Our stay at Stephanie’s HIPCAmp campsite was nothing short of wonderful. The privacy was top-notch and the views from the campsite were truly breathtaking. Despite facing some terrible weather, Stephanie was kind enough to open up her property for us to use the restroom/shower and her living room became a cozy hangout for the kids.
Furthermore, Stephanie, being a fantastic real estate broker of the area, took us on a tour around the surrounding locales, showcasing some beautiful Vermont-style farmhouses. Her knowledge and hospitality added a unique flavor to our camping experience, making our trip memorable. I would highly recommend Stephanie’s campsite to anyone looking to explore this beautiful region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s camp! The view is just like the pictures. All is gorgeous and serene. A family of wild turkeys strolled by one morning. And the deer roam freely through the meadows. We saw one but heard more snorting at us from the trees 😂.
Stephanie is an awesome host, answering any questions we had promptly. We had access to the restroom in the real estate office. Such a perk! Also, there is a solo stove and firewood provided :)
We went kayaking at Lake Bomoseen and had a wonderful time all around!
We highly recommend Mountainview Camping 👍🏻

The property is expansive and the hosts were very kind! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The walking trails and views on the property provided a great way to unwind right on site. It was nice to have a fire and watch the sunset. A quiet and relaxing stay. I highly recommend, and hope to go back.

We loved camping on Stephanie and Rex’s property in our small trailer. The views are breathtaking and our hosts were over the top in hospitality. It was close to winter skiing venues and they provided electricity. Their long driveway was in great shape on the icy night of our arrival and they were quick to get us settled. We’ve already made a reservation to come back and can’t wait to see how beautiful it is in summer.

Stephanie and Rex were super accommodating with a personal ATV tour and all the firewood I needed. The spot I set up camp on the hill overlooking the mountains was beautiful particularly at sunset.

Wow - I could not have pictured a more beautiful camping spot! The views did not disappoint - we caught a beautiful sunrise and views of the Milky Way. Stephanie was also so generous in letting us use her bathroom, and provided a picnic table, fire pit, wood, chairs, a grill - no amenity was missing. It was an awesome stay and I’d recommend it to anyone!

We had a great time camping on Steph’s land. We were on motorcycles and it was easy to get to the campsite. Lots of open and flat areas for tents. There was a really nice breeze all night and a pretty incredible sunset.

We loved camping on Sarah & Rex’s property! The views were spectacular and beautiful. It is a very peaceful and quite place. They were wonderful and generous hosts. It was an experience that is difficult to match

What an absolutely awesome experience! The campsite was easily accessible with our Class B, the western views of the Adirondacks were incredible, and our hosts Stephanie & Rex were gems who went above and beyond making us feel at home. It was so apparent how proud they were and how much joy they felt in sharing their fabulous property with us. We can't wait to return!

Stephanie‘s place was unbelievably wonderful. Way, way above our expectations. Perched on a Vermont mountain top, our campsite faced western views of forests and mountains. The sunset alone was worth the price of admission — but there was so much more to our stay! Stephanie and Rex were wonderful hosts showing us around their vast lands and offering every amenity. Again, way above our expectations. We were bike touring, so arrived sweaty and eager to put up our tent and relax. Stephanie greeted us with a big smile and tremendous hospitality, going out of our way to make us feel welcome. She let us pick our campsite, and there were many options! We went with the most obvious, which was on a mowed meadow with some apple trees gorgeous view. Stephanie and Rex provided a picnic table and some rocking chairs plus a solo woodstove, complete with firewood. They also brought us a smal gas grill to cook on.
We really appreciated the warm welcome and the fact that they trusted us with their property. We hope to be back one day! Thanks again, Rex and Stephanie!

This hip camp site was a fantastic find! It was very nice to wake up every morning to a view of the Adirondack mountains in New York State. Also the sunset over the mountains was perfect. We were a little concerned about the distance from a paved road, as we were riding a motorcycle. However it was very navigable to and from the site. For you motorcycle enthusiasts, there were no issues riding in and out. The hosts were very welcoming. Within 5 minutes of the meet and greet, we realized that we were so much alike and had so many things in common. After a day of riding. we would invite the hosts down to to relax and enjoy the evening with us. When they had free time, they would join us and we truly enjoyed their company. You will not find any more gracious hosts. Would highly recommend this site!
We have decided to make this an annual stop.

Stephanie’s land is a great place to camp! We had a tremendous Memorial Day weekend there. The land has plenty of room to hike around and the town if Orwell is a short downhill bike ride away.
Stephanie and her husband were kind enough to take us 4wheeling around the property and provided us a Solo stove + wood for nightly campfires
A nice amenity was 24 access to a bathroom with shower too.
