no yard, cabin right against gravel road
for those not steady on their feet, the hill to the stream and waterfalls may be difficult

Pks little cabin get away was awesome. We hike alittle on the property and seen both little water falls. Both where refreshing to swim in. The sauna was realy refreshing as well with a natural cedar sent. The trip was over all amazing. I would definitely come back and stay
We had a generally great few days at this charming little cabin in Vermont — true to its name, it is tiny, and the bathroom (compost toilet and shower) is quite compact, which could be a squeeze for larger folks. The stream just behind the cabin is every bit as pleasant as others have mentioned, adding a lovely soundtrack to the stay. Kitchen gear is functional, though there were no lids for the cookware, and while the spice selection is impressively varied, some basics like salt were running low. The peat moss supply for the compost toilet was also nearly out, so that might need topping up. Overall, a cozy and memorable spot despite a few small practical hiccups.

Little Log Cabin in Vermont
This little cabin was the perfect little get-a-way for a couple of days. The sound of the little brook beside the cabin was soothing. It’s located on a dirt road and it was a bit muddy when we visited so I’d recommend something with AWD or 4WD. The wood stove kept the cabin very warm. PK provided the basic essentials for a short stay. I do wish there had been easier access to walk down to the brook but it was still manageable. PK was very quick to response and a great host!

This tiny cabin in the woods is a hidden gem in the wilderness of Vermont. A little trail over the ridge reveals a beautiful waterfall with mushrooms everywhere! This place is truly magical and the comforts of the tiny cabin were enjoyed! I can’t wait to come back, Thanks PK!
A wonderful little cabin nestled between a bubbling creek and a dirt road. It has everything you could need -- a small kitchen, bathroom, fold-out dining table, loft for sleeping. The front deck is delightful. Our host was incredibly responsive. We loved it.

We loved staying at PKs tiny cabin. It was the perfect get away for us. The creek behind the cabin was so nice to listen too and hang out by, campfire at night, and looking up through the cathedral of trees was very grounding.
It’s a very small cabin right next to a creek. My wife and I spent one night at the cabin and had a very relaxing time. We did the sauna, took a dip in the creek, cooked on the grill and hung out by the fire and drank wine.
We would like to stag at the cabin again.
The supplies are limited. But enough to do simple cooking for a couple

Little Log Cabin in Vermont
We had a great time enjoying the beautiful babbling brook 20 feet behind the cabin and a private waterfall just over a hill. The cabin itself is run down and needs a good cleaning. Host was very pleasant and accommodating.

Perfect weekend getaway! Such a cute cabin in a wonderful area
It was really cute. The cabin is well done and all equiped. Just next to a very nice stream, I imagine in the summer it must be very nice!
Also, PK setted up a sauna, which was very lovely.
Only downside : next to a road but there is nobody passing as it's in the middle of the wood.

Truly lovely little spot. Loft stayed toasty with the wood stove, little kitchen was nice, easy to use and had the basics. Compost bathroom was clean and the shower was hot (albeit not ideal for taller folk) and the host made staying there a super easy process. Prefect spot to rest and relax after hiking or skiing.
What an absolute gem this cabin is! The urinal and composting toilet were very clean and did not smell at all, and the shower looked clean too. I was able to heat up a bit of water on the stove for tea, and the cold water straight from the tap tasted great. I visited when there was a little snowfall, and PK had the wood stove going before I arrived. It was a warm and cozy cabin, and I wish I could have stayed longer!

Very scenic cabin next to a stream, less than half hour to multiple areas of interest but still secluded feeling, and a hot shower on top of it! Had a great time and found huge value in having water, electricity, and a fridge. We didn’t need it but there is also a gas stove and wood burning stove. It only got down to 50s at night when we were there and the cabin stayed very comfortable temperature through the night. Thank you

A nice getaway, rustic and remote. The brook behind is lovely to listen to while falling asleep or sitting by the campfire. Access is easy. There is a lovely waterfall not far, and the water is clean and refreshing. We only saw one car during our two evenings, so it's quiet. We didn't use the hot water, and very minimal use of sink, but worked well. There is a small fridge, which I didn't expect, but used it and seemed well enough to keep beverages cold. There is a small d.c. fan that worked well to move the air, it was hot and humid our second day in the area. USB adapter provided was useful as well to keep a phone charged. Cell service wasn't terrible, but spotty. Would stay again.

Very cute cabin! Located on a dirt road that doesn’t get traffic, convenient to great hikes in the area, and right next to a cute stream. Running water and a functioning kitchen for cooking

Little Log Cabin in Vermont
This is a beautiful cabin located next to a stream. Its functional and simple, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, hot water, and DC power to operate/charge low amp. devices. Firewood was provided in the winter and the stove heated up nicely, even in 5 degrees. The cleanliness could be improved; however it met my expectations for a simple gateway. Soap, a new dish sponge, TP were all provided. I personally washed all cookware I used. Lids to the pots were missing (or at least I couldn’t find them) which made it difficult to boil water in cold temperatures. The oven mitt provided should be thrown out due to how dirty/stained it was. Aside from these things, I had a great experience. Communication with the owner was adequate.
We stayed for one night here with our dog and it was absolutely perfect. The river right behind the cabin made for such a peaceful, cozy winter spot. It is so close to many amenities and great nature/mountain/ski. PK was a great, communicative and helpful host. We would definitely stay here again!
