We live on 52 wooded acres in a natural area surrounded by lakes and ponds just 14 miles north of Montpelier VT. We are located on the Green Mountain Gravel Growler bike packing trail and 7 miles south of the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. We have lots of hiking , biking, boating and swimming opportunities nearby. Our amenitys include a bath house and laundry. We have two 30 amp RV sites with full hook ups and 4 tent/small RV non electric sites. We are 100% solar powered and have good WIFI but no cell service. We cater to small quiet groups who can enjoy our peaceful setting. If your are bike packing and our sites are booked just text or stop in we will accommodate you. The campground is located along our town road and the sites are 50 - 100 feet apart along our driveway. This is not a wilderness experience you will have neighbors, including us. We have a pond with a couple canoes for paddling and a .5 mile long nature trail along a stream on the premises. We are a family friendly, non smoking campground. We are open early May till late October. Pets on leashes are OK. Quiet time is all the time :~). 12 and under free, no Generators.

 We have a graveled terrace with water, sewer, 30 amp electric hook ups for an RV or TT up to 35'. Back in site. The driveway / entrance is 100' up hill but is quite wide with good visibility and no trees. . We have WIFI but no cell service in the area. You may have friendly quiet neighbors. See photos. Tenting is fine here if you need power. See pics of site. We are a family friendly, tobacco free campground. Pets on leashes are ok. Quiet time is all the time :~)

 This site is a large  sunny grassy area with plenty of room for  several tents and a vehicles. Located 300' south of the main campground entrance next to a usually babbling brook. Can accommodate 30' RV (Back In) . It is not a wilderness site and is located 60' off our quiet graveled town road so you will hear some vehicles. Includes  a fire ring and picnic table but no water or other amenities are on site. The bath house with WIFI are abit of a walk @ 400 yds away. We are a non smoking campground. Pets on leashes are OK. Quiet time is all the time :~). 12 and under free, No Generators allowed.

        Non Electric site, with water. Pitch a tent or back in your  RV up to 26' to this graveled terrace with 12'x12' deck, 10'x10' canopy, sink and fire ring / 2 chairs, picnic table, Grill, WiFI. Perfect for a group of bicyclists with room to spread out.      When the sun shines ,this site now has a 5 amp 110V outlet powered by a 280 watt solar panel which is good for charging phones and laptops and the canopy has overhead lighting. Spend the night in our restored 1993 Coachman Catalina Travel Trailer. All new AC, full mattress,flooring,awning,refrigerator and shower. This is a fun but small camper that is available for a minimum of 2 nights. This space is best for 1 or 2 people. You can use the dinette for up to 2 younger campers if needed. Please text with questions on how we can make this work for you. One set of linens included. Kitchen has a 3 burner cook top with oven, 4cu ft fridge/freezer, microwave and will include basic pots and pans,silverware and fresh coffee beans with half and half in the fridge when you wake up in paradise :~). You bring the rest. Sorry no pets ~ NO smoking.

Great location for gravel / mountain biking. Very well organized campsite with potable water and the bathroom and laundry are a nice touch. Jon and Ann were wonderful and really welcoming. First time in the Vermont region - we will be back.

This had been the best Hipcamp we have stayed at. The site was private, the showers were wonderful, the wifi was spot on, and the laundry was an added bonus. Jon was a wonderful host who gave us lots of hiking and biking trails to try. We didn’t get to all of them, but next time for sure. This is a little slice of heaven for those looking for biking options (gravel, and mountain biking) or just a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Great place to camp for bikepacking! Has everything you need, nice bathroom & shower, laundry, and friendly hospitality! We didn't have any USB bricks to charge our devices, and Jon was kind enough to let us borrow some. Definitely would camp here again if I'm in the area :)

Jon and Ann's place is one of our favorite HipCamps ever! We stayed in #3, with the nice platform deck, and thoroughly enjoyed hanging out there in the mornings and evenings. Having a sink and canopy over the picnic table are such nice amenities, and like others have said, the bathrooms are so neat and clean! Jon was particularly helpful with suggestions for the area - we are much more casual bikers than many of the folks who come through here, but we had a great time on a short ride through the neighborhood and a longer ride on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail. We also did a couple of hikes, and really loved visiting Maple Corners / Whammy Bar! We were sad to leave and definitely could have stayed longer; hopefully we'll make it back here again someday!

Jon and Ann were some of the most gracious hosts we’ve had at a HipCamp. The site was lovely and all the amenities were top notch. Jon was really helpful with local information as well as travel recommendations. Don’t miss Maple Corner Community Store and the attached Whammy Bar for good food and music, with the friendly locals. We can’t say enough good things about this HipCamp! We will be back!

Really might be my favorite hipcamp experience. It's such great value, with the running water, showers, laundry, nice sites, beautiful country. Felt very much at home, and a view of the stars at night was magic. Had a really great time with our dog ❤️

I felt so at home, welcome and comfortable. The area is quiet and beautiful. It was exactly what I needed for a middle of a week getaway. The bathroom / shower are spotless and the wifi was great! I look forward to staying there again - it was complete zen.

Lovely, small campground. Spaces are spread apart affording privacy. Jon and Ann’s location is a beautiful setting, peaceful. The location is a great launching point to Montpelier, Stowe and other towns with tons to do. Hiking and water sports are within easy access. Don’t miss the Maple Market Community Store including the Whammy Bar! The Whammy Bar is a great place for a bite and a cold drink after a long hike. Just 4 miles from camp.

We absolutely love our stays at Woodbury Meadows. This is our second time there. Everything about this HIP camp is ideal for us - spacious, quite site, canopy, picnic table, sink (!), BBQ grill, views, wifi. The shower and toilet facilities are impeccable. The area is truly a "Shangri-La" - dirt roads galore to ride our gravel bikes - with lots of little lakes and ponds along the way. Enough hills to challenge us, haha. The Maple Corners store and Whammy Bar are special treats. And of course the hosts Jon and Ann were very welcoming, friendly, helpful.

We had a wonderful two night stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys hiking, biking and being surrounded by nature. Our site had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and the facilities (bathrooms and bathhouse) were immaculate! This is, by far, THE best Hipcamp ever. Jon & Ann are so friendly and tend their land and camping spots with care & integrity. The bathroom/laundry room is great comfort add. Thanks to Jon's advice we checked out Maple Corner Community store -- "where the pavement ends.. " so good. ❤️

Jon and Ann were great hosts. They were kind, answered our questions, and meticulously maintain the property, which includes nice restroom, shower, and laundry facilities. Plus there is potable water right at the campsite with a solar powered charging station. It had everything we needed to keep going on our backpacking trip through the area. I would definitely stay with them again. Thanks Jon and Ann!
