This is a single-site property with a canvas bell tent on a platform overlooking the Adirondack Mountains. Our property is a working farm that raises grass-fed and finished beef, eggs, and a small vegetable garden. We're a stone's throw from Lake Champlain and a two-minute drive into the town of Westport. There are multiple trailheads on our road for short, easy hikes along the CATS trail system. We are a 25-minute drive from Keene Valley, where more vigorous Adirondack Mountain hiking trailheads are accessible. For larger groups, there is an option to pitch additional tents in and around our orchard. Amenities include: a fire ring, bbq, fresh water, wifi and an electrical outlet in the parking area, a picnic table, chairs, and a pop-up canopy in case of rain.This canvas bell tent sits on a platform overlooking our farm's pastures and the Adirondack Mountains. The tent has a queen-sized mattress and two child-sized cots (available by request). You will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, and/or other bedding. Outside the tent, there are two chairs for seating. For larger parties, there is a second site on the grass by our orchard to pitch 1-2 more tents. Other amenities include a picnic table outside the tent, a fire pit, and access to a grill. A composting outhouse is a short walk from the tent, as are water faucets for potable water. Parking is a short walk from the tent. Wifi is available from the parking lot. Please note that we are a working farm with a vegetable garden, chickens, and cattle. We live on the property with our children and dogs. Our dogs are friendly with people and children, but they become territorial with other dogs. For this reason, we ask that you leave your canine friends at home.

Pictures and words truly do not do this campsite justice! Sarah and her family were so lovely, incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The little touches and attention to detail were very much appreciated. Responses to any questions/concerns/requests we had were very timely and even though we were close to their home, the site felt quite private. There is a small town about 5/6 mins away for quick grocery/supply runs and the boat launch on lake Champlain if you are bringing kayaks or canoes. If you are looking for an exceptional camping experience, this is it.

The canvas tent camping experience on Sarah's farm exceeded my expectations! Not only is it a beautiful setting, Sarah and her family are very friendly and welcoming. This was an awesome stay! Such a beautiful spot and the bed was so comfortable. It was amazing going to sleep to the sounds of nature and waking up to the sight of the Adirondacks. The dogs are so sweet and friendly and we loved having them hang out with us on the tent deck. Thanks for a great stay!
