Beautiful property, amazing management. Love the fact that they have kayaks to use for free. They have super cute cottages for rent plus u can rent space for your rv also. Nice dock if you have a boat also n nice swim area. Loved that they have a tiki area n a bbq that you can use. Beach chairs n tables to hang out also.

Weekend Trip to Summer Crush Winery

Another great afternoon at the pavilion. Good food, good music, big fans that moved plenty of air, just good all the way around. It's amazing how they can turn muscadine grapes into a fantastic beverage. Camping was perfect. Spots were wide, long, level and well mowed. Very easy to back into, even for a poor backer-upper like me. Plenty of pull-throughs for easy access, and hookups available. This is an EXTREMELY quiet place to camp, no busy roads nearby, heard nothing but a few frogs. A beautiful camper's patio extends over the canal, perfect for fishing. I forgot to bring any fishing gear; next time . . . I can see why this is listed as a #1 place to camp in so many places. Fantastic pavilion for bands or events, well-stocked and friendly winery, plenty of room for car shows and gatherings. A great weekend retreat . As Arnold Schwarzenegger said: "I'll be back!" But next time, with a fishing pole.

Weekend Trip to Flying Frog Ranch

It was very quiet, and there was a lovely pond with seating by it. The property was mowed and well kept. It felt safe. We saw a bunny and what I think was a short tailed weasel. No alligators though! The small Flying Frog sign confirmed that the address was correct.

Weekend Trip to Bayside beach, fishing and camping

Incredible campsite. Just a few spots available on a beautiful private property with private beachfront. Jack the host is very communicative and was available when we arrived, great welcome. Site was leveled concrete, convenient hookups. Very quiet, clean, well kept and the view is incredible. We stayed for 4th of July, fire works right out on the water, no crowds, nothing in the way. Will absolutely stay again. This is such a nice hidden gem.

This was a great half way stop over for us headed to the keys. Had great bbq super close. I love how simple they made it to get thru gate and pictures to camp site. Will be staying again for in the next year to hang out in Maimi area.

This was our first time booking through HiCamp. Vito has a beautiful camp area set up for his guests, he was also very informative and helpful. The pond was our absolute favorite, turtle Okee was sweet enough to come up close to land and say hello. We would definitely stay again.

We had so much fun! The whole camp is so adorable with the lights and stuff by the picnic tables. I also appreciated the solar motion lights on the path to the restroom lol. My kids enjoyed the games and swimming. The water was low but that’s okay! We will definitely be back. It was so quiet and the animals were ADORABLE!

Weekend Trip to Bell Oaks Ranch 5 min from Beach

Enjoyed our time on Taylor’s property! Peaceful and close to beaches we visited Venice Dog Beach with our fur babies wow what a wonderful off leash beach. The farm had 2 beautiful rescued horses, which were a beautiful site to watch as I had my morning coffee. Mike who attends to the horses greeted us was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be camping there again in the near future.

We loved it! It’s on the side of the key that has the sunset and we watched it on the deck every night we were there. Friendly staff, good sites. We’d come back for sure!

Site was as described/pictured. Check in instructions were clear on day of arrival and host was communicative about meeting at gate. The only hiccup was he mentioned a black double swinging gate with a mailbox. Immediately before that is a black double swinging gate without a mailbox. So do not look for the gate, only look for the mailbox. Otherwise it was a really wonderful visit and we were central to the things we wanted to do. In 3 days we covered 2 areas of Everglades national park, Biscayne national park, and snorkeling off islamorada. Highly recommend Mario’s for excellent Cuban food (as suggested by our Biscayne national park guide).

This spot was absolutely GORGEOUS and worth a night (or two) of your trip. Definitely upgrade to the waterfront site, you're right on the water, with easy access for wading/snorkeling, perfect for families. Great facilities and accommodations, will stay again.

Nice RV park and the gal at the office was great about adjusting our site due to high winds. Beautiful beach area with lots of seating. Great sunsets. Also had a laundry, showers.
