Solid option for a weekend retreat!

Kurtis and Jade are great hosts and the attention to detail they have is obvious throughout the property. The camp sites are clean, outfitted with a grill, practice disc golf basket, fire pit, and picnic table. The disc golf course itself has had several updates in the last few years that have kept things fresh and improved drainage throughout. Jumping on a weekend stay here is an easy choice.

Staying in the Tipi was a unique and awesome experience. Having a fire inside the tipi was really cool at night. And helpful for the rain. Stayed dry through the downpours! The disc golf course was also fun!

The Cold Disc Golf course is an incredible place to stay! I saw this place a few years ago when playing a couple rounds and knew I wanted to stay there sometime. We finally made it happen this summer. Jade and Kurtis were amazing hosts right from the start when we booked, as they reached out immediately and kept in touch right up until we arrived. We were able to arrive and check-in early, and the camping areas and teepees were super clean and tidy when we got there, with fresh cut flowers on the tables (nice touch!), and plenty of firewood available. Thanks to some serious drainage work from the team there, we were able to drive out to the sites which were bone dry. Kurtis offered to load anything we had into his side by side and bring it out for anyone who did not need to have their vehicle at the site. Such a beautiful property they have, and a true treat to wake up to in the morning. There was a rainbow above the field, and it didn’t even rain (how is that even possible!?). The disc golf course is awesome, one of my favorites in the state. Such a fun and interesting layout that is very well maintained. Great mix of open field shots and wooded areas. It’s a bit of a rugged walk with some ups and downs in elevation, and I was pretty beat after a few rounds. I wouldn’t recommend a cart, but we knew this ahead of time and planned accordingly. They switched up a couple of the holes since the last time we played and the new layout is great! See you soon!

Jade and Kurtis are absolutely awesome! The setting is amazing, Cold Hollow is in my top three disc golf courses , when you’re staying in a tipi, you can throw until your arm falls off, it’s amazing and totally worth making the trip.

Cold Hollow was an amazing place to camp on my cycling tour of the state. Staying in the tee-pee was really cool. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. A really beautiful and unique place to camp. Also, if you're into disc golf the course is really well designed and a lot of fun to play.

Le site 2 tipi est super beau. C'est un endroit relaxant qui permet de décrocher. Bonne place pour faire du disc golf. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et disponible pour les campeur. Je recommande vivement.

How often do you get to stay in a teepee on a disc golf course? We had a great time with this unique experience. Jade was super friendly and set us up well. We’re not experienced disc golfers, but we had fun trying out the course, exploring the fields and woods in the process.

Just stayed overnight at Cold Hollow. Jade and Kurtis were very accommodating. Offered plenty of wood although we didn't make a fire. We used the Barn to play pool and darts while talking about disc golf courses. Its a destination to visit for sure. Great people and disc golf course.

I definitely will be recommending this place to others, my boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and we loved how much room the Teepee had, great place for a fire and to relax. We enjoyed the disc golf course and will be back soon Thankyou!!

From our arrival to our departure, the hosts at this property were generous and welcoming. The disc golf course is a nice mix of wooded and open holes. It’s challenging and scenic, with a great layout.

We had the most amazing stay it the tipi this weekend Kurtis and his wife were exceptional hosts. The tipi was clean and cozy with a million dollar view of the peak foliage! The course had beautiful views and a nice hike in the woods. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning to go back before the snow. 💯 would recommend!

Awesome camping at Cold Hollow

Cold Hollow was amazing. Sleeping in the tipi was really cool at night, and you could wake up and play disc golf right in the morning as soon as you got out. Course is well-maintained; they put in a lot of hard work towards it and it shows. There was a really cool area at the first tee where you could hang out and play pool, darts, and other fun things. Great for kids and families to.

Just Book It!!

Don’t give it a second thought, book now! We had an absolutely amazing weekend playing disc golf and staying in the teepee 2. Owners were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed including Curtis going out of his way to make sure we had enough firewood to dry out on our super rainy weekend. We’ll be back for sure! Also, if you haven’t played Cold Hollow yet, you’ll be amazed at the quality of the course, it’s a pretty amazing place.
