Sandra was extremely helpful and accessible at all times. The place was incredibly peaceful, welcoming and everything was very clean and well kept.
I especially loved how quiet the place was and how sweet and loving the furry creatures (dogs, cats and horses) on the farm were!

Sandra’s land is a beautiful break from the hustle and bustle of city life. It’s expansive, green, and all you hear is the sounds of wildlife - no traffic noise comes through. Even better than her land, is Sandra herself. She’s incredibly welcoming, gracious, and easy to talk. You will find a kindred spirit in her if you’re an kind of wandering soul :)

Quiet farm wildlife reserve
Great experience! Awesome site for a weekend out of the city. Full hookups. Outside shower and toilet were nice too. Sandy is a great host!

This was a beautiful quiet location. Sandra provided a nice restroom/ shower and let us use her covered porch since it was raining. A peaceful atmosphere with friendly dogs and cats. My daughter enjoyed watching the horses eat and play in the pasture.

Sandra has a little slice of heaven here close to Houston but as far from the hustle and bustle as you could get. She is sharing her amazing horse farm with perfectly set up site, offering beautiful skies, rolling fields of green and wildflowers. Throwing some horses in an amazing pack of little dogs to greet you upon arrival, and you have the perfect safe haven on your drive across Texas. Sandra is an amazing host, sharing tips on great places to travel to, the wealth of knowledge about life on the road. It felt like a safe haven after a long long drive. I will be returning every time I cross Texas. Be sure to stop at veg out Pham two minutes around the corner for fresh produce and sweet treats.. I stocked up there and then settled in for a beautiful 24 hours at Sandra‘s place. There was no need to leave!

Sandra is one of the nicest people we have met her hospitality is beyond generous and her farm is beautiful Texas is amazing this stay couldn’t be more perfect ! We came to repair pipes in Katy Texas and she was so helpful to us and helped us with everything we needed for our stay !

this was a lovely place to stay. sandra is kind and supportive, the accommodations are wonderful, and the animals are fabulous. gorgeous horses and cats and super cute, friendly dogs made our stay even better. we were fortunate to stay here during a cold, wet weather snap, where we could take a hot shower, do a load of laundry, and i was able to work on my laptop in the heated laundry room. the very friendly, beautiful kitties helped me work better, too. if it weren’t so wet and cold, we would have made a fire with the fire starter and the wood she offered!

This a a terrific spot! Sandy is cordial and accommodating, plus she has gone out of her way to make this a comfortable destination. There are hook ups, a washer and dryer, a nice bathroom with a shower, and beautiful grounds with horses. Can’t say enough good about this place! Thank you Sandy!

Our host Sandra was amazing and we would highly recommend this place as well as come back if we are in this area again. She was so hospitable, friendly welcoming. We felt right at home at her horse farm! And it was a great way to recharge for us. Having a hot shower in a clean bathroom was perfect! We also had access to do our laundry, water, electrical hookup, to make a fire at night and even swim in her pool! All her animals were friendly (horses, dogs, cats). Additionally we loved talking to Sandra and getting to know her!

Wow!! Sandy was such an amazing host! We had access to everything on the farm. It was so beautiful and well kept. She has full hookups and beautiful views. Friendly horses, cats and dogs! Will def be back to visit Sandy whenever we are in the area! Google maps took us right to her driveway with a gate she has an easy dirt road and plenty of room for rvs of many sizes.
