Private property on 8 acres. Deer and turkeys pass thru almost daily. It's not uncommon to see a bear running through in season. Private, level spot near garage with electric and water. Fire pit available. Up the hill from main road. Paved road turns into dirt. Gorgeous views on approach. Extremely quiet star filled nights.Private home with large yard in sought after Stowe VT. Option for grass or gravel parking. Fire pit and wood available. Bears, turkeys and deer do travel through property. Close to hiking, mountain biking and kayaking. Approach road is a hilly, dirt road as is most of VT. Electric and water available.

Great location, close to the heart of Stowe, VT. Lynn was extremely responsive and met us at location and accommodated all of our needs. The site was protected from the high winds and was incredibly quiet and secure. Highly recommended for your stay in VT.

Beautiful spot. Even though it is right next to the house it doesn’t feel like it. Beautiful views, large yard, close to Stowe, friendly host. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn’s Parade Rest. Great location, close to Stowe and the surrounding areas. Lynn was super helpful and the spot was perfect for us. Private and quiet. Needs a little leveling. Our little doggy loved the open area. Thank you Lynn!

Quiet place to stay

Lynn was super helpful and nice. The spot is mostly flat, sloping down a bit on one side, but she provides leveling boards. I suggest pulling down the long driveway, stopping, and then scoping out how you want to pull in the spot, before proceeding to park.

Great location. Nice and quiet spot. We did have some trouble parking our camper when we first got there. Everything else worked out okay.

Lynn was a great host. She was there to meet us on arrival. The property was close to town but very quiet, private and dog friendly. We would stay here again. Beautiful trees in the fall!
