Wonderful and Relaxing Paradise

We hesitate to say just how good it is in case it becomes inundated in future. The place is perfect so peaceful and lots of bird life by the water. Appreciated having the showers and toilets. The sites are spread out and the land is very flat and well manicured sites and gardens. Lots of well thought out features e.g. communal fire area, picnic tables, swing chair by the side of the water, moveable fire pits, bins and dump points available. The place felt very secure with gated entry and pin. Highly recommend The Doonan (5mins drive) with great atmosphere and for breakfast check out the Fellowship Drive Cafe (5mins drive), excellent coffee. We also enjoyed the Saturday Markets in Yandina (17mins drive) as recommended by Steve. Steve was super down to earth and approachable. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic for short or long stays

Steve and Kelli have created a wonderful, peaceful and calm piece of nature on their huge property. The birdlife is varied and spectacular, the dams are pretty and natural, the sites are large and private. Steve warned about the closeness to the highway but it's barely audible. And a dump point! What a pleasant bonus! We'll be going back again and again.

What a stunning hipcamp! One of our favourites to date. Steve & Kelli have the most amazing, pristine property. There are 3 dams you can camp near & plenty of room. We had an incredible 5 days here. They get amazing sun for most of the day. A short drive into Eumundi. Thanks Steve & Kelli - we’ll be back!

Lovely well maintained property

Steve was a great friendly host and is doing such a lot to keep improving the property - not that it needs anything as it is already a fabulous place to stay! It had been very wet just before we arrived so he gave us a beautiful flat site with a gravel area for awning, chairs etc, and an individual fire pit. There are some even more stunning sites next to the dams but were a little too wet for that. We had the whole place almost to ourselves and it was lovely to walk around the dams in the evening and see all the birds. There are a couple of hot showers and toilets, and a real plus to have a dump point on site. Locked number entry gates made the whole place feel very secure. Good location 15 mins to Eumundi, 15 mins to Noosa. Loved it - thanks Steve.

Very well kept. The sites are well spaced and private and it is a good location being close to Eumundi and Noosa. The dump point is a real bonus and the TV reception is excellent.

Absolutely loved staying at the Kelly’s! Having a dump point and hot showers available meant we were able to stay for a week without running out of water. The site was as nice as anywhere we have ever stayed before. We have already booked another stay. Loved it

Clean, well kept and quiet. The ammenities were well organised and spacious. The sun setting across the dams was beautiful and the bird song constant and calming. Steve was welcoming and well humoured. Close to everything I needed. Great spot

Site 4 - Easy Access Parking Sites

A really well set out camping spot with excellent facilities. Steve was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful on arrival. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highlight was how well the grounds were maintained, despite the driving rain whilst we were there.

We had a fantastic time at The Kellys. Beautiful maintained campsite with great hot showers & portable toilets if required. A lot of thought has gone into the campground layout and it was much appreciated. Glad doggo could come too! Kelli was a fantastic host - super friendly and helpful!

Van with 5 border collies

What a beautiful camp ground. Not far from home but felt world's away. Our 5 border collies loved going for their morning and afternoon walks in the grounds. Steve and Kelly are such great hosts. Alot of work goes into looking after the grounds. Hot showers and portaloo block was a bonus! Even a hot/ cold shower area to bath the dogs. Thanks for having us! We're coming back again soon!

Awesome site, nice and clean, there was heaps of rain over the weekend but the grounds drained really well our tent stayed nice a dry. Hosts were lovely and accomodating. Will definitely use again 🙏

Site 3 - Easy Access Parking Sites

What a lovely campsite. Steve has done so much work to the land. From the gorgeous manicured grounds to the ponds lined with kayaks, tinny row boat & open huge log fire 🔥, it was awesome. We had a bit of rain so some areas were wet underfoot, but overall it was fantastic and we extended our stay. Lovely rustic showers with instant gas hot water and great pressure was nice after a relaxing lazy day. Check-in was great and we were met and taken to the sites available. Steve & Kelli were lovely to chat to & are very hospitable hosts. We will be back 100%.

Amazing spot!

We adored our stay here! We were really surprised at how beautifully kept this property is. It’s easy to see that Steve and Kelli pour lots of time and effort into this amazing spot. We loved our 3 nights here and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have other bookings! It’s in a central spot which makes for easy day trips exploring! Highly recommend!! Highly recommend.

Absolute Hidden Gem

Our second time staying at 'The Kelly's' after our first 2 night stay 6 or so months ago. This time for 6 nights! That's how much we love it. Enough said. A great base for blending exploring the local area and simply hanging about relaxing. Steve is a great host and has created a beautiful property. (More to come he tells me) We will be back for sure! The land was beautifully developed and very well maintained, with plenty of space and a variety of sites depending on needs. You could really see the level of care, thought and detail put into making the land comfortable, practical and relaxing for any type of camper. We could not fault the afternoon views 🌄 And the down to earth nature of the Kelly's. Steve was an absolutely genuine bloke, looking to bring happiness to whomever visits i believe... Even dragging over a firepit and a nights worth of wood so that the experience wasn't missed🔥 Cheers Steve and Kelly

Hidden gem

We loved our stay here, it really felt like one of those hidden gems you almost don’t want to tell people about. Access is through a security-coded gate, which made it feel safe and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The sites are beautifully spaced with trees between them, giving the whole place a peaceful parkland feel rather than a crowded campground. Even though it’s close to the Sunshine Motorway, the noise didn’t bother us at all. We kept the van’s Sirocco fans on and slept perfectly. The facilities were spotless. The showers and toilets were super clean, and having a dump point on site is such a bonus when you’re travelling with a van. There’s even a dog wash for anyone travelling with a pooch, which is a lovely touch. The sites are beautifully graded and some have crushed granite pads, which we were very grateful for after the rain we had during our stay. The hosts were friendly and easy to deal with, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into the property. There are little benches and seating spots around the dams where you can sit and enjoy the view. Location is fantastic too. The Doonan Pub is just up the road for dinner, and it’s an easy drive to Noosa, Eumundi and the highway. Such a special little spot. We’ll definitely be back.
