Tent camping next to private pond
My friend and I had an amazing time camping on Paul’s land. It’s a super pretty spot with a very nice outhouse, firewood, plenty of chairs, a fire pit, and a nice pond that we caught bass out of. It’s really close to lots of fun stuff too. I am hoping to go back and stay again because it was really great!

Nice Spot Near Saratoga!
Plenty of grassy, level space by the pond with lots of privacy and easy access to Saratoga. Owner has a very cool pooch too. We enjoyed our three-night stay and would definitely return!

Tent camping next to private pond
It was a great remote location, tucked away and private. Paul’s dog Baron stayed with us the whole time and was very friendly with us and our friend’s dogs.
Paul also helped us out when our air mattress pump did not work.

Paul’s pond camping area is amazing! Beautifully maintained area surrounded by nature! Baron the dog was a welcome addition!! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful site by a small pond
Beautiful and serene site bordered by wildflowers and fireflies. You can hear bullfrogs and fish jumping as you walk down a small hill to the spotless outhouse, lit by solar lights- the host thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Lovely location, easy check in. Perfect spot to stay close to Saratoga Springs but just removed enough from downtown to feel peaceful.

Tent camping next to private pond
Paul’s property was beautiful and private and was also only 10 minutes from stores and 20 minutes to Saratoga Springs, perfect for our needs. We hauled a small camper and brought our dog who played with Paul’s dog around the pond where we caught 3 Large Mouth Bass. We will definitely visit again on our next trip to the area and I would recommend it to others.

Tent camping next to private pond
My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Paul's private pond! Paul was super nice and helped with directions several days ahead of time since he would be out of town when we got there. We loved having a quiet camp spot, a private pond, plenty of options on where to set up camp, and even a clean outhouse with a motion-sensor light for that middle of the night trip to the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet stay
We had an amazing time. It was secluded, perfect for anything. Be sure to bring a canopy or tarps to create shade near the grill/ shed. Baron, the owners dog…was an outstanding host lol.

A beautiful private spot
Paul's property exceeded all expectations! He was very helpful with parking and explaining the property. Plenty of room and very flat spots to park. The pond is beautiful and has a TON of fish in it (bass and sunfish) so definitely bring your poles if you like to fish! His dog, Baron, is very friendly and got along great with our dog, Cora. We absolutely loved that he hung out with us for most of the day, and came back to visit again in the morning. We enjoyed exploring the trails through the woods. At sunset, there are beautiful solar lights that line the trees around the pond. We slept great listening to the bullfrogs. Paul clearly takes great pride in his land and has done an amazing job maintaining it. I am so glad we found this place and cannot wait to come back!
