We loved this camp site. Site two was a large size with the fire ring steps away from the wooden platform. Great to have the tarp over the platform as the rain fell. The river was raging due to the large amount of rain. Looking forward to returning when swimming is an option. So grateful for this beautiful piece of land. Will be back most definitely.

Although it’s not exactly camping season yet— I was determined to spend a night out in the wilderness with my pup Koda. I am so glad Sacred Nectar Sanctuary was my first pick! I can’t imagine how much more beautiful and fun it is during the summertime!!! Such a peaceful and absolutely beautiful place, from the labyrinth and fairy forest to the sauna and community kitchen!!! This place has everything you could need. Views were spectacular and I had the opportunity to check out the secrets of the other campsites as I was the only one there. Nick was really nice and helpful answering any questions that I had, and it was great hearing of the plans that are in the works for the place!! Koda had a blast with Chaga, the owner’s dog, and he was such a sweetheart!!! I’m so glad my dog made a friend. We also enjoyed walking the trails on the property, and exploring the amazing woods of NH! I felt perfectly at home staying at my site and wish I could’ve stayed longer!! I will definitely be returning in the near future!!

If getting to collect minerals all day is your idea of a good time (like it is to me), this is the place for you! This mine has such great variety that you certainly won’t get bored. It was a treat to have the whole place to myself (most of the time). The ceremony site is beautiful. Very quiet and private and a great place to relax after a day of collecting. I will certainly be returning!

Staying at Bob's was perfect. I rode a bike in from Boston and it rained all weekend, but the provisions on site kept me dry (as can be). The river is very nice, I swam up and down a few times. Met Bob and Wilson and had a nice chat and gave some scritches, but definitely felt like they respected my privacy as well. If you like staying at state parks and the like, but feel like you'd enjoy something a little more off the grid and a lot more private, Sauhegan Shores is perfect.

Nick was very helpful and welcoming. This site had a great view and it was secluded. After several strenuous hikes, I used the sauna followed by a cold plunge in the river next to it. It was very refreshing. This is a lovely place and I’d totally recommend it!

We loved staying at Boulder Brook! We stayed at site 2 which is right next to the Brook. Peter has thought about everything to make the stay wonderful. The tent platform is really nice, there is a broom hanging and available to use. The fire pit is plenty big enough and there is a smaller area to cook over. The outhouse is very nice and fully stocked. There is plenty of firewood. We will definitely return

Weekend Trip to Streeter Mountain Farm

Well received and taking care of. Located in a quiet street, far from city vibe. Main house is the hub for bathroom, you can use the amazing community kitchen for a reasonable fee. This farm is an hidden gem if you want to disconnect from the life of the city and see was really is a homestead. Can ride MTB trails, from the site directly. We slept in the bluebus, with minimalist equipment and a wood stove. That was super relaxing, surrounded by the woods. Highly Recommended

We stayed @ the VERY private Site #1 (furthest upstream), and within minutes of arriving, a mature bald eagle took flight from a nearby fishing-spot tree. We tried our luck (none) @ fishing, threw the frisbee in the huge field, hammocked, and grilled fish/chips and baby knotweed over the open fire, followed by reflector oven apple crisp. Plenty of tenting options off the platform and easy access to the sparkling water, where there's a deep soaking pool for those hot summer days. Kevin is an excellent host and responsive to any inquiries. Would return to camp here in a nanosecond if the opportunity avails itself!

2 nights at Stagecoach Falls

Excellent camping experience! You’ll be sleeping just feet from the river and the sound of it rushing by in mid-spring really lulls you to sleep. Perfect placement of the fire pit, really nice to have a large gravel area when it rained a bit and not get all muddy, fresh water spigot and even electrical hook-up right on site. Despite the away-from-it-all feeling, there are actually a few good restaurants within 5 miles—including Hobbs Brewery. White Lake State Park is only 10 minutes away where you can rent canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. Kevin has done a great job creating an excellent Hipcamp property. I really hope to be back!

We are located on a private 36 acres of mostly woodland. We abut 100 acres of conservation land and another 100 acres of private woodlands. Park at the end of the dirt portion of Farley Rd and it is a short 5 minute hike to the campsites. There is a marsh and a creek on the property that support myriad wildlife. There are owls, loons, eagles, hawks, hermit thrushes, robins, turkeys, song birds and herons. There are deer, moose, bear(don't leave your food out!), chipmunks, squirrels, opossum, raccoons(don't leave your food out!), skunks, minks, otters and many other species in our neighborhood. We live at the end of a dead end road with very little traffic. No potable water provided, bring a filter and filter fresh water while you are here. Outhouse is completed and has a separate trail off of the white blaze trail. Just before the Quiet campsite there is a trail for the outhouse on the right. **Parking is located at the end of the dirt road(Farley Road) and there is a white Hipcamp sign with an arrow pointing towards the Thank you!

We have a farm nearby and want no casualties because of a loose dog. Also, our 90 lb APBT is very friendly but not to every dog he meets. SMOKERS, we allow smoking at the site but please dispose of your butts properly and help keep our property beautiful. All around beautiful and peaceful campsite. City of Keene is 15 minutes away. Souhegan Shores

Camp by the river bank of the Souhegan River under shade of oak, hickory, blue birch, hemlock and white pine. Let the song of the rapids sing you to sleep. Maybe the resident owls will join the serenade. This slice of heaven is only 5 minutes from the Everett Turnpike and within an hour from Boston. Weather concerns? The best forecast we've found for Merrimack is https://www.wmur.com/weather. Want to see what the river is doing? Check out https://water.noaa.gov/gauges/SOHN3. 500 CFS is a sporty run with canoe or kayak. SPECIAL NOTE: May 18th Update River is at a nice level for boating for experienced boaters. A little pushy for swimmers. Roads dried out nicely and are passable. More description... Site-1 is located under the trees adjacent to our 3 acre meadow and Christmas Tree farm. Camp near the bank of the Souhegan River in the shade while listening to the river tumble over the ledges upstream. In season, enjoy the chest deep swimming hole 100 feet from your campsite. Two horses graze on the other side of the privacy fence. If you don't like friendly dogs try site 2 where we have a better chance of keeping our dog Wilson from dropping in to visit. He loves people too much not to want to greet folks on Site 1. Site-2 is at the farthest most downstream end of the property and from mid-May to mid-October it is totally screened by foliage. From your site you only see trees and the river. If you don't like other dogs, this is the site you want. Still no guarantee Wilson won't visit, but it's easier to keep Wilson away from this corner of the property. The other side of the river is town conservation land so the only people you're likely to see will be passing by in kayaks or on paddleboards. In dry season, both sites are a great place to start a float trip and you'll likely have the next 1.5 miles all to yourself since rapids up stream become impassable in July and August. You are only two traffic lights away from the Merrimack Premium Outlet Mall if you need something to do during inclement weather.

Boulder Brook

There is firewood for sale via Venmo right in the parking area, $6 per bundle. There is also a nice outhouse. There are 4 first come, first serve sites with tent platforms and fire pits. There is quick access to the Rockingham Recreational Trail, which is ideal for walking, mountain biking, and exploring. There is also a great swimming hole nearby called Chivers Pond. The campsites are located on the back corner of the Chivers Farm property and seasonal farm goods will be available for campers to purchase coming in 2025.

Sweet Song Acres

Sweet Song Acres is 100+ acres of secluded forest nestled along the Little Sugar River, at the base of Perry Mountain. Located in rural Unity, NH and Charlestown, NH, just across the Vermont state line. Southernmost point, located in Charlestown is one of two campsites. The other is Shady Grove, located in Unity. The two sites, located in bordering towns share the same entrance and are connected by a 1/4 mile trail. Both are very large sites. Campers would drive to both sites down a trail so we highly recommend a vehicle with decent clearance and 4WD or AWD. Southernmost Point is a fully drive-in site. Shady Grove campers park above the site and the campsite is down a short path, just a few hundred feet or so. The property consists of varied terrain of rock ledges, lush moss, streams, and panoramic views at the summit. The property used to be part of the old Johanson farm, it was a 200 acre dairy farm a hundred years ago. The old stagecoach road which runs through the property from Canterbury Station to Northfield Station is now part of the main trails system. The early Pony Express riders dubbed the swamp on the land "Wolf Swamp", because there were many reports of riders seeing Wolves in the Swamp. The property is very open, although the sites are very spread out and secluded for ultimate privacy. There are several great hiking trails on the property, also used by local mountain bikers and Horseback Riding. Occasionally there will be an ATV or Dirt Bike passing through. We are located in the Heart of the local Trail system. There are several great places to swim and Kayak or Canoe literally around the corner. There are also lots of great local attractions close by, many that have Farm Stores, Shops, Homemade Gifts, Breads, Pies, Cheeses and we even have a few local Breweries. ELM TREE FARM

Our ancestor Ebenezer Cole, settled in our little corner of Lebanon, NH., in 1847. Eight generations of our family have lived, and farmed here since. Although once almost totally cleared for crops and grazing, most of our land is now devoted to forestry, but some land remains open and devoted to forage crops. We also have a modern hillside maple orchard. Although we no longer actively farm full time, the stewardship of our farm is of upmost importance to our family. We encourage people to visit our property and enjoy it fully. We host a Boy Scout Troop campsite on another part of our property. We are located in the heart of the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region with countless cultural, and recreational opportunities just minutes away. This is the private campsite we developed on our farm several years ago for when my wife and I need a little getaway, but don't have the time to travel. Shaded Brookside Glen is a level, mowed lawn surrounded by mature trees and bushes. Dry camping only, but a nice composting outhouse is easily available nearby. Water is available from the year round trout stream, but drinking water must be carried in. Shaded Brookside Glen has a picnic table, a metal fire pit, and limited fire wood is supplied. The drive to the site is across a grassy, mowed, well drained field, but can be effected by long periods of rain.

While the weather is changing, snow is melting and mud is present, some of our sites may not be available. Please message me before booking. We have a ton of space and can accommodate you somewhere! During the warmer months(Late March-Early December) all the sites have access to water and a primitive outhouse and handwashing/dishwashing station. All sites except the primitive sites have access to electricity. Firewood can be purchased. We have wetlands and overgrown fields so there may be bugs and other animals at any given time. Bug spray is recommended. Although black bears are generally shy and usually avoid humans, they are opportunistic and will search for human food supplies when natural foods are not available. Maintaining a sustainable bear population in New Hampshire depends on minimizing human-bear conflicts. It is illegal to intentionally feed bears in New Hampshire. Intentional feeding can create problems within residential areas and can result in fines. It also may threaten the life of the bear, if it becomes a nuisance animal as a result of this feeding. Please keep your food in your car when you are not at the site and when you are sleeping. The property has views of Mount Martha and the Presidential Mountain Range. There are easy walking trails throughout the property. There is a field to play games; Soccer, wiffle ball, corn hole and yard croquet can be used. Just ask We are within 25 mins of Lancaster, Jefferson, Littleton, and Bethlehem. Small town bars, restaurants, breweries and one of a kind views of mountains, lakes, rivers and wildlife. There is hiking galore and more than enough to do for all ages.
