Summers are a no brainer with Newfound lake nearby, the hiking trails in the White Mountains, or hike direct to MT Cardigan from your campsite. Fall has spectacular foliage and perfect cooler temps to sit around the campfire drinking coffee/hot chocolate, snuggled up in a hoodie or under a blanket! Winter affords a pristine, beautiful, snowy landscape that is straight out of a Robert Frost poem! Winter activities include snowshoeing, winter hiking, and possibly snowmobiling down the local club maintained trail if open. Be advised to come prepared with good tires as we get SERIOUS winters and our remote, mountain location often requires 4wd to get up the TOWN roads to us, much less the farm roads. We raise chickens and Mangalista pigs! Try some of our farm fresh eggs/bacon, taste the farm fresh difference! Cabin is well insulated, uses a Big Buddy heater for heat in winter .The rain barrel is only for water for fire pit! Not drinkable!! Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. My land is easily accessible by main road, has ample parking, and yet cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife, fireflies and peepers are just outside the door. In the summer season, several organic farmstands and local picturesque swimming holes range between 5-15 minutes away. Autumn's glorious show is on display everywhere you look. Winter offers easy access to groomed VAST trails in the field behind the house and studio. Hopkins Center, AVA Gallery, the Lebanon Opera House, Northern Stage, and a wide array of restaurants are within 20 minutes. The Lyme bridge is now open, so there are more restaurants, trails, activities and the Dartmouth Skiway! Despite the proximity to town and even to my home, the simple studio space is serene in its sumac baby forest. The space is one of a kind, with a giant salvaged chapel window, cathedral ceilings, a candelabra, a clawfoot tub, a quirky outhouse, on-demand hot water, electricity and wifi. The site lists that it sleeps 4? But three is more realistic, and I cannot seem to change it. Fishing ponds are all over the area. Ragged mountain is 20 minutes from here. The mountain biking park in Northfield is about 20 minutes away. Black Bear Vineyard is a few miles away. Enjoy our 73 acres in peace. Our site has a well you can use to fill up your tanks, we recommend using an in-line filter as the water is not tested. We have a farm store offering a variety of items for sale including eggs, honey, rubs and much more. There is a microwave available to the campers in the farm store as well. Each site will be given a bundle of fire wood on the house, additional wood is for sale. You are welcome to participate in farm work. Coffee (from a local NH roaster), tea, hot chocolate and potable water (from the faucet) will be available daily. We have PYO Blueberries and a farm stand open from mid July to August. We sell organically grown blueberries and produce locally. Learn more about this land: Our private Sugar Shack is at the end of our blueberry fields and faces the forest. The Sugar Shack sleeps two in a comfy double bed with clean sheets and a fleece blanket. I wash the linens and blanket in hot water for each and every booking. Please bring your own extra blankets or sleeping bag if the weather is cold. An additional clean quilt with duvet cover can be added for a $ 10 per booking fee. There is a small porch, a charcoal grill, four chairs, a hammock, a fire ring, fire wood, clean potable cold water, a solar shower, and an outhouse. We provide the firewood for the fire ring and we provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the charcoal grill. There is space available next to Sugar Shack in the field for additional tents or small RVs. (There is no electricity.) The upcharge for additional campers after the first two people is $5 per person per night. Hiking trails through field and forest start at your door. We have a 3 mile round trip hike to Harlow Brook with a map. We are on the edge of a wildlife corridor and often see deer, coyotes, fox, waterfowl, songbirds and the occasional bear. (Keep food in your car at night so that the bear does not eat it!) We are above the Ottauquechee River at North Hartland Lake. We have rentable canoes and a kayak. We can transport you to and pick you up for a canoe trip on the Connecticut River or to North Hartland Lake.. We are located two miles from Quechee, 7 miles from historic Woodstock to the west, and 7 miles to hip White River Junction to the east and 8 1/2 miles to Dartmouth College and the Appalachian Trail. There are fun casual restaurants with some sit down and take-out nearby and our local Jakes Market can provide you with a nice selection of groceries. Hot Air Balloon pilots often take off and land in our fields and it is always a magical site. We can connect you with local pilots if you wish to purchase a Balloon Adventure.

The site is located behind many large pine trees in the upper part of the field across from our house which is hidden and cannot be viewed from the campsite. You can connect with wifi at the wifi sign near the beginning of the campsite road. We have a few hiking trails on Blood brook road one of which you can walk to from our home and it’s only a very short distance away. We are located 3 miles from Lake Fairlee Public beach also known as Treasure Island so bring your swimsuit! We are also within 5 minutes of the Lake Fairlee boat launch so feel free to bring your canoe or kayak and enjoy a paddle around our beautiful lake. We enjoy hosting both families and large groups looking for a place to unwind.

My land is easily accessible by main road, has ample parking, and yet cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife, fireflies and peepers are just outside the door. In the summer season, several organic farmstands and local picturesque swimming holes range between 5-15 minutes away. Autumn's glorious show is on display everywhere you look. Winter offers easy access to groomed VAST trails in the field behind the house and studio. Hopkins Center, AVA Gallery, the Lebanon Opera House, Northern Stage, and a wide array of restaurants are within 20 minutes. The Lyme bridge is now open, so there are more restaurants, trails, activities and the Dartmouth Skiway! Despite the proximity to town and even to my home, the simple studio space is serene in its sumac baby forest. The space is one of a kind, with a giant salvaged chapel window, cathedral ceilings, a candelabra, a clawfoot tub, a quirky outhouse, on-demand hot water, electricity and wifi. The site lists that it sleeps 4? But three is more realistic, and I cannot seem to change it. We are at the top of Raccoon Hill. Overlooking a valley with Punch Brook at the bottom. You can see Belknap Mountain across the way. There are many trails nearby. The state snowmobile trails run nearby with access at the power lines that cross Raccoon Hill, Great for hiking, biking in the summer. And snowmobiling in the winter. State rail trail is nearby also (bottom of Raccoon Hill and rt 11) Giving access to the entire state! Highland Lake is a few miles away. Webster Lake is a bit further down the road. Fishing ponds are all over the area. Ragged mountain is 20 minutes from here. The mountain biking park in Northfield is about 20 minutes away. Black Bear Vineyard is a few miles away. Enjoy our 73 acres in peace. Our site has a well you can use to fill up your tanks, we recommend using an in-line filter as the water is not tested. We recommend using it for showers and toilets. 2 50amp hook ups. And septic hook ups.

This is a 200 year old farm filled with life. There are well groomed areas and other more wild areas. We are on almost 13 acres of land that attracts all forms of natural wildlife. In addition, we have alpacas, pigs, sheep, goats, dogs, a cat and chickens. There is a beaver pond on the lower property. Each site includes a place to sit and eat (ie. picnic table), fire pit and just breathtaking views. Campers can drive into and park at their site. Each site is separate and private from other sites. We are 15 minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park We are 15 minutes from BankNH Pavillon (concerts) We are 15 minutes from The Weirs in Laconia (Bike Week) We have two outdoor showers that are very rustic and open and the water is the temperature of the surrounding air (bring a bathing suit or something to shower in, there is no privacy fence at this time) This is an active farm that has an operating butcher shop on the premises. We have a farm store offering a variety of items for sale including eggs, honey, rubs and much more. There is a microwave available to the campers in the farm store as well. Each site will be given a bundle of fire wood on the house, additional wood is for sale. You are welcome to participate in farm work. Coffee (from a local NH roaster), tea, hot chocolate and potable water (from the faucet) will be available daily. We are a farm family with young children so large and rowdy or drinking parties are very heavily discouraged.

Come stay on our quiet and scenic farm. Easily accessible from Rt 89 and Rt 4. Our Pick Your Own Blueberry fields open in July. Clay Hill Corners is a 10 acre working Blueberry Farm. We have PYO Blueberries and a farm stand open from mid July to August. We sell organically grown blueberries and produce locally. Learn more about this land: Our private Sugar Shack is at the end of our blueberry fields and faces the forest. The Sugar Shack sleeps two in a comfy double bed with clean sheets and a fleece blanket. I wash the linens and blanket in hot water for each and every booking. Please bring your own extra blankets or sleeping bag if the weather is cold. An additional clean quilt with duvet cover can be added for a $ 10 per booking fee. There is a small porch, a charcoal grill, four chairs, a hammock, a fire ring, fire wood, clean potable cold water, a solar shower, and an outhouse. We provide the firewood for the fire ring and we provide charcoal and lighter fluid for the charcoal grill. There is space available next to Sugar Shack in the field for additional tents or small RVs. (There is no electricity.) The upcharge for additional campers after the first two people is $5 per person per night. Hiking trails through field and forest start at your door. We have a 3 mile round trip hike to Harlow Brook with a map. We are on the edge of a wildlife corridor and often see deer, coyotes, fox, waterfowl, songbirds and the occasional bear. (Keep food in your car at night so that the bear does not eat it!) We are above the Ottauquechee River at North Hartland Lake. We have rentable canoes and a kayak. We can transport you to and pick you up for a canoe trip on the Connecticut River or to North Hartland Lake.. We are located two miles from Quechee, 7 miles from historic Woodstock to the west, and 7 miles to hip White River Junction to the east and 8 1/2 miles to Dartmouth College and the Appalachian Trail. There are fun casual restaurants with some sit down and take-out nearby and our local Jakes Market can provide you with a nice selection of groceries. Hot Air Balloon pilots often take off and land in our fields and it is always a magical site. We can connect you with local pilots if you wish to purchase a Balloon Adventure.

The cabin was adorable. I enjoyed my weekend “unplugged.” There are solar lights which work perfect when the sun goes down. The cabin contained everything needed for cooking. There were several options for additional lights if needed - including lanterns to take to the outhouse. I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing weekend!

My husband, myself, and our two dogs had a blast during our stay! We didn’t even go anywhere because we were having such a great time just exploring the property/nearby trails. It was a little cold at night but the heat in the RV kept us toasty and we had an endless supply of firewood for the days! We used the kitchen to cook our meals and there seriously was everything and more that we could’ve needed. Our dogs especially enjoyed the waterfall - there were quite a few people on the trail the first day we walked there but significantly less the second day. Highly recommend staying here! There was lots of privacy and nature, a little cell service for texts but not streaming which for us was exactly what we wanted. A truly fantastic getaway for a few days.

An amazing stay at a beautiful property! It was a little hard to find- when I clicked the directions option on the booking, it took me to two different places that were both incorrect. The address for the campground is 262 depot street, and the campground map is difficult to find- doesn’t seem to be on the Hipcamp site. Our friends booked the river run site so we were able to take over the whole area, and our dogs could run around and play which was great! Very private and secluded, though it might have felt too close if people at the adjoining site (river run) were strangers. We will definitely be back, so many cool and different options for lodging!!

It was a good blend of having convenience, glamping, beauty, and quaintness. While the upstairs bed is comfortable, it does sit on the loft wood itself. One word of caution and to be prepared, the ladder that goes up to the loft is narrow and quite steep. There's also a bed on the main level, which I actually found more convenient for those of us who have to pee in the middle of the night. 😊 Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend it for anyone that wants a down to earth glamping experience.

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back.
