ATFS Certified Tree Farm Est. 2004 Camp with your group at our private Tree Farm / Conservation / Recreation Area. Established in 2004, we are an 87 acre ATFS certified Tree Farm located in the Blue Hills Range in the Foothills to NH’s White Mountains. Choose from one of four unique sites / outdoor spaces to best fit your camping needs; book a combination to reserve a section of the mountain, or book the entire property for total privacy or for events. Our Farm spans the northerly side of Hussey Mountain from the base to the summit. Guests are provided with private access to several miles of multi-use nature trails, multiple scenic lookouts, a three acre PYO blueberry maze, and a dock on our private eight acre pond with available boat rentals. At parking, guests are provided with a portable toilet, outdoor solar shower, garden hose for washing, a power strip for charging devices, and a spigot with potable water for filling containers. Over two decades ago we created our first campsite for the purpose of hosting family and friends. Folks enjoyed camping on the mountain so much they often would choose our farm over traditional campgrounds. Hosting campers became a regular weekend event, and to accommodate more people we created three more sites spread out across the property. In 2020, we came across the Hipcamp app and started offering private reservations to the public. Since, we have been hosting campers on a daily basis and continuously improving our sites / infrastructure / views. We’re excited to see what the next two decades hold; come join us on the mountain! Things to do on the mountain SPRING-FALL include... Hiking on several miles of maintained nature trails marked with clear signage for easy day/night navigation. Relaxing/taking in the scenery from several scenic lookouts located on and around the mountain’s summit; combined they provide a 360-degree view spanning from the NH/ME Seacoast to the White Mountains of NH, to the Green Mountains of VT. Fishing, paddling, swimming, or relaxing on our dock. Bird/wildlife watching, berry picking, stargazing and leaf peeping. This is a place you can easily spend a few days and keep busy! That said, if you’re looking to venture off-mountain and explore we’re in a great area to do that. We’re located only 7 minutes off Exit 14, NH Route 16 N. Places to visit nearby include... Baxter lake (public access) 5 minutes south. Portsmouth 25 minutes south. Lake Winnipesaukee 20 minutes north. Gunstock mountain resort 25 minutes north. NH’s White Mountains 40 minutes north. Conway 1 hour north. Things to do on the mountain in WINTER include... With snow, our unique network of forestry trails and glades are transformed into downhill ski/snowboard runs, snowshoe routes, and snowmobile trails. Site 1 Base Camp becomes ski-in, ski-out and is our only available site during ski season.

OAK TERRACE at Hussey Mtn Tree Farm
Great weekend on Hussey Mountain
I loved camping on Eben’s mountain! Everything was very organized, from the trails to the campsites. Having the whole mountain practically to ourselves was an amazing experience! Our campsite had a great view of the valley below us with mountains in the distance. We played basketball on in the forest and then hiked to the summit to watch the sunset. I would absolutely recommend any camper who is looking for privacy in the woods to camp here!

THE RIDGE at Hussey Mtn Tree Farm
Simply magical!
What an amazing and special place this is!! My husband and I had the most relaxing time at Hussey Mountain. Eben was one of the best hosts we have ever had, he was friendly, communicative, and provided everything we needed while also respecting privacy. Thorough planning and thoughtful execution of everything on this property made for an extra special stay. The view was amazing, we watched both sunsets and moon rises, fireworks from afar, and walked the many trails on the property. We hope to return soon as it was difficult for tear ourselves away this morning!

LEDGEWOOD at Hussey Mtn Tree Farm
Can’t beat the sunrise view.
Hands down one of the best camping views within a 2 hour drive from Boston. Our stay was nothing short of excellence and with some luck. The weather was nice and cool on the side of the mountain with a nice breeze throughout the night. Our host Eben was incredibly professional, passionate about his trade and knowledgeable about everything and anything to make your stay incredible. We went with 7 guys and we still had a ton of room to set up more of our camping gear. Local fishing spot was a great recommendation from Eben, along with some local places to eat. Sunrise over the tree line from the side of the mountain was the icing on the cake. We will be back in the Fall or definitely next year. Family friendly and the kids would enjoy the outdoors with an infinite amount of privacy as there are only 4 sites on the entire side of the mountain. Thanks again Eben, we will see you again in the near future.

THE RIDGE at Hussey Mtn Tree Farm
Second timers & will be back again!
This was our second time staying at The Ridge at Hussey Mountain, and we loved it as much as the first time we visited! The view from this site is unbeatable, especially seeing it from your tent first thing in the morning. I was in relax mode and spent hours reading in one of the hammocks under the trees, which was also situated to take in the epic view. My husband and I enjoyed hiking around the mountain and lighting up a campfire later that night. Also, the host, Eben, is awesome. Very cool guy and he is great at communicating all the necessary info and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this site!!
