However it is currently a bit of a construction site, so pardon the appearance. Also, it should be noted that there is currently no Wi-Fi or cell service. Please be aware that Vermont prohibits out-of-state Firewood. In the future we hope to have firewood for sale, until then firewood can be purchased locally. There is also plenty of dead wood on our property to scavenge.

Sunrise Farm Sites 1 and 2 have oodles of space and Spectacular 50 mile views of Mount Monadnock with no house lights out there in the evening except the party string lights we provide. Site 1 (with entrance 70 yards south of the farmhouse) is best for camping in with up to 20 foot trailers or multiple tents …on the large flat spaces in the 25 acre field to choose from. Great Well water available near farmhouse. Biodegradable soaps Only if used in the ponds. Double Olympic sized Swim Pond we stock with Rainbow Trout to keep clear. We have been advised Not to allow imported firewood (can import Wood Beetle dangerous for our forest). - PLEASE use the Firewood bundle tubs we provide ($12.50) - pick up at the farmhouse or pull wood from the woods (and make it safer for use). Beautiful and plenty of wildlife nearby... as well as Outhouses are marked on Map we provide with solar lights marking them at night. Do Not Leave food out when camping or away from site. The campsite is roughly 10m x 30m (30' x 100'), large enough for several tents or a small camper/RV. It is accessed by a sloped 50m (about 150') gravel driveway. The narrowest part of the driveway is 2.6m (about 8.5 feet). There is a 3m x 3m (10' x 10') tent platform and a large picnic table. Firewood is provided. Near our home about 120m/400 feet away through the trees but relatively private. Within a short pedal or drive to some of the best mountain biking and hiking Vermont has to offer, 15 minutes to Richmond and Hinesburg, and just a half hour to Burlington. Electricity on site, primitive fire pit, but no other facilities, so ALL waste must be packed out. We have a bucket commode to loan if you don’t have your own.

Hi Vue Farms is located in Northern Vermont on the Canadian Border (bring your passport as there are 4 border crossings in the nearby village!) 5 miles from the Missisquoi Rail Trail. Dead end dirt road with private walking/hiking trails. We currently tap about 5500 maple trees on our 425+ acre farm, producing Pure Organic Maple Syrup and Maple Products such as candy, cream and vinegar. I also have a small apiary as well as a flock of laying hens and various other farm animals. Farm store located in the sugarhouse Hi Vue is a multi generational maple sugar, Conserved Carbon Offset Farm through the Vermont Land Trust and Cold Hollow to Canada conservation groups. We are certified organic through the Northeast Organic Farming Association. We are also certified Bird Friendly Maple through the Audubon Society. We prioritize enhancing migratory songbird habitat and maintaining wildlife corridors. Enjoy scenic vistas, private hiking trails (snowshoe, nordic ski, biking), our night skies are AMAZING! Experiences such as learning about maple sugaring and guided nature walks are available.

Trout Camp: A beautiful mix of open field and forest, our property on the Lamoille River in Wolcott, VT is directly adjacent to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail and Fisher Bridge. The Fairy House Tiny Cabin site, Cabot Vermont: Kick back and unplug in this super cozy and quaint tiny cabin. Weekend Trip to Riverside Retreat and Tiny Cabin

Wonderfully warm and curated cozy cabin! It was a wet, chilly, late fall weekend and we were so comfortable in Robbin’s tiny house. Everything was just as described and we likewise had everything + more we needed. Really enjoyed the sound system and super appreciated the ample water provided. Love the added space of the lofted bed. The pull down ladder went with the overall fun, creative vibe of the spot. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful time. The view was spectacular. The accommodation suited our needs. Having to outdoor compost potty with a scenic view was a plus for outdoors camping. We had heavy rain, but we were prepared. Mike had that wonderful pizza oven that we took full advantage of making so delicious pizza. We plan on returning to repeat our adventure.

We enjoyed the horse run in! The run in was clean and had everything we needed. Very much enjoyed the wood burning stove, hot tub, and fire pit. We found the dvd player, books, and record player charming. The farm is beautiful and we enjoyed the town of Londonderry. While the listed rules were a bit overwhelming, Ben and Loana were very kind and hospitable and easy to deal with (it was only surprising bc the rules had set a bit of a different tone). I would highly recommend.

The area is right in the middle of the forest which made for a fun drive and just a beautiful landscape. We got unlucky that the first night was uniquely cold and windy but the host was so great at trying to accommodate and keep us warm. She was very available and considerate. I would highly recommend this place for the scenery and the host!

Staying at the Dome in Know Town is truly one for the bucket list! The hosts are welcoming and so helpful. We stayed for three nights and even in the chillier weather on late October nights, the easy set up made everything a real breeze. The out house is extremely well kept up with and the land around the Dome gives so much to do and explore. If you’re thinking about it, BOOK IT! You won’t regret it 🙂

We had everything we could have needed for any scenario we might have missed preparing for and everything was laid out and easy to access. Fairyhouse is cute and very sturdy. Enjoyed my stay. I would suggest insulating it. Wood burning stove worked great, put off decent heat. Has a composting toilet behind it. If you love dogs there are a couple on premises.
