Sweet Song Acres is 100+ acres of secluded forest nestled along the Little Sugar River, at the base of Perry Mountain. Located in rural Unity, NH and Charlestown, NH, just across the Vermont state line. Southernmost point, located in Charlestown is one of two campsites. The other is Shady Grove, located in Unity. The two sites, located in bordering towns share the same entrance and are connected by a 1/4 mile trail. Both are very large sites. Campers would drive to both sites down a trail so we highly recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and 4WD or AWD. Southernmost Point is a fully drive-in site. Shady Grove campers park above the site and the campsite is down a short path, just a few hundred feet or so. The property consists of varied terrain of rock ledges, lush moss, streams, and panoramic views at the summit. There are many options of local outdoor activities in the area or if you prefer, just sit and "listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock your soul".

Setup on weekends along the drive and next to the Common Area, find the bags in Welcome Center. The Shelf has many games, please return when not in use. Once you are confirmed an email is sent offering places around this beautiful town that you may visit at your leisure, including Shaker Village, Canterbury Ale works, Canterbury Woods Golf course, Hackleboro Orchards, our own Canterbury Country Store-1 mile away, Cold Garden Sprits is a new small distillery that is fascinating! If you need more city life amenities like grocery stores or restaurants, the capitol city of Concord to the south, and the town of Tilton and Laconia to the north, are a breeze to access and are less than 20 minutes away. This is a very rustic, off-grid campsite—best for those who appreciate nature and are prepared to rough it. There are no hookups, electricity, or potable water. An outhouse compost toilet is available (bring your own TP). No showers or dump stations. Please do not dump grey/black water anywhere on the property. We allow small RVs, vans, and trailers under 24 ft. No 5th wheels. 4WD is recommended but not required. Garden carts are available, upon request, to haul gear if needed. Important to Know: No pets (we’re a working farm with chickens and farm dogs). Fires allowed only in designated pit. Bring firewood (or purchase from us) and always follow fire bans. Pack out your trash (small bin next to outhouse provided for cans/bottles). No cutting trees or using the large bonfire pile in the center of the field. Campers would drive to both sites down a trail so we highly recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and 4WD or AWD. Southernmost Point is a fully drive-in site. Shady Grove campers park above the site and the campsite is down a short path, just a few hundred feet or so. The property consists of varied terrain of rock ledges, lush moss, streams, and panoramic views at the summit. There are many options of local outdoor activities in the area or if you prefer, just sit and "listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock your soul".

Once this property was part of a large chicken farm, the fields were hayed and still are. The meadow filled with water after logging occurred about 70 years ago creating the swamp. An open field, forest, walking trails and a peaceful swamp with wildlife is all at your disposal while you are here at Someday Farm! We have a total of 12 sites for your enjoyment, there are a few sites here (Site 1, 5 and Site 12) that allow campers and tow behinds. Others may work We are in central NH only an hour from Boston off of I 93, and less than 30 miles away from the famous Lake Winnipesaukee, we are perched on a picturesque dirt road in the beautiful country town of Canterbury New Hampshire. Whether you are up for just hanging at your campsite, exploring the swamp, picnic in the field overlooking the swamp, visiting the animals, or visiting around town, hiking nearby trials, we are here for your stay! We have easy-to-access rustic style camping accommodations for all sized parties traveling with tents, travel trailers or small campers. All of our sites offer potable water, solar shower bags, parking, fire pits, and a picnic table. Welcome Center! complete with a game section, dry firewood bundles, water, fire starter kits, also, extra supplies for purchase such as drinking water, bug spray and some homemade items, eggs, toiletries and some other items to purchase with cash (honor system) or Venmo or PayPal. The old greenhouse has extra firewood available for your needs, located between 8 and 9 - also some items for you, to use, rent or purchase. Blackberry picking Aug-Sept. 1 pint free and then $5.00 a pint-honor system. Common Area-Strickly foot traffic only, this is a space to enjoy the open sky with a table, firepit and a grill for anyone's use. If you don't want to bring a grill and don't want to cook on grates. It is a first come first serve basis. But maybe your neighbors' will all come and cook with you? Cornhole!! Setup on weekends along the drive and next to the Common Area, find the bags in Welcome Center. The Shelf has many games, please return when not in use. Once you are confirmed an email is sent offering places around this beautiful town that you may visit at your leisure, including Shaker Village, Canterbury Ale works, Canterbury Woods Golf course, Hackleboro Orchards, our own Canterbury Country Store-1 mile away, Cold Garden Sprits is a new small distillery that is fascinating! If you need more city life amenities like grocery stores or restaurants, the capitol city of Concord to the south, and the town of Tilton and Laconia to the north, are a breeze to access and are less than 20 minutes away. We allow small RVs, vans, and trailers under 24 ft. No 5th wheels. 4WD is recommended but not required. Garden carts are available, upon request, to haul gear if needed. Important to Know: No pets (we’re a working farm with chickens and farm dogs). Fires allowed only in designated pit. Bring firewood (or purchase from us) and always follow fire bans. Weekend Trip to Campers Welcome to The Wolf Swamp.

Absolutely beautiful campsite along a little pond. We had some surprise visits from a couple horses, Emily and Sunny, from a neighboring farm which put a great big smile on our faces. Dwayne, the man, the myth, the legend himself brought us two very large bags of wood which we happily burned throughout the cold night. Still one of my favorite sites for its convenience and scenery. Although the highway is right next to you, after a little bit it turns into white noise and helped me sleep like a baby. Thanks again for a great stay on our final trip of the year. See you guys next year!

Best site I've ever stayed at! Good amount of space between sites but still an easy walk to the kitchen+water, outhouses were clean and convenient with an excellent sense of interior decoration! We stayed at Birch Grove on a particularly cold, rainy, and windy Halloween weekend and Nick already had a large tarp set up over the easiest tent spot.... plus a cow skull and a few candles for the ambiance. Excellent vibes 👌

Incredible site with multiple pitches spread out around the land. We were lucky enough to be put on the beat site...on site 7 (despite booking the field site). What a view and great facilities. Fit pit with grill for cooking whilst watching the stars and white mountains. Camp cooking kitchen and shower near the main house. Fire wood for sale. Compost toilet at each site. The only problem was we wished we could have stayed longer! Look out for the friendly moose and check out the little boat on the pond. Fab site 10/10.

I loved camping on Lori's land. All the glamping tents are very private, and you have to walk about 100 yards from the car, so there is no noise at all. The outhouse was super clean and so cool inside. The bed in the tent was very comfortable and had enough room for the dog as well. The land is beautiful with North Conway only a 30 min drive for great food and coffee! I highly recommend this Hip Camp!

This farm/campground, perched high above the valley, offers a beautiful landscape, private and spacious sites that can accommodate many, and clean portapotties (picture signs, decorative lights, air fresheners, bug spray, hand sanitizer, etc). It is easy to see that much care and thought has gone into the entire campground’s set up. I don’t know if there’s a section about the hosts so I’ll mention it here. Elle and Duane(Dwayne?) offer the exact hospitality one looks for when welcomed to any property. There aren’t enough words to express how much we all enjoyed the weekend.

Jody and Keith’s site was beautiful. The stove in the tent kept it cozy throughout the autumn night. They provided a garden cart to transport our things which was helpful. The air mattress was as comfortable as an air mattress can be. Jody and Keith recommended that we bring lights, since we were arriving after sunset, but we foolishly overestimated the power of our phone flashlights. So definitely bring a few lanterns. I would definitely stay again. It was beautiful by the river.
