Four Springs Farm is a working organic farm on a beautiful west-facing hillside in central Vermont. Walk-in tent camping sites are tucked away in private corners of the farm a reasonable distance from the parking areas. The centrally located Wash Houses have toilets and hot showers. A picnic pavilion, which has a spectacular view of the valley and the hills of the Green Mtns, is available for group gatherings and celebrations and has a sink area for guests to use.
Visitors are invited to tag-along-on-chores and meet the poultry sharing the farm with all of us and explore the seventy acres of paths, fields, streams, and woods. Guests will be dazzled by star-studded skies, treated to spectacular sunsets, and entertained by the farm cat Luna. The farm is mosquito free but inhabited by millions of fireflies. It's nature's playground at her best.
Our season opens the last weekend in April and closes around the end of October.
Wildflower Tent Site
is a mowed area in one corner of a hillside field. Hammock campers would have a woods location for their use. It is located near the Wash Houses with it's own back door path, Watercress Crossing, over a small stream. There are no lights on the farm and this open spot is perfect for star gazing. There is a 10 x 12 foot tent platform, picnic table and fire pit.
Morning Sunrise
is the largest site and can hold ten tents easily on a relatively level grass area. It is protected from the heat of a late summer day and open to accept the first sunshine hitting the farm in the morning. Groups of multiple families, friends celebrating a special occasion, cycling groups and scouting organizations as well as individuals use this site to be slightly set apart from the heart of the farm activities. There is a picnic table and a firepit with space around it for a gang.
Hidden Meadow
is the most isolated and smallest tent site accessed by it's own bridge and unseen from most of the farm. Though not in the woods it feels tucked away
and is ideal for couples or singles as it has room for only one tent ( on a 10 x 12 foot platform) and has a picnic table and fire pit. Maximum guests- three.
Plum Corner
as indicated by it's name is accessed along a path through the plum orchard. It is tucked up next to an old barn site with a stately old yellow birch defining the corner. It is ideal for families because of it's spaciousness and multiple tent options. There is one tent platform - 10 x 12 feet, a picnic table and fire pit.

Camping is provided by and in support of the Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center, a 501 3C non-profit company. Located in the heart of the Green Mountain National Forest, the Outdoor Center provides access to the Blueberry Hill network of trails, the Vermont Long Trail, The Catamount Trail, and the Moosalamoo National Forest Trails.
All campsites are located at the edge of the field behind the Outdoor Center. We have hot/cold outdoor showers as well as restrooms in the Outdoor Center. For more information, visit our website at blueberryhilltrails dot com.
While there is an internet connection near the buildings, it may not be available at your site. Cell service is limited at best. You can drive your car right up to your site. Sites are a good distance apart. Site 1 and the Bed in the Shed are the most private. Site two is quite open and supports trailers.
For your campfire, you can forage for wood or request "bundles" (about a dozen hunks of wood) by the morning of your arrival, and we'll have it delivered to your site. Please note, wood from outside Vermont is not permitted.
We like to keep things quiet. No generators at any time.
Step outside your tent and you'll find a wealth of hiking, biking, and running trails. As stewards of these trails, your camping fees help support the efforts of this non-profit company. Nearby, you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, and canoeing. Trail maps are provided upon arrival, and you can also view them online on our webpage at Blueberry Hill Outdoor Center.
The Outdoor Center offers snacks and cold drinks for purchase, including our inn-made chocolate chip cookies, chips, and cold drinks. Also available on site, at the Inn across the road on mornings we are serving, may be a full breakfast, pastries, packed lunch, and coffee. (Please enquire in advance or night before if any inn items are available. ) Don't miss our Pizza Nights at the inn. More info on the Outdoor Center or Blueberry Hill Inn webpage. Hello, welcome to Know Town located amidst the close knit hills of central Vermont and nestled in the heart of the Stony Brook watershed in the town of Stockbridge. We have just over 40 acres of diverse natural beauty to explore and bask in, which includes a beautiful stretch of the brook with multiple dunking spots, as well as a larger swimming hole. In addition to Know Town's own outdoor activities, there are plenty of hiking trails and big river swimming holes located nearby.
Currently, we offer three options for your overnight stays, as we just added The Swimming Hole site. This new site is very special and is sure to be a place that you will want to return to. Our Geodesic dome is the epitome of glamping with the comforts of home, but still integrated into the natural surroundings. Located right on the brook with a private fire pit and outdoor dining set up. There is plenty of room for games in the large field and a separate camp spot overlooking a little water fall and one of our swimming holes.
For those who enjoy car camping we have the Apple tree camp site. Located right on the brook with a big rock for sunbathing and a spacious area for tents and rooftop car campers. There are a couple of apple trees to relax in the shade under and a large picnic table and fire pit.
Know Town welcomes well mannered dogs (2 per site). We are 420 friendly and geared towards hosting those interested in arts, music, meditation, and ecology. There is virtually no light pollution which makes for optimal stargazing.
Also, it should be noted that there is currently no Wi-Fi or cell service. Please be aware that Vermont prohibits out-of-state Firewood. We sell firewood for dome and campfires, and guests are welcome to scavenge the plethora of downed dead wood on the property.

A developed network of our own marked trails for exploring, our private red slate swimming quarry with docks and seating, and catch release fishing at 2 ponds are a few things to enjoy here. Slate Valley Trails and Merck Forest are close by. Places to picnic, enjoy the sunset, and idle are a plenty. Our farm stand is stocked with seasonal produce, jams, eggs, and bagged ice. Spring water is available. Excellent locally burgers, steaks, chicken and more are available.

A former farm now a 150 acre forested retreat. Mt Ascutney, a 3500' monadnock is to the north and view in excess of 60 miles to the south.
We are dog friendly but request ALL dogs be on leash when near our house. We have chickens that are some times loose. If your dog should kill or injure one of the chickens plan on a discussion of the value of a pullet.

Marsh Billings farm museum in Woodstock has lots of Vermont Country store is close and Woodstock has unique shopping.
Spacious one room camp, bunk bed, dinning table, and chairs. Sweeping view to the South. Swimming pond 5 minute walk. LP burner and some cooking utensils. Wood stove for those chilly nights. No electricity but LED battery lighting. l.
Note that we do not charge a cleaning fee like some sites.
We appreciate our guest leaving the camp as found. So far so good!
Camp has the following: LP 2 burner cook top, pots and pans, dishes, flat ware, some spices and such.
Fresh clean water will be at the camp when you arrive.
The furnished jugs have been cleaned. If
you still wish to bring your own drinking water please do so in reusable jugs. We are trying to limit plastic use.
NOTE:
Using GPS, Google map, or other device our address may come up as Perkinsville, Ascutney, or even Springfield even though the town is Weathersfield.
Check the map and just confirm that Center Grove Rd is shown or called out as off of Weathersfield Center Rd.
Firewood for the outside fire pit is available under extras.
However if it has rained or raining you may want to bring kindling wood.
We now have slab wood for sale if you do not want to rummage for wood in the forest
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN KINDLING WOOD FOR THE STOVE.
Chunk wood is furnished for the inside stove. There is a splitting maul, snow shovel, and hatchet
Check in and out times are flexible if no one is booked on either side.
We have a level 2 EV charger listed under extras.
And last but not least if wedding bells are in your future your host is a Justice of the Peace and can perform wedding services!

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro-farm. Go for a short hike on the property, get to know the animals watch the sunset most of the summer. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY, and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of our tent.

Endless Grove is an 11 acre property tucked directly between the Endless Brook Trailhead (Slate Valley Trails) and Lake St. Catherine State Park. The property is a mix of mature Hemlock, Pine, and Maple trees overlooking a large clean seasonal pond and meadow. Gravel cyclists and mountain bikers alike will find world class cycling right from the front door. The Deane/Osborne Preserve, less than mile away, offers superior hiking with panoramic views of the Adirondacks.
Just a short walk away, Lake St. Catherine is a classic Vermont glacial lake offering excellent swimming, fishing, and boating. From this property, one can ride or hike all day, swim in a glacial lake, and end the day with a campfire, all without stepping foot in the car. It doesn't get more Vermont than this.
Endless Grove is centrally located on a gravel road between Poultney, VT and Granville, NY.

Camp TedRock Adirondack Forest Retreat provides private and secluded off grid campsites and structures on 5 forested acres within the Blue Line of The Adirondack State Park in Thurman New York. Just minutes from I-87 and the Lake George Region, our A Frame site offers a 120 square foot authentic A-Frame cabin with an open Adirondack Lean-to approach. This 1-4 person A frame comes with 2 to 4 sleeping cots, A hammock is available with hanging space inside or out and plenty of space to pitch a tent all around. Down by the runoff stream (sometimes there is no runoff!) you'll find a fire ring with a cooking grill and outdoor seating. Inside the A frame you're provided a lantern, gas cook stove, kitchen ware, and small table and chairs. 7 gallons of potable water is provided. Adirondack outhouse with an ecological waste removing system. This 5-acre quiet paradise is surrounded by on site walking trails where the only sounds are the owls and an occasional airplane. Camp TedRock is close to many popular Adirondack adventures including nearby Crane Mountain, spectacular Garnet Lake, Lake George, the Hudson River and many more. Grateful Acres is the exact type of camping experience I hope for from HipCamp. Stephanie was an excellent communicator and met me when I pulled in. The property is remote with great views. The property is very well maintained and clean. There are two outhouses. My site had a picnic table and a great fire ring. There isn’t privacy screening between the sites, but they’re spread out far enough that it didn’t matter. As a fellow Dead Head, I particularly enjoyed the Grateful Dead theme. It is very kind. If you’re traveling through the Greens absolutely stay at Grateful Acres.

Four Springs is a lovely place to stay. Host is kind and helpful. Campsite was nice with and elevated platform for the tent. The shower rooms + flush toilets and clean water are a great touch as well.

An amazing stay!! The dome is absolutely magical. We had the entire property to ourselves as there was no one camping at the apple tree site which gave us free range of the entire place. 10/10 and the host even met me near the highway to return my watch I left behind!

A big plus for me on this first time visit was how good the drainage is! My van is not suited for this at all,(from flat pine barrens),After three days rain ,my van slipped a little but got out fine.when my son and girlfriend arrived,a cabin was available for them for two days,,,of the nice ones!With the dog they loved it and plan to come back.

We loved camping in our van on blueberry Hill. The views were spectacular. All of the trees were in full fall foliage. The outdoor center nearby was perfect for convenience and level of comfort. We would definitely come here again.

Easy-peasy check in with plenty (we were the only campers) of level space to set up our tent on recently-mowed grassy lawn. Can't comment on outhouse or shower that were not used. Perfect locale for bagging Mts Ellen and Abe on days 1 and 2, respectfully.

We stayed at the dome at know town and would move in if we could! What a magical land to spend a few days reconnecting with each other and nature. From in the dome you hear the river, the fire pit beside the river was so relaxing to sit next to, the swimming hole i got to relax in after my race (needed the cold plunge!), we loved it! Thank you for hosting us and we appreciate everything! We will be back next year!
