My husband, our small dog, our indoor cat and I camped on Julie's property in our truck camper for three nights. We were looking to relax after a very busy time, and happily we were able to do so here. Throughout our stay, Julie maintained a nice balance between being present and available to us and totally allowing us our privacy, which we really appreciated. We used the electricity she provided, which was very helpful, and we didn't need water, which was also offered to guests. Although Julie sells her own organic products, she did not try to sell us anything while we were there. We were encouraged to make full use of her property, which has a very nice back yard with a little table and chairs and two very comfy looking cushioned chairs that I wished we'd had the weather to sit out on. It was windy and rainy for most of this weekend, and we were visiting friends and family elsewhere some of the time. We did spend a very nice first afternoon there having a leisurely lunch at the backyard table. We recommend Julie's property for your stay, and we will most likely return for another weekend in the near future.

We enjoyed staying at Julie’s place!
Her house is on a quiet street and the beautiful town of Portsmouth is close by.
The site was leveled, and came with water and electricity.

This is such a a nice and tranquil location, peaceful as the name says. There is plenty of space for your vehicle or RV and then a large side and back yard for any camping equipment you might have, along with firepit and chairs. A beautiful tree dominated the area providing excellent shade. Julie is a very helpful host and has good conversations!

Julie was a fantastic host. She was extremely welcoming and her place was everything we needed. The driveway spot required no leveling and had both electric and water very close. It fit our 23’ camper trailer just fine with plenty of room for the truck as well. Location is perfect for access to beaches, parks and a little over an hour from Boston. Highly recommend and we will be back when we visit next year.

Easy to find spot with plenty of room for a campervan. This was a perfect overnight stop on our drive. There is a train that crosses nearby but we only heard it once as we were getting ready to sleep.

Great stay on Julie’s land! Very quiet neighborhood to walk around. Julie answers very fast any concerns we could have had and was very helpful welcoming. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again.

Site was really quiet and spacious. We enjoyed the fire pit with our kids.
Julie is also a super sweet and kind person. Great experience for all our family.

Julie was very responsive. Easy back in for our small travel trailer. Very quiet although we were in driveway right on road. We took a little bike ride and saw lake and waterfalls. Great price.

We stayed at Julie’s so we could explore Northeastern Mass, and her house is a great campsite. She greeted us and showed us where to park (in her second driveway) and gave us a tour of her amenities. We had no issues with the electrical and water hookups, and her cats are very friendly!

We arrived later than expected and Julie was very friendly and accommodating. She had lots of wood and kindling available for the fire pit and went above and beyond providing with us grilling basket and BBQ tools. Julie is knowledgeable about the area and had lots of good suggestions.
