Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.

Cascade Rocks Tent Site

One of our most popular sites, this site is very private on the outskirts of the property. It is situated in shade trees at the edge of the brook where the water cascades over the ledge rocks. The sound of running water will be sure to lull you to sleep. The site has a private stone fire pit. You can access several shallow dipping areas from the campsite. There is no water or electricity at this site, but we can supply you with a five-gallon jug of clean drinking water if desired. It is easy to access with your vehicle to unload your camping gear and park. This site could also be ideal for a vehicle roof top tent or a very small pop-up camper (back in access). Please note: We do not provide picnic tables at any of our campsites. Please check the calendar for available dates. PLEASE NOTE: 1. One of our most popular campsites, Fern Hollow is a peaceful, shaded retreat tucked along the edge of the brook and surrounded by lush ferns, towering ash trees, and fragrant spruce. The gentle sound of the water creates the perfect backdrop for relaxing, reconnecting, and enjoying the outdoors. Designed with both comfort and flexibility in mind, this spacious site features two 15-amp water and electric hookups, making it a great choice for couples, families, or groups. It's wonderfully cozy for 1–2 guests, but can easily accommodate gatherings of up to 12 people, with room for 1 - 5 tents, depending on their size. Vehicle access makes unloading your camping gear quick and easy. The site can also accommodate a small popup or teardrop camper up to 12 feet long (if your camper is slightly larger, please contact us before booking). As the sun goes down, gather around the large stone fire pit for an evening under the stars, or enjoy the warm glow of the string lights that add a cozy touch to your campsite. The site includes parking for two vehicles, with additional nearby parking available for two to three more vehicles if needed. Please note: We do not provide picnic tables at any of our campsites. As always a beautiful morning view with the clouds lifting off the mountain, a green and grassy meadow to camp on, even with full hookups, the amazing bathhouse, and supreme hosts Jill & Jeff. We just keep coming back! Great hiking nearby, rail trails not too far, good breakfast place a short drive away.

We stayed at Fern Hollow and would absolutely be back! The campsite was well maintained and the bathrooms very tidy! Upon arrival, Jeff and Jill were so hospitable and took the time to show us around and give us their suggestions and activities to do in the area. They were so caring and were willing to provide us with any items we needed. It truly felt like a glamping experience with all the amenities they so kindly included . We will for sure be back!!

We had another outstanding experience at the Brookside site. Weather couldn’t have been better, enjoyed fires all day and night, dipping our feet in the stream to cool off and walking around the property soaking in all the stunning views. Site was even upgraded from the last time we stayed and has a grill for the fire and a solar powered torch for at night.

Such an amazing property. I almost didn't want to write this review so less people would book them out so i could come more but that would be a disservice to the incredible owners. They are extremely nice and welcoming. The property and surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful. Sites were private and well spaced out from each other, something you'll never get at a commercial campground. The owners were very inviting and loved to tell us some of the history and renovations done to the property which was really cool. I would highly recommend this place to literally anyone. Will definitely be coming back ASAP

We had a wonderful stay! This was our very first RV trip and also our first time traveling with our dogs away from home, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The campsite was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and well-maintained, making it the perfect place for us to relax and ease into the camping experience. Even with occasional rain showers the spot could not be beat! The setting was gorgeous, and we really appreciated how welcoming and comfortable everything felt. Our dogs enjoyed exploring and were quick to settle into the new environment. Overall, it was a great experience and a memorable first RV adventure for our family. We would definitely recommend this spot and would love to return in the future! 🐾🚐🌲✨

I had an amazing weekend camping on Jeff and Jill’s property! This was my first time camping alone and I felt incredibly safe. The property and campsites are beautiful. Jeff and Jill even brought me one of their sleeping bags because they were worried I might get too cold if temperatures dropped at night! I will definitely be coming again in the future.

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back. Beautiful property! Jeff & Jill were the friendliest, most accommodating people. Everything was well thought out (privacy, hot water shower, 2 toilets, the signs, string lights by each site, etc.) I would highly recommend Cascade Rocks site - it was private and spacious. It peaceful listening to the brook at night.

Great site right on the river. Very quiet and peaceful. Jeff and Jill were amazing host. Their bathhouse was done very well. Every little detail was well thought out. This was one of the most delightful getaways we've had. The owners of this property are incredibly kind and accommodating, you feel like family. The property is idyllic, remote but not too far from a town. Lots of outdoor activities nearby. The bath house is beautiful with two toilets and a shower. Very clean. The solar string lights around camp look great too. The giant field is great for poochies and kiddos. Can't recommend enough.

We stayed at the cascade rock tent site and absolutely loved it! Jeff and Jill are extremely nice and showed us to our site for the night and made a point to introduce themselves to us at separate times. The campground also had bathrooms and showers which were very clean and the campsite also offered WiFi as well. Would stay here again if passing through the area.

Wonderful camp with a mixture of tent, RV and pull through sites. We chose the Frog Belly Hollow tent site with our bronco and rooftop tent. Wooded, with a great fire pit and burbling brook running alongside. Jill and Jeff have probably the best bathhouse on HipCamp. Everything is spotless and the shower is hot. Many sites have electric and water hook-ups and bug zappers strategically placed up in the trees help reduce the mosquitoes. Highly recommend and will certainly return.

Very happy with our stay at the Cascade Rocks site on Jeff and Jill's lovely property. The creek running alongside the site was very peaceful to listen to while we sat by the campfire and it provided some great white noise to relax you to sleep. Jeff and Jill were great hosts that made sure we had what we needed, provided great recommendations on what to do nearby, and really made us feel welcome. There's some great hiking & swimming spots within a 30-40 minute drive too so plenty to do nearby. Highly recommend camp Ebb & Flow!

This place is so magical. From the hosts to the camping, all the things to do around the area. The new bath house is amazing!! They did such a great job on it! Community fires ( if that’s your thing) or fires at your site. The grounds are immaculate and the brook will lull you to sleep. The new bath house is amazing and they did such a great job building it. We would love to keep this place a secret, but then others would not get to enjoy this little piece of heaven.

What an amazing site! The location was peaceful and incredibly scenic, perfect for a relaxing escape into nature. The creek nearby added such a soothing touch to the experience. Jeff & Jill were wonderful hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure everything was just right, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. I would absolutely come back again
