Burke Line Farm is located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We are a working horse farm. Lessons and trail rides are offered 7 days a week by appointment. Please call [xxxxxxxx] to speak with our wrangler. Along with the horses we have sheep and lambs for market and wool. Our land is relatively flat with many trails for riding or walking. A short drive will bring you to Willoughby Lake, Kingdom Trails, and Burke Mt. We will Be Closing for the season on the 14th of November 2024. We had a great season and looking forward to seeing you all again in the spring of 2025.

This campground is incredible. You can tent it or stay in one of their very clean cabins. Wood and grills are provided. If you don’t feel like lugging at a lot of provisions for a camping trip no problem they have it all. Thank you for the location and all the trails. See you next season. A must go too!!!

The cabin was amazing! The farm is a perfect setting for a camping getaway and the shared communal area is perfect for when it rained. Definitely will be coming back in the future!

Had a great time staying at the farm and riding kingdom trails. We had two tents at camp site two and there was plenty of room. The ground was soft, the stars were bright, and the fresh eggs were delicious.

Quiet, peaceful, surrounded by horses! We came a little late in the season but stayed warm with our winter bedding (you bring your own). Everything you needed to start a cozy fire was provided and the stove and griddle were an added bonus in the covered pavilion.

Such a wonderful camping spot near Lake Willoughby and Bread and Puppet. It’s private, clean, and has tons of firewood to keep the fire going. Fun activities around camp like axe throwing and horse shoes and mountain biking trails all around! Second time staying there and love it.

Coyote Cabin
The cabins at Burke Line Farm are adorable and were very homey, they served as the perfect home-base for my wife and I to take a quick fishing getaway. The location is easy to find and within range of some great fishing spots. The cabins feature camping cots, candlelight, and readily available firewood with great little fire pits right outside. There is also a pavilion conveniently located, prepared with gas powered stoves and grills that make cooking a breeze. WiFi availability was HUGE in such a remote location. The cots sag a little bit and anybody not familiar with camping cots may find themselves a little uncomfortable, but they do the trick

I don’t want to sound negative but just honest review. Pros: great location near lake willoughby Trails from campsite Nice farm and people Cons : Privacy and noise there were young children screaming, and pretty close not an ideal spot Campsite had a bunch of paper towels in the fire pit

Great place, deserves more attention probably. Cabin was a great choice this year. Firewood, and tools available. Bathrooms clean. It was also cool to see the farm hosting events upfront, I think my kids enjoyed it.

Another wonderful stay! We love staying at the farm when we come up to ride at the kingdom. Only a couple of cabins and a few camping spots. We always find a swimming hole to jump into to wash off the day before we come back to camp. And the free firewood is so great.

Instructions were easy and clear. Cabin sites were awesome. Privacy is respect and cabin setup helps with that aspect. They had a lot of accomodations nearby. Games, comunal area , outhouses and water pump, and nice to see horses on the way in.

Lovely spot!
Old Fox Cabin
The different sites had enough space that it didn't feel crowded, and the nearby sheep and horses were fun to watch (and I'd recommend the trail ride if you have the chance). It was also conveniently close to Lake Willoughby and the nearby hikes!
