Stagecoach Falls

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was great and responded quickly anytime we had questions. When we arrived, they even had a fire already set up and ready for us, which was such a nice touch. Firewood is also available to buy right across the road, so it was super convenient. The river is beautiful! We loved bringing our chairs down, sitting in the water, enjoying the sun, cooling off and reading a book. It was such a peaceful spot to relax. The sites were clean and private, and having both electricity and water right at the site was a huge bonus. The bathroom was also clean and well kept, which we really appreciated. We loved it so much that we actually tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately they were already fully booked. The host was even kind enough to offer us another location as an option since we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a peaceful, private place to camp and enjoy the river.

Comfortable, cute, and cozy

Absolutely amazing! We loved the water and our dogs did, too! Gorgeous views, spacious sites, thoughtful touches (broom to sweep platform before putting tent down, rake to move gravel/sand, privacy netting between sites, solar string lights!!!!), and stellar host. Overall amazing, super happy and will be coming back! We had the place to ourselves the first night so we peaked at the other sites and will def be trying those out! This was our first Hipcamp (experienced campers; typically do campgrounds and state parks) after deciding we’d prefer more privacy, a more hands-off experience (no golf carts driving by every hour with camp employees), and explore better/new views. We couldn’t have had a better experience! My partner was nervous about not staying at a campground and he has been converted! The new toilet was also super clean and a short walk. So no odors at all and very well maintained. Dumpster was a nice touch! There’s also cell phone service and even 5G (we have tmobile) which was not expected but welcome!

We loved our stay at Stagecoach Falls. We took all three sites. Although it’s right off a major road, there are so many trees that you feel like you are deep into nature. Having electric and water at two of the sites made it convenient for us. There are benches by the water and a swing. We put our hammocks right by the water. Highly recommend. Kevin was also very communicable.

We love camping on Kevin’s properties! The nature is beautiful and Kevin makes it so easy to camp by providing a table, lights, a firepit, a dumpster, a running water bathroom, and hookups for campers. Kevin answered any of our questions and was a great host. This is our third year in a row camping at Kevins camps and we hope to have many more!

Amazing camping destination!

This is legit the best Hipcamp and honestly best camping site in New England. Honestly nervous to give such a great review, because we want to keep being able to book! We just booked our 3rd visit of the year and can’t imagine going anywhere else. All 3 sites are amazing. It’s perfect for kids, pets and couples. Kevin C. Is a great host! Our kids love spending time in the river, the kangamangus is right down the street, so many awesome things to do nearby and hiking right down the street! If I can say anything it’s that we want Kevin to create more sites like this!

Perfect river side getaway

Site 2 was perfect for my wife and I! We loved having the platform for our tent to go on and fire pit next to the water made for a perfect spot to unwind. The neighbors on either side are pretty close but luckily we had respectful neighbors who were quiet so we felt like we were alone! The rake and bucket left for use at the site were much appreciated and made it easy to tidy up. Huge plus was the access to the new shared toilet and the dumpster so we could clear out our trash each night - no need for critters to come exploring. Bugs were present but very mild, there were dragonflies all along the water so we were confident the mosquitos wouldn’t be too bad! We got to see lots of birds flying over the river while we enjoyed the sound of the water on the rocks. Kevin was a responsive host and we hope to stay at Stage Coach Falls in the future!

Our stay at Site 3 at Stagecoach Falls was great. It’s tucked away into a private spot on the Besrcamp River. There was plenty of space for a large vehicle to maneuver and would easily accommodate another. As well the tent platform (that is on all three sites) is closer to the river under a canopy of trees. There is a solid clean picnic table, fire pit, solar lights as well as water spigot and electric hookup (we don’t use).

Beautiful Camp!

Site 1 is very private and offers a wonderful view of the river. The water and electric hookups worked great. The bugs were manageable on the gravel and near the water. While you do catch a bit of traffic noise, it’s mostly drowned out by the soothing sound of the flowing river. The deck by the river is awesome feature—such a peaceful spot. We also had good AT&T cell service. Overall, a fantastic, well-maintained base camp for enjoying the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Kevin’s camp. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. All the sites are well laid out and spacious. River activities were a plus. Restaurants and shopping are nearby, although we enjoyed the campsite so much, we didn’t venture out. Hope to be back soon.

Stagecoach Site #2 was Heavenly!

Beautiful spot. Well maintained. Site 2 has wonderful sunlight. Our boys loved playing in the stream and going down the small little rapids on their boogie boards! The location is great being near Ossipee, Tamworth, and Moultonborough. There’s lots to do and sitting by the fire right on the water is a lifelong memory we’ll cherish.

We loved our time here! The site was easy to find with the help of the video Kevin provided and the addition of the solar powered string lights was really nice at night. You can see/hear your neighbors on the other sites but it still felt very private! We would definitely come back!

Camping experience

It is a wonderful spot. I would suggest making sure you try and book another time other than the week of Laconia bike week. I love motorcycles. but it was 9 hours of rumbling due to the road being fairly close to the site. Also, Stagecoach falls site 3 has an electrical issue. We tried to use the AC and found no power when we needed it. However, we would go back.
