We absolutely loved our stay! David and Laurie were so nice and welcoming from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home. The campsite and setup were perfect — peaceful, private, beautiful scenery, and exactly what we were looking for.
One of the biggest things for us was being able to bring our dogs. They had just as much fun as we did and absolutely loved being out there with us! 🐾 Between sitting by the fire, enjoying the woods and the views, and just being able to relax with the dogs, we really couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.
David and Laurie have created such a great little getaway. We were honestly sad to leave and are already looking forward to coming back. We will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend!

David & Laurie’s property is beautiful. It’s easy to find, a level lot with electric hook ups, fire pit, hammock and access to hiking and kayaking right from the site. This was a perfect little vacation for me and my dogs. There’s a shallow brook right there for the dogs to swim and play. We will definitely be staying here again

We loved this camp! Having full power hookups for our travel trailer was a wonderful bonus to the beautiful site they have made on their peacful land. The various bird song are the only sounds you hear at this tranquil site as you get to watch all the wildlife over their picturesque pond. You are 30 mins from Dover a great city with everything you could ever need. Head the other direction and 15 mins later you are at lake Winnipesaukee another fantastic destination. As you sit by the fire pit you feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere which is exactly what we look for in a camp, stop scrolling and book this site, we will be back!

The site was great and clean! The dogs and us had a great time being able to unplug from the noisy world for a couple of days in this quiet scenic site is a good way to recharge. The lights in the tree are a great touch allowing for a little extra light to fill the site along with the glow of a camp fire. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This spot was great — plenty of room to spread out with more than one tent, and multiple areas to hang out. You're aware you're just off the host's driveway, but there's so much space that it still feels private and quiet. Easy to access, and we had the whole place to ourselves. If you're not into busy, noisy campgrounds and want real quiet in nature instead, this is the place!
This site was beautiful! We stayed here for three nights, in tents. This site provided both creature comforts like the electricity hookups, onsite firewood, and farm fresh eggs. All while still maintaining the “all to yourself” vibe. We felt secluded, surrounded by nature and a beautiful view of a really cool ecosystem in the marsh. The very occasional vehicle coming down the road, was a nice reminder there technically were people around, if we were to need them.
David and his family were also very nice! They were there with firewood and eggs when needed and david helped us figure out a few places to check out in the area. You could tell this site was well thought out and there was a lot of effort into making it functional, beautiful, and fun little escape in nature!

Campground vibes without having neighbors! The site was easy to get in and out of as well as level. Details throughout the site: the hammock, Adirondack chairs around the campfire, the picnic table, lights up in the trees, farm fresh eggs for sale, etc shows the dedication the hosts have to their HipCamp. Moose Mountain Rec was only 3 minutes away so we were also able to get a round of disc golf in before we left on Sunday. Also highly recommend getting corn from Ari’s farm stand near the lights by Dunkin Donuts. We will be back to explore this area more in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at David’s campsite. It was easy to get in and out, level, had electric. It was clean and woodsy, all set up for camping. My husband enjoyed the hammock, the firepit and chairs were in a perfect spot overlooking the waterway. This was the most peaceful stay we’ve had with our 6 pups. We will definitely be back!!

David was very helpful when there was a booking glitch on the app. My boyfriend was very worried about privacy and this was absolutely the best spot and so close to great towns.

This is a great spot! Our family with two young kids and a dog had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the solitude, large space, access to trails and woods to explore, water access, and site amenities. Would highly recommend, and look forward to returning in the future!
My husband and I spent one night camping at David and Laurie's lovely campsite. It is quiet, remote, and private; perfect for an escape from the chaos of the city. David and Laurie welcomed us upon arrival and provided us with resources for local hikes and trails. The campsite was well maintained and there were several areas where we could pitch our tent. Even though it rained all night, our tent kept us (mostly) dry and it was magical to wake up to the shining sun and the sounds of nature.

Loved it my family had a great time..it was peace full and quit and my dogs loved it to..they got to just roam around and they did a little swimming in the stream and pond
Beautiful campsite, and a wonderful host! I Definitely recommend this spot to those looking for a private spot to unwind outdoors. There is even a trail and some kayaks on site! The string lights are a nice touch as well.

My wife and I had an amazing time camping this past weekend at David’s property. He and his wife came to welcome us once we arrived and set up. Despite the rain, wind and unusual cold weather for late May we had a great time and look forward to coming back again in the future.

This was our second stay here and it was just as good as the first! Our favorite part is the peace and quiet to listen to the peepers at night. Beautiful and secluded site.
What a great site! I returned to this hipcamp because of the privacy, ease of booking and communication, and of course the site itself. Even with a frosty layer of snow we had no trouble getting to the site. The fairytale lights in the tree made the site feel more enchanting. This time I even preordered some fresh eggs, which the owner’s thoughtfully brought out and had ready for me soon my arrival. I truly look forward to returning once the weather warms up. Thank you for letting stay!

Had a great stay over thanksgiving. Site is awesome and wonderfully maintained. Has plenty of room to swing around and set up how ever you like. New power pole with 50 amp, 30 amp, and 20 amp plugs on dedicated breakers.
We loved this amazing camp, peaceful and quiet and great for our dogs. The site is very spacious and easy to get in and out, even with a larger RV. It’s nice to be so close to the water. One of our dogs is reactive and this is a perfect Hipcamp for him where we can all relax together. Will definitely be back.
I really enjoyed this Hipcamp site. The hosts were quick to respond and even set up the fire pit with wood. It was private, clean, and even lit with lights in the tree above the picnic table. One of the things that I loved about this site is the ability to buy fresh eggs or firewood if needed. I will definitely remember that in the future when I return.

This spot was amazing and exactly as advertised. It was so quiet and peaceful, but we weren't so out in the woods that we felt uncomfortable or too isolated. The layout is simple so setting up our camper was easy, and the area is cozy.

Mountain Brook Hideaway has just become our favorite Hipcamp! This is what all Hipcamps should strive for. Beautiful, private location, with so many hiking trail options. Level parking area with power, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, kayaks and a pond! The perfect fire pit was awesome. One of the trees lit up at night!
David and Laurie were perfect hosts. We will definitely be going back!
