Welcome to our cozy tiny cabin nestled on 29 acres in the breathtaking Northeast Kingdom! Whether you're seeking adventure or tranquility, our cabin is the perfect base camp for all your outdoor pursuits. Situated close to Lake Groton, VAST trails, and Groton State Park, you'll have easy access to a myriad of activities including hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, kayaking/boating, swimming, hunting, and more! The cabin itself features a charming kitchen area, a loft for sleeping under the stars, a cozy fireplace to warm up after a day of exploration, and an outhouse for added convenience. Come and experience the beauty and serenity of the Northeast Kingdom at our tiny cabin retreat!The cabin can fit two queen air mattresses in the loft. You bring water for drinking/dishes, towels, bedding and air mattress/cots for sleeping. On-site there are pots/pans, cook stove and mini fridge. Please note this is a rustic cabin in the woods. There is electricity and some may have limited cell service. There is also a fire pit.

Fireflies and Birch Groves

We loved staying at Susanna's cabin! You are 15 min away from grocery or gas. We enjoyed the Groton State park and took a day trip to Stowe. The cabin itself was so comfortable. It has electricity and running water which was a huge convenience. The out house is clean and well maintained. The fire pit had a small grill stove next to it so we were able to cook over the fire. During our stay a giant tree fell down in the driveway and it was taken care of so swiftly (we honestly were in awe!). We can't wait to go back :)

We enjoyed our time at this amazing tiny cabin. Location is perfect, surrounded by trees. Susanna was detailed with all instructions and everything that we needed during our stay. Overall great experience!

Cuteness in Vermont

This was a great experience and a fantastic place. The cottage was very clean and organized. Susan made sure that we found everything, there is a nice write up and plenty of utensils, pots, plates and games at the cottage. I want also to mention the very very nice neighbor who helped out with wood . Highly recommended
