The farm can accommodate and accept your empty recyclables and compostable material (meat is NOT an allowed compost item). FAC Campout Group Booking Site

Wonderful Experience

We had wonderful Fourth of July at Cheryl’s place. Jim and Cheryl were great , we did campfire and even had social dinner. Tent place was good and there were fireflies which made the stay magical.

Not what I expected

The place just wasn’t giving off the best vibes. Felt like it could have good vibes but instead everything was worn down and felt a bit trashy instead of artsy. I was going in expecting a retreat in the wilderness and my first thoughts were that it felt like a bit of a junkyard with random stuff everywhere. Also, was expecting fire pits at our site but there is only a single communal fire pit. Finally, was expecting more from the river/creek that is shown in the pictures.

It's a completely wonderful place! Cheryl is amazing and the campsite is perfect. You will be secluded enough to enjoy nature yet close enough to the town to get supplies or explore. We will definitely be returning here!

These folks put the Hip in Hipcamp!

Cheryl and her partner Jim welcomed me and treated me like family. I was there for a little personal time that included a bike ride to & from a concert at the Casino Ballroom on the beach. Cheryl and Jim kindly showed me around, but left me to my own devices so I could set up camp and hit the road on two wheels to the beach. Thanks you two! Jim, I hope you enjoyed the JRAD show! 💀 🌹
