Whether you're sipping coffee by the brook, fishing in the river, or setting out on a nearby trail like those in the Presidential Range or along the Kancamagus Highway, the experience is peaceful, rejuvenating, and deeply connected to the rhythms of the natural world. Stay at one of our fifteen walk-in overnignt stay sites, each tucked along the river or brook for a peaceful, back-to-nature experience. These are carry-in, carry-out sites—perfect for those who appreciate simplicity and solitude. Bring your own tent, as none are provided. There’s no running water on-site, so be sure to pack enough for drinking and cooking. A clean and convenient porta potty is located nearby for your comfort. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, along with free access to electricity in the common area. You'll enjoy your day-use and overnight farm stay at our tree nursery where we grow a variety of agricultural products including shrubs and trees such as pine, spruce, and hemlock. We're passionate about agritourism and love sharing what we do—come learn how our trees are grown, nurtured, and prepared for planting. Learn how our farm operates - tours are held regulary. Curious minds are welcome— make sure to get on the list for one of our tours! We are not a commercial campground, we are an intimate farm with quiet private day sites, that are available for our customers for overnight stays.

What a great spot! Very close to the high peaks & located right on the Saco - wish it was warm enough to swim. We appreciated the stump chairs and table at the site, as well as the communal picnic area and charging station. Would stay again!

Sleeping by the sound of the river was so soothing. My son and I set our hammocks between trees, burned a delightful campfire into the night, and had plenty of privacy. A very self-sufficient place. I appreciate it the two tree stumps and the makeshift plywood table, very helpful indeed. I even got to leave with a (discounted) beautiful lupine plant and small tree. Can't wait to come back.

My husband and I came for our first tent camping with our pup. The site was absolutely perfect! Right on the river. The area was very quiet and the porta potty was very clean and flushable!! Close distance to so many amazing hiking spots although we decided to just hang at the camp and explore the river. 10/10 would recommend and would return. Thank you so much!!

Site is right on the water and it's absolutely beautiful! Had a wonderful time and saw a heron! I went on a weekday so it was completely empty but the sites were a little small and close together, it might've been a little cozy if we had neighbors but wasn't worse than most commercial campgrounds. Would absolutely come back.

We had an incredible time staying at Yulia’s property! We got in later than expected, but the self check-in and well marked signs made our late night setup process incredibly smooth! We stayed at site 15 and it was absolutely perfect, I loved falling asleep to the soft sounds of the river! This was our first time using Hipcamp and it set the bar incredibly high, we hope to come back again one day!

This spot was great! Super convenient location to lots of great hiking. The sites were really well maintained, with attractive clear signage. Our whole group agreed it was the nicest porta-potty we had ever experienced, hands down.

We spent one night at the Saco River site 15. It was a bit of a walk in but well marked and the campsite was big enough to accommodate our large tent. There were some other sites that were less of a walk but we opted for the riverside so for us, the walk in was well worth it. We had a wagon which helped with moving the equipment. We were right by the Saco River and spent an afternoon by a small rapid downriver taking in the water and the views around us. Yulia was very communicative, the campsite was spotless and the portapotty provided near the parking area was sparkling clean. There was wood for sale for a cozy campfire that evening. It is a beautiful area and close to hiking trails in the national forest.

My three friends and I set up camp here after hiking mt Washington (it's really close to the national park!) and loved it! The swimming hole, just a quick walk away from our campground, was absolutely stunning.

The riverside sites were very nice and well maintained. Only one other site along the river was occupied with quiet neighbors and there was an empty site in between us making it feel private, but if the adjacent sites were occupied it would have felt crowded and possibly noisy. It wasn't an issue for us on this trip, but it's important to note. The porta potty was very clean - much appreciated! We'd consider staying here again.

Beautiful spot on the Saco! Short walk back to the river from the parking and good wayfinding/lighting (we arrived after dark). The tent sites are pretty close together but it was peaceful and quiet. We loved going for a morning dip in one of the communal swim spots.

This is a wonderful campsite on the Saco River. A couple things to consider. You'll have to carry your gear to the site from your car, and, the sites are pretty close to eachother. That being said, this place has beautiful views and I'll definitely be back.

I loved tent camping on the Saco River. The property is peaceful and the views are picturesque. Yulia was a thoughtful host and gave me helpful information upon arrival. The natural wood table and tree stump seats were a nice bonus. The paths are labeled and well lit at night. There is firewood on site for a small fee if needed.
