Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina, event space, and camping area on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain.
Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers, three camp sites, and an on-site cafe.
Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year.
The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line.
Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property.
From Father's Day to Labor Day, the Marina hosts the Port Henry Waterfront Farmers' Market every Friday between 5PM and 8PM. The Market features farms, makers, artists, food trucks and Live Music every week

We are a working Alpaca and Beef farm in Central Vermont. Our cottage is available in the spring, summer and fall to Airbnb guests. Recently we have added the winter season for the adventurous Clamping crowd. The cottage is very private, with alpacas nearby. in the Adirondack Park overlooking Lincoln Pond. My grandfather moved an old ice house under the property in 1943 and built the existing camp in 1949. Her family lives in Florida and has continued to maintain and improve the old camp for the last 40 years. After having done selective logging two years ago we discovered a spot in the back of the property overlooking the pond and with the removal of a couple of trees have a beautiful view of Lincoln Pond. We are located in the High Peaks of the Adirondacks between Lake Champlain and Lake Placid.
Our sites are only for fully contained RVs. We have no bathroom or shower facilities. Sites 1 and 2 are not for tenting.
Dogs: We limit the amount of dogs to a maximin of 3 per RV (not per site).
Our area is legendary for a multitude of hiking trails, mountain biking, and lakes/rivers for paddling. There are amazing natural environments such as Ausable Chasm and the area is also rich in American historical sites. We are centrally located making area events and popular destinations an easy drive. We are also close to Rt 87 for ease of access yet far enough away to enjoy plenty of quiet and space in nature. The 2 RV site areas are very large with ample space for large RV turnaround and parking for vehicle.
We are 300 feet off a road and are surrounded by small hamlets and villages within the park. There is so much to do in this vacation wonderland. Enjoy local breweries and vineyards during your visit. In addition, most every drive is a scenic drive and traffic is almost nonexistent except in some areas during high tourism. You will love it here! We do!

100 Acre Working Horse Farm close to many local activities.
Expect to be situated within a professional horse facility. Feel free to walk the grounds, but not into the barns and please respect ongoing training and horse activities. Please do not feed horses or enter any pastures. This is an active farm, and can be a busy place - but also very peaceful and a great setting.

Site is a gravel pad with easy access. Full electrical, water and sewer hook ups. No internet but cell service is good. Fire pit and charcoal grill is on-site.

During freezing temperatures, water hook up can only be used to fill water tanks and not left hooked up with hose or it will freeze! Our cozy yurt is located within minutes of amazing hiking, biking, breweries and much more! Sit around the campfire while listening to our resident owls or stare up at the stars through the dome.
Our yurt has a loft where you can climb the ladder to a queen-sized bed. Or you can sleep on the full-sized futon on the main floor. We closed in half of the area under the loft for the bathroom, including a flush toilet, sink and shower. Please note there is a folding privacy screen but no door to the bathroom. The yurt has a small kitchen with a small refrigerator, toaster oven, coffeemaker, double cooktop, sink, pots, pans dishware and silverware. In colder weather the space is heated with a Rinai propane heater.
The whole yurt is yours to use as well as the associated porch/outdoor space and firepit. Wood-fired sauna (Available November - April if we're around during your stay. Please let us know if you're interested when you book and then coordinate timing when you arrive. No guarantees however...)
Did I mention that our property abuts the 4,000 acre Bristol Cliffs Wilderness Area? Notch Brook and the New Haven River, which are just down the road from us, provide ample fishing and swimming opportunities.
Are you interested in sampling Vermont’s famous brews, wines and spirits? We’re 5 minutes from the Bobcat Cafe and 15 minutes from Middlebury where you’ll find Otter Creek Brewery, Lincoln Peak Vineyard and other breweries and distilleries.
Are you curious about how maple syrup is made? We’d be happy to give you a tour of our 750 tap sugaring operation and samples of our syrup, candy and other maple confections.
Please note that the Yurt is about seventy five feet from our house on a working tree farm in a rural - residential neighborhood. We are generally very quiet and you will have all the privacy you desire. We do have a young daughter that likes to play outside in our yard, we do occasionally run tools and equipment and there is occasional road noise. If you are looking for a true wilderness type experience away from it all, this likely isn't the best option for you.

Please note- This site is on the backside of an operating crop farm. Corn, hay and wheat are grown on the farm. The road to the campsite is utilized by farm equipment, and at times, depending on the weather and traffic it can be muddy to travel on. We continue to improve the farm road, however at this time we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles.
Rules to follow onsite
When dry you can drive right to the tent, otherwise it is a Hike-To Campsite, it's approximately 400 feet from the parking area. No motorized vehicles permitted on the property beyond parking area. This is to help minimize traffic on the property and preserve natural environment and service road.
Parking: There is a parking area for multiple cars located at the entrance of the property, and is limited to 10 vehicles. Turn onto the private dirt road marked 361 Mt. Independence Road. Continue down the road about a 1/2 mile until you see the parking area sign. If you'd rather not drive your vehicle up the dirt road, there is designated parking space at the base of the entrance near the old barn.
Park in designated parking space only. Once parked in Parking area follow the mowed path to the campsite. This is a Posted Private Property. You'll see the signs at entrance of property.
Please stay on the mowed campsite, trails or road.
Do not cut trees or damage natural landscape.
Please leave the site as you found it.
Clean up after yourself and your pets.

Our family is excited to share the beauty of our working crop farm with others. My great grandfather settled here in the late 1930's from Stanstead, Canada, Our family milked dairy cows until 2006 at which time my Dad sold the herd and leased out to neighbor that continues the farming activities on the farm. In 2020, my husband and I became the proud owners of Lake Home Farm. For many years my grandparents rented row boats at this campsite which brought so much joy to so many. We are excited to engage with Tentrr and our campers to share this gem while continuing the relationship with our neighbor who crops the land. Note: this campsite is named after Dot, Dot lived in Ludlow, VT and she spent her summers at this site for all the years of my childhood. She was famous for her turtle soup and we're delighted to remember her in this way!

We've been farming here for 22 years, growing 5 acres of vegetables and flowers, all marketed within 50 miles of the farm. The farm sits on 90 acres right up against the Hogbacks and is only 5 miles from quaint Bristol village and tons of outdoor recreation opportunities.
Our cozy, private, rustic mountain yurt is a 30’ foot space located in an upper field tucked into a wooded hillside. Views facing east are great for watching the sunrise and a kitchen and outhouse mean you’ve got everything you need to get out of town for a few days.* The location provides a serene, intimate getaway for couples, artists or anyone looking for a bit of mindful downtime and introspection. The yurt is insulated and heated by a wood stove. It is equipped with a full-sized bed, couch, breakfast table with four chairs and night table. Surrounding fields are available for tent camping should you want to host a larger event and use the yurt for its kitchen and gathering space (the furniture can be removed). The yurt and its verdant surroundings are great for day-long wellness retreats, sound baths, yoga workshops, art classes and more.
This is a perfect relaxation spot for bikers and hikers - Just beyond the yurt you can enjoy, or even help to improve newly constructed mountain biking trails Addison County Bike Club’s members have been working on. Rivers and lakes with swimming holes are an easy drive away, as is the charming mountain village of Bristol, with a fully stocked supermarket, two breweries, restaurants of all price ranges, shops and more. We are 30 minutes from the Burlington International Airport, and the closest Amtrak train station in Rutland is an hour drive.

Lori and Ray are such sweet hosts! Very friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with a list of tons of things to see and do in the area. The sites are very convenient and easy to get in and out of. This place is an absolute gem. Not for RV campers, but if you’re packing in, pack light. You do have to walk a short distance from the road down to the campsite. The campsite is super secluded, covered by a tree canopy, with a nice little spot to set up an outdoor shower tent and shelter. There’s a fire ring and a platform for the tent—stocked matches and a starter if you forget. Amazing place—among my favorite rustic spots that we’ve camped.

Great view, isolated and plenty of downed trees for a nice fire. Platform was a bit fragile in the center but the side panels were perfect for my two person tent. The hike was short and steep but the ropes were secure and made it easy.
Favorite part was laying in the hammock looking out at the mountains and lake George during a full moon. Highly recommend. Enjoyed seeing a few deer in the area. Great host easy to communicate with and site is perfect for those who either don’t require brining in a lot of items or don’t mind doing a few trips up a steep hill.

Incredible views of the mountains from our campsite. We even had visitors (horses) on multiple occasions. (There was an electric fence that they couldn't cross but they were super friendly and appreciated the attention!) Proximity to the 87 meant lots of road noise but it didn't bother us too much. Would definitely visit again!

My boyfriend and I decided last minute the night before that we needed a little trip away from the city. Tommie responded first thing in the morning and welcomed us to their home that afternoon with such kindness. Him, his, wife and son greeted us with a wagon that we were able to bring our stuff down to that camp site in. We were completely blown away by their vast fields, little trails in the woods, and the creek right next to our site. You are completely engulfed in nature from the sights, smells, and sounds. Tommie was great at communicating and helped us figure out where to start our hike the next day. If you want the perfect, quiet, scenic camping experience, with an added bonus of meeting some really kind & genuine local people please stay here!!!!!! And don’t forget to purchase some farm goods from them- it’s a lavender & garlic farm- we got garlic powder & their lavender syrup (I put it in my coffee this morning and it’s to die for). Thank you Tommie and family for the most wonderful stay ♥️

Easy-peasy check in with plenty (we were the only campers) of level space to set up our tent on recently-mowed grassy lawn. Can't comment on outhouse or shower that were not used. Perfect locale for bagging Mts Ellen and Abe on days 1 and 2, respectfully.

Their place is suited to immersing into the Adirondacks. I felt at home with lots of exploration opportunities nearby or after a beautiful drive. Great vacation!
