Beautiful and easy to find spot with basically everything you could need for a no frills glamping weekend and the outhouse is probably the nicest one I’ve ever been in. My dogs loved running around in the field and the inside of the tent was very spacious. Susan and Drew stopped by to introduce themselves and make sure we were all set for the weekend. Highly recommend!

5 stars from a cousin duo & their dogs visiting from Saratoga NY! My cousin isn’t much of a camper so we met in the middle with this glamping tent not too far from civilization. She remarked she specifically liked that there were people living close by (but not too close) and the composting outhouse. Also, if you’re reading this and wondering whether you should pay to have firewood already at the site, definitely do it! Owners supply you with much more firewood than you can buy on the side of the road. Such a lovely weekend all around. Thank you!

Drew and Susan provide such an incredible experience, both isolated and accessible to so much of northwest Vermont's beauty. Their knowledge of the land, the community, and the gentle touches that make people feel at home are a fantastic breath of fresh air.

Great private location. The tent has everything you need (just bring blankets/pillows). The area is close enough to town (15 min) for anything you may need. It was great for our reactive dog, he was able to run around freely :) there so much to do nearby- hiking trails, local farms, site seeing. The price is awesome. We really loved how quiet this camp was. It was a great escape from reality. Throughout the night we heard so many different wildlife it was fun trying to identify them. The star gazing is incredible and the morning sun feels so good. We were able to sun bathe nude 😎 that’s how private it Is!! We will definitely be back.

Hidden Meadow on Fieldstone Farm
My family and I had a very nice, peaceful stay. Great for stargazing. We could hear loons from the nearby lake. Directions were very clear and Susan and Drew are excellent with communication.

Lovely private camp site! The stars were amazing. We loved swimming in the lake and having access to the playground. It gets cold even in August so dress warm! We would def come back.

The space was perfect for us! It was private with a beautiful meadow bordering the area. The owners were very communicative and provided the basic essentials you could need. We even got a nice firework show from the property from the neighbors down on the lake!

Our stay was amazing! We had less than optimal weather but still had an incredible time due to the tent itself, the much appreciated hot shower water we were given asked, and so much more. My partner and I were looking for a no phones weekend and we had everything we needed. Drew and Susan were so kind and responsive to any needs we had, the area was beautiful, and we will be back if we come to the area for another stay away!

Highly recommend this spot. Susan and Drew have put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable and thoughtful set up. It's in a nice private field and there is minimal light pollution so the stars are amazing. Would definitely re-book!

Susan & Drew have created a very special sanctuary just minutes from Burlington. The location is very private (sun naked in the grass private haha). The tent is so well constructed & has EVERYTHING, just bring your favorite pillow, blankets & some food to grill. They provided plenty of water, pots, dishes, silverware & more! The outhouse with the composting toilet is seriously nice! The stars were out for a beautiful show the night we stayed and falling asleep to the loons wild noises was an added bonus! I can’t wait to come back!

I loved my stay at Susan and Drew's Hipcamp site. I would absolutely book it again. The tent is spacious and clean and the bed wonderfully comfortable. My only issue was/is I haven't found communicating through Hipcamp easy. In fact I have not been able to. I was very relieved that I was able to find the site.

This was an ideal place for a weekend camping trip. Their pre-set up tent on a tent platform was clean and neat. The compost toilet was notably incredible. It was the cleanest and nicest I have ever seen, (including motion detecting lights). The area felt very private and safe. The hosts were incredibly communicative.

Goegeous, quiet, well-appointed little spot. We spent two nights in August when the wildflowers were blooming and the loon calls made the night sounds haunting and magical.

The camp was a gem! My kids (6 and 9) love it. A beautiful hidden meadow as advertised with tons of little perks like a BBQ, fairie lights for the tent, and more. One of the best composting port-a-potties we ever used and it was exclusive to our site.

My son and I had a wonderful 4 nights at Susan and Drew’s amazing spot! We had a couple of rainy nights and their tent kept us dry! The setting was beautiful - it’s extremely private and peaceful. Shelburne and Burlington are close enough and are beautiful farm filled drives. The tent has everything you need to be comfortable and cook. A huge benefit for us was having so much indoor space. The beds were comfortable. The toilet was great (although my son and I peed a lot into the tall bushes that surrounded the camping area - I have a Pstyle which is a game changer for women!). I also loved the large are/yard surrounding the tent. Plenty of room for us to play badminton (ours) and frisbee!
Thanks for making our week in VT wonderful! We’ll be back!

Hidden Meadow on Fieldstone Farm
This place is incredible! We had a huge meadow all to ourselves. The wildlife and stargazing was great. There was so much space for my kids to play frisbee and football. The tent was perfect for the four of us. The location allowed us to tour many parts of Vermont and New York. The fire pit allowed for my kids to have a thousand s’mores. Thank you to Drew & Susan for hosting us!

We had an excellent weekend at this magnificent camp, within easy driving distance of all activities, downtown Burlington, hiking and swimming. We lacked nothing and the hosts were totally adorable.
