We have trails up in the back, approximately 70 acres that you can roam in. I only have one fire-pit set up so far and the pot-a-potty has not arrived yet. No power or water up there but it is a beautiful camping field.

We milk a herd of fifty holstein, jersey, guernsey, and ayrshire cows. We are right off the Long Trail, Catamount Trail, and VAST trail systems.
We have mountain bike trails on the farm as well as a great swimming hole. We have miles of hiking trails that link up to the Beaver Meadow trail network in the Vermont State Forest as well as Morristown Forest trails. Our camp has two full size beds and sleeps four people. The camp is not winterized: will protect you from wind and snow but not the cold!

The Texas Hill Brook site is a flat, wooded campsite on Texas Hill Brook in Huntington. The campsite is roughly 10m x 30m (30' x 100'), large enough for several tents or a small camper/RV. It is accessed by a sloped 50m (about 150') gravel driveway. The narrowest part of the driveway is 2.6m (about 8.5 feet). There is a 3m x 3m (10' x 10') tent platform and a large picnic table. Firewood is provided. Near our home about 120m/400 feet away through the trees but relatively private. Within a short pedal or drive to some of the best mountain biking and hiking Vermont has to offer, 15 minutes to Richmond and Hinesburg, and just a half hour to Burlington. Electricity on site, primitive fire pit, but no other facilities, so ALL waste must be packed out. We have a bucket commode to loan if you don’t have your own.

The Orchard House at Peck Farm Orchard is the building where we serve our customers during our orchard season September through October. The property is located on a dirt road in rural Vermont and is surrounded by conserved land in current farm use.
Please note: This property has been repurposed for the very special event of the full eclipse April 8th, 2024. Travel and weather in Vermont in April can be like summer, like winter, something in between and all of it in one day. Please pack and plan accordingly.
Spring(March-May) travel can be very muddy. The building is made of rough cut wood from our farm property and features a cook stove, power, refrigerator and access to an outdoor fire circle. The floor is concrete so an air mattress or better yet a cot is recommended. Is you plan on using the wood cook stove please let us know. While the cookstove can provide some heat and the ability to cook it does not heat the whole building very well. There are outlets for use in the building. There is one string of plug in lights, no other lighting is installed. A traditional outhouse is located just 50 yards from the Orchard House. Drinkable well water is available upon request with 24 hours notice. 2 miles from the Orchard House is a small cooperative country store with food supplies. The Peck Farm Orchard is located on a beautiful 4 mile loop frequently used by runners and walkers. There is easy access to local hiking trails and snowmobile/skiing trails. The orchard and parking area is located on 18 acres with access to trails spanning more than a thousand acres.

Camels Hump State Park and access to the Long Trail is just 15 miles away. Need a city fix? Burlington is also 15 miles away and offers shopping, dining, a lively waterfront, music, the arts and more. Don't want to go far away? Hinesburg village offers 6 restaurants, a brewery, music on the green, and a well stocked grocery store.

Harold's View Farm now camping. There are 4 entrances to the 80 acres of hay fields, now camping sites. Three entrances are for two sites each, the house entrance is for any questions. Please stop in if you have questions.
The fields have been maintained to some degree until 2019 when Lee came up with the idea of primitive camping. The land turns out to be ideal because each site makes you feel like the only campers there.
New this year you will find a picnic table for 6 and a 3 Ft. dia. fire pit with adjustable grill that flips out for open fire @ each site.
Another new item is open to the sky "Hot Shower"

We had such a relaxing time camping on Lucinda's land. Her horses were great company, the river was perfect for a summer dip, the site was set up well for hanging around the fire, and Lucinda was very thoughtful and communicative. The land is just a quick drive from great restaurants, shops, groceries, and additional swimming spots. The sites are well arranged to ensure privacy and lots of room to spread out. Don't miss out on this spot!

I stayed here with a group of friends and had such a lovely time! The site was beautiful and conveniently located near lots of great hiking. Westford was also incredibly friendly - be sure to visit Black Orchid Café.
We especially enjoyed the warm outdoor shower, farm-fresh eggs, plentiful firewood, and beautiful sunset views. The cabin kept us dry through pouring rain and was reasonably priced when shared among four or more people. It did have quite a few bugs, but that felt par for the course for a rustic cabin stay. Even have solar powered lights!
The site can be tricky to find in the dark, so I highly recommend arriving before sunset on your first day. The tent and RV sites looked great too. I would happily stay here again!

The location is a great launching point to Montpelier, Stowe and other towns with tons to do. Hiking and water sports are within easy access.
Don’t miss the Maple Market Community Store including the Whammy Bar! The Whammy Bar is a great place for a bite and a cold drink after a long hike. Just 4 miles from camp.

Amazing large and private site. We stayed at Pride Rock which was at entrance 1, turn right and go down the hill to a huge cleared opening in the valley. These owners really pay attention to detail when we arrived. We had a small pile of firewood ready to go for us with kindling and fire starter and a large bottle of water to put out the fire at night. The owner came down and greeted us and answered any questions we have. There’s also a shower available for you. If you want to immerse yourself in wildlife with a view of the mountains in the background and no one bothering you, this is the place. Highly recommend! Pet friendly. Just note that the washrooms are a bit of a far walk.

The views are astounding, so peaceful and Louella and Dan were both so nice, especially ially when they both were doing everything they could to fix the shower for us we appreciate that so much. We hope to come back again some day thank you both.

Weekend Trip to Fieldstone Farm
Such a comfortable and peaceful property! Nice, clean outhouse, plenty of space. The gas grill didn't work for us, so we were thankful we had brought our camp stove. They brought over this super cool gadget that allowed us to take nice, hot showers! It was such a treat. The bed was comfy and the tent was huge! We want to come back. The listing says it's close to the lake, and you can walk a few minutes down the road to get a view of the lake, but it's all private property. If you want to sit by the lake or swim you really need to drive. We walked, but most of the walk is on a small, two way road that cars go pretty fast down.

Our second time here and we had a wonderful time! Lucinda is a very gracious host and the property is just beautiful. Plenty of room to spread out. We love seeing the horses come by. Cute little farm stand and good pizza up the road but you almost don't want to leave the camp. Fantastic swimming, one of our favorite spots :)

Staff was rude. Campground charges $30 a night and can’t even use showers, you need to put in change. Other than that the campsite itself was very nice.
