Located on a scenic dirt road between two covered bridges, our campsite is on the edge of a beautiful, peaceful horse farm. This is a great place to come get away and relax. There are quiet woods to walk through, miles of dirt roads to walk or ride on. We are close to a short hike on Mount Philo or Raven's Ridge. We are 15 minutes away from Lake Champlain and 30 minutes from Burlington and Middlebury.

Bell Tent Site Under The Pines

100% (8)
Bell tent · Sleeps 4
This campsite is located at a clearing in the woods. The area is very private, out of sight from the road or houses. We offer a 10 ft canvas tent on a wooden platform. The tent includes 2 cots, which can be easily folded and removed if you would rather bring your own sleep options. You will provide your own linens. We offer a small campfire ring, a table with 4 chairs and a composting toilet. There is spring water available on the farm (1 min drive or 5 minute walk). Please bring your own water jugs. Parking is available for AWD or 4WD small truck or automobile off-road. We also have a parking lot at the horse farm (2 min drive or 5 minute walk). We are on a scenic dirt road between two covered bridges.  This is a great place to walk or bike. We are very close to some short hiking areas, Raven's Ridge and Mount Philo. We are also close to Lake Champlain and 30 minutes from Burlington and Middlebury. The property is located near our working farm. At Heart and Heritage Stables, we offer horse boarding and equine wellness programs.  We ask that you are over 18 years old to join us as we are a working horse farm.
