The Dome
Wonderful stay at The Dome during peak foliage! We had the campground all to ourselves all but one night and there were lovely trails to explore and creek running alongside the campsite. The Dome has everything you need, including a brand new induction stove! The outhouse was pristine, and the grounds are really well kept up. Bow was super welcoming and responsive. Hope to be back next Fall!

An amazing stay!! The dome is absolutely magical. We had the entire property to ourselves as there was no one camping at the apple tree site which gave us free range of the entire place. 10/10 and the host even met me near the highway to return my watch I left behind!

Bow was an awesome host and was sure to check in as soon as we arrived to tell us some welcome deets. He cleared up a few nice hiking paths with some awesome views. Apple tree was right on the river, we could hear the stream from our tent it was so beautiful. Definitely a sight worth seeing!

The Swimming Hole
Great hosts and fantastic property with water access and trails. Highly recommend the swimming hole, the cold, clear water is worth dip.
We stayed at the dome at know town and would move in if we could! What a magical land to spend a few days reconnecting with each other and nature. From in the dome you hear the river, the fire pit beside the river was so relaxing to sit next to, the swimming hole i got to relax in after my race (needed the cold plunge!), we loved it! Thank you for hosting us and we appreciate everything! We will be back next year!

Definitely one of the nicest camp spots I have been to. The dog loved the swimming hole and one of the nicest out houses I have seen. Very peaceful secluded spot. We hope to come back sometime
Magic is real and it lives in the dome and on the land and river and in the stars and fire here. Enchantment is medicine and you will find much of it in this unmatched place. Xx
Such a unique huge “tent” , complete with bed, sitting areas to cozy up in, a cool wood stove, and small kitchen area! Not only that, you get full electricity inside and out, and running water with shower, outside. Complete with large, clean outhouse and a really peaceful fire pit down by the brook. We even dipped in the water a few times, but it was kinda chilly weather while we were there. Perfect spot to cool off in the summer heat, though.
We had all we could have needed or asked for at The Dome.

What an amazing spot! First camping trip with both of our littles. And I think our daughter said it best: "this is where fairy princesses live!"
The dome was very comfortable and the wood stove worked great for cooler evenings (be sure to run a fan to circulate). The fire pit by the river was a wonderfully serene end to the day. There is truly no cell service at the site, but honestly it was so great to fully disconnect for the weekend. I do wish there was a better hot water system for the outdoor shower but that is my only real critique of the space.

This was our 3rd year in a row at know town. Our favorite camp spot that never disappoints. Bow and Lori have outdone themselves with how much love and work they’ve put into their piece of heaven! 10 out 10 would recommend. River is amazing and the pups had a blast!
What a gorgeous spot! I absolutely loved camping here, next to the lovely creek. Bow was a great communicator, the property was immaculate but cozy, and the outhouse was very clean. I wish I’d found the swimming hole in the evening, instead of early morning when it was chilly. This is a gem and I’m so grateful I found it!

Beautiful riverfront spot. Quiet and good privacy. Awesome suspension bridge over the river to a nice trail that leads to an awesome swimming hole. We really enjoyed our time there.

The swimming hole is as advertised. A slice of heaven! Quiet, secluded and well maintained. We loved our time here and definitely would come back for more time at the swimming hole. Our dog loved it too!

Great place for more of a glamping getaway! Dome has a lot of room and great furniture and amenities like cooking utensils and a fridge. It got a little hot during the day but during the summer it’s not a big deal because you want to be outside anyway. Swimming hole was lovely and the outhouse was very clean. Would absolutely recommend.

The Swimming Hole
My son and I loved this spot so much. It felt secluded and private from the other spots on the property. We walked the brook in the morning and it could not have been more peaceful. The camp was clean and set up upon arrival. Short walk from parking but not bad at all. We couldn't get over how beautiful the swimming hole way. 10/10 recommend.
You should note that there is no service there but that adds to the serenity of it all
Bow is a great guy! He was there to greet us and made sure we were familiar with the property. He left us plenty of wood for the purchase. Staying right on the river with the RTT made the night sleep! Great place and being the only ones there we had the property to ourselves. Very private. The swimming hole is absolutely beautiful. Some of the most clear water I’ve seen to swim in. We will be back for sure. Thanks Bow!
I can’t even begin to say on how amazing and peaceful this place is. Bow and Lori are the nicest people and were kind enough to give us a tour. Being able to fall asleep next to a river was such an enjoying experience. My only regret was not staying longer. Definitely will be coming back!

This place is absolutely amazing, I can’t recommend it enough. Very kind hosts, incredible space and land, lots of privacy. My friends and I couldn’t have found a better place to spend a magical weekend together. We’ll definitely be back regularly :)

Such a beautiful site! We enjoyed how secluded the swimming hole site was, yet close enough to others to not feel fully remote. It was so beautiful to enjoy the river in the morning, although it was pretty cold. We definitely recommend this campsite!

The Dome
We had a great time! The dome is so comfy, we saw amazing stars and enjoyed a few swimming holes in the area. Hosts were very nice.
This entire space was so perfect. Stunning, magical water. Bow and Lori obviously take great care of the land. They are also awesome people to chat to! Full of imagination and creativity, and it comes through in their use of the land. The mural in the outhouse, and the projects they have going on. Really cool stuff. Absolutely loved our weekend here and will be back.

Apple Tree
Bow and Lori’s spot on the creek is beautiful and well cared for. We got to hang out with Bow for a few minutes after a swim in the creek. The whole experience was easy, comfortable, private and smooth. We hope to come back for a longer stay next time.
This campsite was a little piece of heaven. Despite being close to the road and the other campsites, we felt completely secluded and couldn't hear a sound besides the river and the birds. The water of river and swimming hole was so clear, it could easily be part of a tropical island. To mineral enthusiasts, there are plenty of quartz, smoky quartz and garnets in the river. We will definitely be back!!

The Dome
We had an incredible two night stay at Know Town, wish we had a week! Lori and Bow were gracious hosts and it was so good getting to meet them. The property is spacious and beautiful with a riverfront fire pit and an open field for stargazing. The dome itself provided all the comforts of home and one of the best nights sleep we’ve had in a while. I know we will be back!

Second time around and the Dome is still great! Amazing space (the acoustics are wild, had a lot of fun with my kids bouncing sound from one spot to another). The weather was chillier than expected but we kept the fire going and played board games…I ran into Bethel for pizzas and we took a quick ride into Pittsfield for breakfast 🤌

Our family loved the campsite and the dome. Lots of cool areas to explore, very thoughtful set up and cozy place to spend the night. Aura ring sleeps scores were record highs. Big thank you to the host for coming out to welcome us. Definitely recommend!
Very cool spot! The camp is literally right next to the water, which was so soothing at night.
Lots to explore and beautiful scenery! I especially enjoyed the swing hidden across the water, over looking a perfect swimming hole!
You can see the Dome site from the Apple Tree site, but far and private enough to still enjoy.

The dome was amazing! Had all the basic you would need for a few nights. Plus the outhouse was very nice ;)
The property was so peaceful with the river steps away from the dome. As noted it does get very cold on below freezing nights but the indoor wood stove became my best friend. I would definitely recommend for people who love a nature camping/rustic glamping experience! Bow the host was very responsive and helpful too.
