Cloud 9 Private Vermont Campsite
We had a great weekend tent camping at Cloud 9. The directions were clear, the campsite was beautiful, and the vault toilet outhouse was clean. You could hear some cars and dogs barking in the far distance, but overall felt much more private and quiet than a normal campsite. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first tenting experience specifically through HipCamp. This place was very clean and organized. I also bought eggs from the chickens. 🤌🏾 Never saw the host. Magic! Such a vast space and I didn’t see a single other person. So yes, very private. I liked it!

Only suggestion is to upgrade the picnic table

This site was lovely - private and beautiful. I was happy to have a pit toilet and the host provided little extra touches that made the stay special, such as solar lights around the camp and sporting equipment like cornhole and a volleyball net. I would absolutely stay here again.

This site was beautiful! A nice open space for the dogs to play and still a very private feel. My wife and I loved it here and I would definitely come back. There was a picnic table, fire pit, wood available, and lawn games to play. The outhouse was clean and easily accessible. We did lose cell service (Verizon) just before getting there but that was not an issue for us, I only mention so others can plan accordingly if trying to explore the area. The campsite had a lovely wooded meadow feel to it and felt nicely secluded from the rest of the property.

Quick to respond and answer questions. We were welcomed and supported with what ever needs we needed for our Truck camper on location. We got amazing directions that helped guide us on to site. We were offered fresh running hose water and dry firewood . We also had a clean outhouse available. We enjoyed a walking trail in the area.

This site was so nice! Big grassy clearing, tucked away from anything else. We loved having so much room for parking cars, laying out on blankets, playing lawn games, and our tents. It's well maintained with little solar lanterns bordering the clearing, a sturdy outhouse, lawn games, and a firewood box on site. The trees border you, giving privacy and offering a good mix of sunny and shaded space no matter the season. Because the clearing is so big, you also get great views of the sky for star gazing at night! Amanda was a very responsive and communicative host 🙂

The camp site was private, well set-up, and close to beautiful lakes/trails for excursions. Exactly what we needed to have a getaway from our busy life in a city. We had to jump-start one of our cars, and the host promptly responded to our text and lend us their jump cable. Thank you!

So we were on 2 adventure motorcycles. We took the dirt trail in. Driveway was steep but made for a awesome private spot. Offered an outhouse, running water, and a solar shower. Worked for a stop through for us. Host has good communication, especially bc we rented an hour before our arrival.

This is a well equipped site with good priv, dry firewood, hose water available and a table, and fire pit. The location is closer to the road than expected, but is quiet at night with nice star gazing as it’s up on a hill.

A truly sweet place to slow down and unwind. My husband, dog, and I were able to spend some beautiful quiet days just enjoying each other’s company and the Vermont outdoors. Amanda was such a great communicator leading up to our stay, and the site included a badminton net and other outdoor sports items, as well as a charcoal grill, picnic table, outhouse, hose, and outdoor shower contraption. The deeply dug fire pit made getting a fire started easy even with a little breeze, and has a grate. Would highly recommend purchasing firewood from the cord on site; we enjoyed 3 long fires with a little more than 3 bundles. At night the fireflies dazzled in numbers I haven’t seen in years. Dog loved running free.

Nice little grass area on top of a hill. Perfectly quiet and peaceful spot. Worth noting that there is a roughly 3 mile long gravel road leading to a gravel driveway which leads to a grass uphill ( would matter to a very low car or motorcycle).

The hosts were nice and responsive, plenty of space at the site for tents and games, the lake is nearby and fantastic.
It would be cool if the outhouse had a door, the wind pushes the curtain into you

This is a great campsite. Amanda gave very detailed directions, making it super easy to find and she responded to any texts almost immediately. The site is completely private, and not too far from the highway. The hose was conveniently located. The outhouse was clean. There was an outdoor shower available. The only negative is that the outhouse has no roof. I had good weather, but am not sure how I would have navigated this had it been pouring.

The land is station on a peninsula crest like a light house. Peaceful surroundings with lots of birds to watch and listen too. Very few traffic from the road below. It is spacious camp in the raw.
Wi-Fi is available but must bring your own booster for signal to reach camp site. Great for couples.
