Nice full hook up spot in Kenai. They have a place to clean fish, smoke and vacuum fish. The host is very nice and helpful. Would stay here again!

Albatross was the perfect place for our dipnetting trip. It is close to the south beach entrance and has fish cleaning stations to process your catch. We stay every year at dipnetting time.

The owner Jonathan was very accommodating. The area was not like a campground and more like an RV parking camp. Great hook-ups for power, water and sewer. The shower and laundry facilities were having an issue but the camp host Terry made up for it. I thought it was a bit expensive for the lack of wilderness around it but you can smoke, can and process your fish all in the communal. The camp host can show you how if you are not experienced in process your goods already.
We will definitely stay there again if we get a discount! The area was perfect for fishing the Kenai.

Albatross Fish Camp is really close to the Kenai and the Kasilof rivers so super conveniently located! It’s easy to get to and the people are so friendly. There is room to clean your fish and they have bags and a vacuum sealer for a fee as well as freezer space. There is always a fire going at night and people telling their share of fish stories. The cabins are cute and simple with most everything you need. I love the low maintenance vibe and look forward to many more visits!

**Beware of this scam listing!** The advertised amenities don’t exist - no bathroom, shower, laundry, or WiFi despite being listed and priced accordingly.
Host Jonathan claims the listing was “updated to show bathrooms temporarily out of order” but this is false - I booked specifically searching for shower/bathroom amenities and his listing appeared in those results with full pricing.
Upon arrival, camp host Terry admitted these facilities were “under construction.” He temporarily gave us access to an Airbnb bathroom/shower, but revoked access at 10 PM when new guests arrived, forcing us to leave at night to find another campsite.
Jonathan refused any refund, claiming we “used the site” despite his false advertising. He also falsely accused us of being “rude” to Terry, when Terry was actually helpful and we parted on good terms.
**The real red flag:** Jonathan’s response shows he knew the facilities were unavailable yet kept the listing active at full price, collecting money for amenities that don’t exist. His defensive, blame-shifting response confirms this is intentional deception, not an honest mistake.
Save your money and book with honest hosts who provide what they advertise.

It was a good place to stay that was close to both the Kenai and Kasilof Rivers. The fish cleaning stations were set up well and made it super convenient to clean and package our fish. We will definitely stay again.

Very kind host and a nice community kitchen/eating area. Great infrastructure with clean showers, toilets and washing machines. All needed connectors for RVs (fresh water, power and sewer) are available on the spot.

This campsite is a hidden gem. We were referred here by a friend and have found our yearly spot. We were able to cut and clean our fish, then able to smoke it for three days. We were also able to shower and do laundry on site. Everything you need for a great fishing trip. I’m hesitant about referring people because I don’t want it to become over crowded because it’s so amazing.

We had a great time everything was great. The only thing we would suggest is that they have a place to dump the trash. John and Terry were amazing hosts. Would definitely stay there again.

Found this gem on a wim and it did not disappoint! Bathrooms were clean and we loved the communal fire pit to socialize with others. We wished the tent sites had a bit more space but overall a great stay for fishing in the Kenai!

The RV park was well marked, as were the spots. I was alone, so I didn't need a fire ring, but I think I had one on the opposite side of my camper. Electric and water hookups were easily accessible and Terry was helpful when I found him to "check in." That's when I learned, there's not really a check in process. Just park and hook up!
I stayed two nights and it's clearly a great place to stay when you're fishing, as there is an entire area to clean your fish. Overall, I felt safe and welcomed. I wish I would have realized there was the ability to dump your tanks, because it was not obvious or marked. When I was trying to leave, I and the camper next to me were trying to figure it out but there was no one available to help us. I cut my losses, but I'm not sure about the other guy. I'm assuming everyone was already out fishing for the day when we were trying to find them.

Jonathan had everything there at the campsite you could possibly need. Toilets, showers, washers & dryers. Fish cleaning/packing station, community kitchen with every possible grill, community fire pit, horse shoe, pickle ball. ATV riding is allowed to take you to many trails. You are just a few miles from the kasilof beach. We had a memorable holiday and we were a very large group and they did everything they could to accommodate all of us! We just needed better weather! Not to mention FULL HOOK UPS!

The campsite had everything you needed. Washer & Dryer, Fish processing, community kitchen of every grill possible, community bonfire, showers, toilets and Full Hook Ups! They were very patient and accommodating to our very large group. Its only a couple of miles from the kasilof beach so we were right where we needed to be. We only hoped for better weather. Definitely would go there again.

This was by far the most expensive campsite site I stayed at. The site felt like a commercial campground shared with a heavy equipment company, it was not enticing for sitting outside. The pre-purchased fire wood went towards the communal fire pit. Showers are $5. The pictures were very selective. Host was very friendly.

Albatross Fish Camp was a good place to stay after motorcycling down from Anchorage. The campground host was awesome, there was a clean bathroom/shower facility and level ground for a tent.
