Just minutes from the Appalachian Trail crossing and a short drive from Vermont, it's the perfect home base for hiking, exploring, and unwinding. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, or fishing at one of three nearby lakes, or discover the many scenic hiking trails that surround the area. Whether you're traveling by RV or pitching a tent, you'll find a site that fits your style. We offer full-hookup RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site without hookups, and several beautiful tent sites. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, so you can stay connected - or simply disconnect and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our thoughtfully designed tent sites each offer something special. One includes water and electricity, another has electricity with nearby water, and every tent site is nestled along our gently flowing brook. Fall asleep each night to the soothing sound of running water and wake to the beauty of nature right outside your tent. Guests also enjoy our brand-new bathhouse, designed to be as charming as it is comfortable. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed, it includes modern amenities, a hot shower, and a private changing area to make your stay feel effortless. The property features expansive mowed fields perfect for games, walks, or simply stretching out under the open sky. Tucked throughout the grounds are cozy seating areas, Adirondack chairs, and a hammock where you can relax with a book, enjoy your morning coffee, or simply listen to the birds and the brook. Cascade Rocks Tent Site

One of our most popular sites, this site is very private on the outskirts of the property. It is situated in shade trees at the edge of the brook where the water cascades over the ledge rocks. The sound of running water will be sure to lull you to sleep. The site has a private stone fire pit. You can access several shallow dipping areas from the campsite. There is no water or electricity at this site, but we can supply you with a five-gallon jug of clean drinking water if desired. It is easy to access with your vehicle to unload your camping gear and park. This site could also be ideal for a vehicle roof top tent or a very small pop-up camper (back in access). Please note: We do not provide picnic tables at any of our campsites. Please check the calendar for available dates. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Fern Hollow Tent Site W/E 15A

One of our most popular campsites, Fern Hollow is a peaceful, shaded retreat tucked along the edge of the brook and surrounded by lush ferns, towering ash trees, and fragrant spruce. The gentle sound of the water creates the perfect backdrop for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying the outdoors. Designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, this spacious site features two 15-amp water and electric hookups, making it a great choice for couples, families, or groups. It's wonderfully cozy for 1–2 guests but can easily accommodate gatherings of up to 12 people, with room for 1 - 5 tents, depending on their size. Vehicle access makes unloading your camping gear quick and easy. The site can also accommodate a small popup or teardrop camper up to 12 feet long (if your camper is slightly larger, please contact us before booking). As the sun goes down, gather around the large stone fire pit for an evening under the stars, or enjoy the warm glow of the string lights that add a cozy touch to your campsite. This site has a charcoal briquette fired KitchenAid grill. Just bring charcoal briquettes. We even supply 2 charcoal chimney starters to help get them nice and hot The site includes parking for two vehicles, with additional nearby parking available for two to three more vehicles if needed. The spacious, level site features convenient drive-through access, allowing you to park right at your campsite. It's ideal for one large tent or two smaller tents and is also well-suited for a small popup camper (up to 10'), teardrop trailer (up to 10'), or a rooftop tent. Enjoy thoughtful amenities that make camping even more comfortable, including 15-amp electrical service at the site, a nearby water hookup, and excellent Wi-Fi coverage. As evening settles in, switch on the charming string lights to create a warm, inviting atmosphere around your campsite. Gather around the beautiful stone fire pit to roast marshmallows, share stories, or simply relax beneath the stars. You'll also appreciate being just a short walk from the bathhouse, offering the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. This site has a propane grill right at the site. I booked the place last minute without much research and did not know what to expect. It was phenomenal. Jeff and Jill were both extremely kind and made sure we got set up well despite our late arrival. They have a very nice bath house available to guests and my girlfriend’s favorite part, VERY cute lights lighting up the campsite. Jeff and Jill’s sites will be my go to in the area!

first...not sure if i should give a review since this hidden gem should remain a secret. second, Jeff & Jill are best hosts EVER! third.. everything on the properperty is well planned and thought out. the bath house is cleaner and better decorated than most household bathrooms. lots do do in the area, great great time. so great we have already our next stay here. We were excited to share this location with a couple of camping friends. Only to find out!!! our friends have been coming here for 3 years, 8 trips never shared the Jeff & Jill secret (are they really friends)?

We stayed at Fern Hollow and would absolutely be back! The campsite was well maintained and the bathrooms very tidy! Upon arrival, Jeff and Jill were so hospitable and took the time to show us around and give us their suggestions and activities to do in the area. They were so caring and were willing to provide us with any items we needed. It truly felt like a glamping experience with all the amenities they so kindly included . We will for sure be back!!

We had another outstanding experience at the Brookside site. Weather couldn’t have been better, enjoyed fires all day and night, dipping our feet in the stream to cool off and walking around the property soaking in all the stunning views. Site was even upgraded from the last time we stayed and has a grill for the fire and a solar powered torch for at night.

Such an amazing property. I almost didn't want to write this review so less people would book them out so i could come more but that would be a disservice to the incredible owners. They are extremely nice and welcoming. The property and surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful. Sites were private and well spaced out from each other, something you'll never get at a commercial campground. The owners were very inviting and loved to tell us some of the history and renovations done to the property which was really cool. I would highly recommend this place to literally anyone. Will definitely be coming back ASAP

We had a wonderful stay! This was our very first RV trip and also our first time traveling with our dogs away from home, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The campsite was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place for us to relax and ease into the camping experience. Even with occasional rain showers the spot could not be beat! The setting was gorgeous, and we really appreciated how welcoming and comfortable everything felt. Our dogs enjoyed exploring and were quick to settle into the new environment. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable first RV adventure for our family. We would definitely recommend this spot and would love to return in the future! 🐾🚐🌲✨

I had an amazing weekend camping on Jeff and Jill’s property! This was my first time camping alone and I felt incredibly safe. The property and campsites are beautiful. Jeff and Jill even brought me one of their sleeping bags because they were worried I might get too cold if temperatures dropped at night! I will definitely be coming again in the future.

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back. This was one of the most delightful getaways we've had. The owners of this property are incredibly kind and accommodating, you feel like family. The property is idyllic, remote but not too far from a town. Lots of outdoor activities nearby. The bath house is beautiful with two toilets and a shower. Very clean. The solar string lights around camp look great too. The giant field is great for poochies and kiddos. Can't recommend enough.

Jeff and Jill are extremely nice and showed us to our site for the night and made a point to introduce themselves to us at separate times. The campground also had bathrooms and showers which were very clean and the campsite also offered WiFi as well. Would stay here again if passing through the area.

The property! The bath house!! The hosts!!! We love this camp so much, we are repeat visitors and it never disappoints. Jill and Jeff are lovely people with sincere concern that their guests enjoy their stay. The attention to the details in the bath house are above and beyond anything you would expect camping and even surpasses some hotels. Maybe we’ll see you there on our next visit🏕️
