Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina, event space, and camping area on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain. Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers, three camp sites, and an on-site cafe. Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year. The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage, it is accessible via car, boat, or via the adjacent Amtrak rail line. Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property. From Father's Day to Labor Day, the Marina hosts the Port Henry Waterfront Farmers' Market every Friday between 5PM and 8PM. The Plateau is a flat, semi-rocky area located just across Harbour Lane from the Dockside Cafe' and Bathrooms. It provides a wide-open view of the Green Mountains, the Sailboat Mooring field, and the Marina. The site does NOT have direct water access due to its elevated location but the water is easily accessible in other locations throughout the site. This site is accessible to most rough-road campers or trailers with minimal effort, and the ground is hard and drains well during rains. The site provides great views of the lake, sailboat mooring field, and docks, but as a result of it's open views has limited shade, particularly during the morning and early afternoon.

The Pump house is the most secluded of the sites, set back from the bustle of the marina and cafe. Located behind a row of trees, just off the marina driveway, known as Harbour Lane, the Pump House provides ample parking and setup area. Lakefront access, while not directly at the site, is just a few steps away from at a common beach area. Because of its distance from the operating marina, the full restroom facilities are a 1000' walk with a water spigot available 400' away. This is the site of a former water pump building, built by the Witherbee Sherman mining company. While the building is gone, the lakeside foundation walls remain.

A campsite with 30 Amp Electric at Bridgeview Harbour Marina on Lake Champlain in Port Henry, NY. This site comes with 30 amp power, water, and sewer hookups and provides easy access to the Marina's restrooms and the Dockside Cafe (open May - Columbus day) located just across the private road.  High-Speed Wifi On-Site.  This site is located about 125 ft. from the Lake and boatlaunch area.  Camp Areas closer to the lake are available but do not provide power/water. Please Note: This is on the site of a working Marina. During normal business hours you may see and hear heavy equipment, tractors, cranes, and boat lifts in operation.  These can be fun to watch (if you or your children like that kind of thing) but also can be somewhat noisy at times.  This equipment is generally only run during normal business hours between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

The Plateau
The plateau is a perfect getaway spot. Quiet overlooking Lake Champlain and the sailboats moored up. The night sky was a beautiful view of the milkyway. Host is very accommodating. We will be back again.

We have four dogs, and absolutely loved the private off to the side campsite that the Pumphouse was. We had plenty of space to spread out, lovely view of the lake and boats. Fun to watch the farmers market Friday night. Enjoyed the live music and vendors. Quiet and peaceful at night, Tje noisiest neighborhoods were the delightful owls. Beautiful view of the Champlain Bridge and amazing sunrise views. Bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Showers were clean and lovely water- perfect pressure and easy temperature adjustment. This is a great campsite for privacy and space. We had fun cycling down to the marina with the dogs.

Pump House site was a great secluded spot with view of the marina. Was a little worried initially as there is also a famers market/live music hosted at the marina on Fridays during the summer, but was able to find the site with the signage.

We loved our time at Bridge view! It was a great site with beautiful views. The owners were very attentive checking in on us. The location in Port Henry was central to our day trips to Vermont, Lake Placid, Fort Frederick, WhiteFace Mountain, Ticonderoga Ferry and the Star Trek Original Series Set Tour. The area was quiet (beginning of June) and everyone was super friendly. We loved every minute and we're sad to leave. We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!

Second time camping here with our RV. The staff ate very friendly, the views are great and once 4-5pm hits it becomes dead quiet all night. We also love having the Dockside Cafe for breakfast!

This was the end of their season at the marina. Weather was cold and wet but the showers were nice and hot and the bathroom facilities were very clean. Lovely view of the Bulwagga Bay and the Champlain Bridge from the campsite. Power, water and wifi all worked great. Enjoyed the hiking that was close by and seeing Ausable Chasm which was pretty close.

Highly recommend the pump house spot at Bridgeview Harbour. The host couldn’t make it easier for us as van campers to roll in and camp in a beautiful and secluded spot right on the water. Picturesque morning and evening views. Central location for all kinds of activities in/around Adirondack park and exploring the mighty lake.

Arrived a little after 5p on a Friday. There was a classic car show and a farmers market and a band playing. Was greeted by Don by the boat launch. He gave us the overview of the marina. I also had trailer issues and he helped me out the next day so I could get back home safely. The Plateau camp sight is pretty much a level grass parking lot that over looked the marina and part of the lake. Nice view. There was a picnic table and a fire pit. We had the whole place to ourselves which was nice. Plenty of room for yard games. The bather rooms were nice and clean. Didn’t get to check out the cafe. Good experience and will consider again in the future.

Stayed at the powered site #4 in a camper, next to the bathrooms. During a heat wave, so having electricity for AC was great. It's right next to the boat launch. Swimming available at the point to the north (small rocks) or at the gathering area to the south (overgrown with seaweed). Great location to explore Lake Champlain or hike in the Eastern Adirondacks.

Everything was nice, there was just 4 issues with site. Lack of grass, no access to the water from the camp site, about 10 feet drop from the ground to the water without any railings so we were worried about kids and loud train in the morning around 6am. You have to be careful as well and keep an eye on your equipment, i left my inflatable boat with all equipment on the shore for about 2 hours and when i came back i couldn’t find my Fishpond landing net for $200, there is a fridge with cold drinks and jar for money when nobody is there so i thought that place is safe to leave your equipment unattended. Owners were very nice and helpful, how i mentioned before you can buy ice and drinks anytime you take what you want and just leave money, i loved that. There is cafe as well in the trailer, they serve very fresh food, i loved their pancakes. Overall it was a nice stay, but i miss my landing net :(
