I loved my stay at Fernando's Cabin! I was worried about being too cold given the temperature outside but the cabin was so cozy, I had to actually to turn the heat down. The basics were all provided. I used my phone as a hotspot with no problems but there was also a hotspot in the cabin. The property is so beautiful and the hot tub was great. Looking forward to staying again !

I loved everything about my stay at the horse run inn! It was quiet, cozy, and warm. Bath tub being attached was a huge plus!!! Absolutely will be back again.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

An amazing place for a long weekend getaway! The treehouse cabin was perfect and we loved getting to bring our 3 small dogs along for the trip! There was so many spots to relax - the sauna, the hot tub, the hammock. And there was plenty of land to explore. It’s secluded but still close by to shops and restaurants.

Amazing getaway at Kloki! So relaxing and peaceful. Was like a mini retreat with the sauna and hot tub. We also brought our 2 german shepherds and they loved it. Bed was super comfy. The views were beautiful. Didnt see anyone the whole time we were there.

Great experience, clean & romantic

Loved staying at the barn! Clean, beautiful property and the hot tub / sauna was such a perfect touch. Loana got back to me right away with any questions I had. Very roomy and the kitchen was great! It was a great relaxing night even in the rain. I can’t wait to check out their other cabins on their property!

The Equipment Shed / Art Studio

My family stayed at Bent Apple Farms and it was amazing! I highly recommend it and we will be back. The stay was a good balance of true rustic with modern amenities. The cabin was clean and well equipped with a full kitchen. The hot tub was a nice touch. We took full advantage of that. We ventured out during the day and came back at night to cook dinner and spend time with the family. I believe we are truly a little closer as a family from our stay. Thank you very much!

Overall it was very pretty on the inside. We were expecting rustic, wood and raw and for sure that's what we got. We loved how the cabin looked on the inside and the vibes of the place. On the other hand we thought it was much more secluded than it was. We were right near another cabin, we expected a view to maybe see animals outside the windows and there was no view at all. No curtains in the cabin at all, very weird when people are walking around the property but it was something we got use to quickly. We had to clean the place, sweep, counters, take trash out and ect. I get picking up after yourself and making sure it's not trashed/messy but the fact that we had to clean the cabin back to tip top shape before leaving is a little extra in my opinion. There's a nail sticking up in the kitchen that wasnt very nice to constantly step on as well as the board on the little patio on the way into the cabin had no support so when stepping on it flexes and should be fixed. The outlet above the bed in the loft doesn't work at all either. But again the inside of the cabin is beautiful and everything we expected. The outside of the cabin/ views was nothing like what we were expecting so a little bit of a disappointment.

Cozy Treehouse Getaway

This was the perfect spot for a two night get away with my husband for our anniversary. We enjoyed the comfort and coziness of the tree house along with the peaceful views throughout the property. The hosts were extremely helpful, would absolutely return again.

This place as well as the other property that we've stayed at, the boat house, are set in a beautiful location and very well set up inside with great themes and all modern appliances and comfortable amenities. Loanna has been a very accommodating and attentive host. We'll definitely revisit

Enjoyable Stay

The Horse Run was charming but the outdoor shower area is a bit run down and did not look at all like the photos. I was looking forward to an outdoor bath but the tub didn’t look clean and the area itself was full of mildew & messy with dead plants and an old charcoal grill thrown about. I just feel like it could be shown more love and be cleaned up. The inside could use a good dusting. I did catch an amazing sunset my first night and those sights were very memorable. The hot tub was a nice touch. Loana was very helpful and responsive when I had any questions. Overall I enjoyed my stay but think it could be a 10 out of 10 if it were cleaned up to the looks of the photos.

The host were personable and easy to communicate with. We stayed in the Barn. The kitchen was amazing the boat room was fabulous (although we didn’t use it) and for the most part the upstairs bedroom was fine. The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. It would take a few up grades to make it much more comfortable. The flush was awful to use and too much rust the same with the tub. I realize they are going for a rustic look but it was not a comfortable situation. The hot tub was awesome and the outdoor shower was great but needed a little more privacy. We were disappointed the propane was empty on the grill and we asked twice to have it refilled to no avail. We ended up cooking burgers on the fire pit. They were okay but not what we wanted to do. If the bathroom was upgraded we would definitely think about going there again and also recommending it to others.

Beautiful cabin with so many novel amenities! Land and views are beautiful! Great place to get away to nature while still having comfort. The hot tub was wonderful and the site is incredibly peaceful and quiet. The hosts are communicative, helpful, and generous. Will definitely return! Highly Recommend!

Lovely time

I really enjoyed the cabin, the hot tub, the views, and the location! Hosts were very responsive leading up and answered all of my questions! Only thing I’d say was there was a lot of mud outside the cabin and it was hard to walk after it rained. Thanks so much for everything!

I booked the horse run in months ago and checked in earlier the week of to see if we could check in early. Loana said that we could not because a cleaner was there (which is totally fine) but we showed up at 3 and not only was the room not clean, someone else was inside. The property was double booked so we were stranded after driving hours to stay specifically here for the experience. We found an inn nearby luckily but it was very expensive for the night of. Loana issued us a refund but it was extremely disorganized and a waste of our time. It seems this is not the first time they have double booked this site so I would call her the week of to make sure it’s worth even making the trip.

The Barn

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the rustic and chic nature of the barn. It was warm, well, equipped, and very comfortable. The discovery of the second queen bed built into an antique boat, was amazing and completely unexpected plenty of hot water, a very well equipped kitchen made our visit complete.

Beautiful Rustic Cabin with Caveat

Firstly, the good and great: The property and area itself is beautiful. A great spot as a base for exploring this part of VT, and nearby to some really cool hikes and restaurants/country stores. The property is fairly well maintained but has amazing views and is great for morning walks. The view from the hot tub was beautiful especially on the clear and cool nights we had. The hot tub itself was a very short walk from our cabin to the “main house”. Well maintained and clean. The cabin was really cool, rustic, and had plenty of room. The not so great: Communication with the host was an issue, though service in the area could be the cause. It took about 30 minutes past check-in time to receive the code to enter. Unanswered questions about the WiFi hotspot that was dead when homework needed to be submitted was a bummer. The cabin was rustic and that’s no worries, but the furniture and bedding were visibly soiled. The loft bed was super cool, but luckily we had blankets, pillows, and sleeping bags with us because all the linens were covered in flecks and several dead flies. I understand it’s rustic, but if they were just prepped prior to our arrival, it should t have been an issue. The amount of “house rules” written over multiple whiteboards AND the door was not very welcoming, superfluous, and overly complicated and unneeded considering we were paying for a place to stay a couple nights and not taking jobs there as caretakers.

Relaxing Vermont getaway

Lovely, quiet property that was just what we needed as a base camp as we did day hikes around Vermont. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. Loved the views, character and wood burning stove. There are several different rentals on site, but we felt there was plenty of space. Hosts were responsive and also allowed guests space while there.

The place was cute and cozy! Wish the hot tub at the cabin worked, but the communal one was very nice too and their listing does state that only the communal is available. Overall, very clean and professional.

The horse run inn <3

This was the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature together. We use the hot tub which had the most breathtaking sunset. There was a perfect window above the bed so we could stargaze and wake up to sunshine and birds chirping. The outdoor tub overlooked the beautiful meadow. We felt like we were in our own paradise. Plus, the whole place was adorned with string lights, which created a cozy atmosphere. It was pure magic! exploring some of the state was absolutely amazing. There was so many incredible places to discover in the state. It was absolutely amazing. We went hiking and found some beautiful views. We also visited charming little towns with cozy cafés and shops. The best part was being surrounded by nature. everywhere we went. This was such a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. We cannot wait to come back. This trip and place were exactly everything we needed and more. Thank you for having us and we will be back. Loana was very kind as well. G+N
