome on some sites please message hosts.
Tamrookum Store is 2 kilometres away for general goods, fuel and take away
food.

Lazy Dayz was nice and quiet with a lovely bush view. Site 3 was big enough for our 21 ft van. It's close to Airlie Beach without being amongst the crowds.
Clear instructions to find the camp, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Plenty of room to back in with a lovely camp kitchen as well. Sites 1 -4 a little close to each other , but nice and quiet nonetheless. Beautiful pond a short walk away , & literally only 10 minutes from Airlie.

By far the best campsite we’ve stayed at! The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect for exploring all the nearby tourist attractions, while still being a lovely place to relax and unwind. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The hosts were excellent and the ease of communication ensures any identify issue is resolved promptly.
Although there are 4 caravan sites, should any not be suitable, in our instance lack of solar, we were able to change to another area of the property to obtain full solar for the batteries.

Stunning bush location with direct access to crystal clear running creek with a sandy bottom and some deeper pools to sit in. Short drive to Innisfail and literally 15 mins away from Josephine Falls and Golden Hole. Jodie has gone to great lengths to offer a variety of options for campers including laying gravel down in areas that can get boggy with a bit of rain. Would love to be back in summer with loads of sunshine, fire pits and the chance to cool off in the creek!

This has to be the best property we have stayed at. Location 10 mins to large shopping centre and further 5 minutes to pristine Airlie Beach. Sites are well kept with fire pits and plenty of shade. Meeting place for holiday makers around barn is tops.
Hosts Kylie and Brett make you feel so welcome.

I would rate Lazy Days a 10/10 and more. We had such a lovely stay, Kylie & Shep made us and the other campers feel very welcome, they actually enjoy having people visit their HipCamp. .
After a couple of days checking out Airlies Beach and other areas, it was just so lovely to come back to such a beautiful, peaceful & quiet camp.
The sites are not large, but if you book a sight & think it may not be big enough, contact the Hosts and they are more than happy to accommodate elsewhere on the stunning property if they can.
