Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
Tree studded campsites with large view of the ocean. Not far off Hwy 1. Many beaches to choose from a few miles away. Close to Anchor Bay, Gualala and Point Arena. Large secluded sites with picnic tables and plenty of room to pitch a tent. Porta potty and potable water available. Great place to get away. Please note ticks are always prevalent on the coast and Spring time there are more of them please make sure you and your dog are protected.

Site 1 - Ocean View Campsites
Waking up to the beautiful trees and the waves crashing was such a blessing. What a perfect spot to go camping at. We were provided with the necessities. A picnic table, a porta potty, a fire pit, and an area to wash hands/dishes. We got lucky and had the whole area to ourselves since we were the only ones who booked that day so it was very peaceful. Definitely coming back!

I had a great time van camping on Susan’s land. The views of the ocean in the morning were incredible and the site was very quiet and peaceful.

Good spot on the coast!
Fantastic spot to stay on the coast. Definitely would stay again. Clean. Lots of space. Nice to have running water. Easy to find. Great views.

Pretty spot, we stayed in site 1 and had a sweeping ocean view, but any of the sites are nice. Loved the sink area for washing up and the fire pit. The porta potty was clean.

Convenient stop along the 1. Had the whole campground to ourselves due to weather/season dying down. Clean bathrooms and functional sink with running water. Nice fire pit and sturdy picnic table.

We stayed at camp 1 & found that the view was gorgeous and nice and spacious for our car and one tent we brought! Susan had a sink for us to use which we were not expecting, as well a very clean portable bathroom. Overall the campsite was nice & secluded and about 10-15 mins from many different beaches & a scenic ocean sites !
