Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electric, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electric. There is an "outhouse" with a flush toilet and over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.

Great lovation, fantastic hosts

This was a last minute, lucky reservation on a rainy day, what literally turned into sunshine. The hosts were super nice, very inviting. Very clean and we got invited to the community fire what was awesome.

Fern Hollow Premium Tent Site W/E

AMAZING CAMP, FIVE STARTS!

We were incredibly pleased from the beginning, as soon as we made the reservation, we received an email with all the instructions on how to get there, all the attractions, lakes, hikes, literary everything around! (Which was awesome because we could make plans). On arrival I was extremely impressed by how everything was set up so nicely for the camper's comfort. They've done a lot of work on the property and brook so we can swim in it, and especially listen to the water (for me it was the best of all, a big plus). I've so many things to say, but you should go check by yourself! Thanks Jeff and Jill, we'll be back soon!

Jeff and Jill set a high bar for other hosts. They work hard to maintain the property. The environment is so pleasant and friendly, we left feeling like we visited with family. We are already planning our next visit.

Fern Hollow Premium Tent Site W/E

Best experience!

Jeff and Jill went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The land was beautiful and the campsite Fern Hollow was even more perfect than the pictures. The “outhouse” was remarkably clean and fresh smelling and had a flush toilet which was impressive. I have not a single complaint. The hosts had sooo many great recommendations and were quick to offer a hand with anything we could possibly need. Thanks to Jeff and Jill for making an already special experience even more memorable. Don’t skip out on this place!

Jeff & Jill are absolutely amazing hosts. They are very welcoming and helpful. Having stayed for only 3 nights was a mistake. They made us feel like we had been friends for years. The property is incredibly well maintained. They have a ton of great recommendations for things to do in the area. It's definitely remote and cell service is spotty at best but they offer WiFi that can accommodate minimal connection if needed.
