The land is close to 180 miles of local kayak trails, a 10 minute drive from beautiful walking trails, and about an hour from the beach. We offer a rustic composting toilet, a heated outdoor shower, and a simple outdoor kitchen zone with a sink and stovetop.
Note: Flitterbug Farm is in a rural, agricultural part of South Florida. The setting is peaceful, but it’s also alive with the sounds of farm life and wildlife. You may hear roosters, dogs, owls, frogs, and the usual country activity from nearby neighbors. Many guests find the natural soundscape part of the charm, but we want you to know what to expect.

Our property is 15 minutes South, from I75, 10 minutes from any restaurant or publix. We are a 2 mile drive down a dirt road, through the state forest. We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV.
Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. A special private place like no other. You may have the place all to yourself, or share with others. It is not populated like other campgrounds.
The property is a designated farm, and we do have chickens.
Day time check-in is 100% recommended.

Part of the property is a nursery, part of it is a young orchard, and most of it is used to free range our livestock. We work and live on site. If you love nature you may be surprised by a deer, alligator, hog, armadillo, panther, turtle, rabbit, raccoon, we already saw so many over here, you can see but please don’t touch, remember they are not pets and are free in their habitats!
We producing a delicious raw honey just for us, not selling, you can see some working bees.
We have some fruits trees like bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, mangos, avocados, that maybe you are luck and are in the season when you arrive, and yes, you are allowed to pick it if in season.
Also you are more than welcome to bring any fruit tree and plant here during your stay.
You can watch an amazing sunrise and sunset that are memorable. At night you can prepare delicious s'mores, bring your stuff and gaze into the night sky filled with stars like you've never seen.
There is a social area with hammock, relaxing chairs, fire-pit, outdoor open shower, barbecue, table. Bring more chairs if you are a big family.
If you like fishing, bring your stuff and you can fish at the water canal that are in the back of our property, we already got some delicious yummy Tilapias.
The water that we provide come from a well, we use filters to purify it and use as shower and hose, but bring your drink water.
You can bring your UTV and ATV to ride over here.
If you are in a mood for a horseback, we can share a contact of a lady that bring them to our property, must be arranged prior to visit.
Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm.
The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it!
We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages.
We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer.
Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day. Don’t forget the bug repellent and a sweater, sometime the temperature drop during night. You may want a flashlight or headlamp for walking around at night.

If you are looking for a full farm-to-table experience, Buckingham Farms is 20 minutes from us and is a 85-acre farm with fresh produce grown hydroponically! Tres Lagos Camping is part of the Florida agritourism initiative. Where travelers from all over the world come to experience and enjoy a different kind of florida. We’re a small 5 acre family farm involved in the cultivation and preservation of rare and endangered palms with many other edible tropical plants for our visitors to enjoy. You can view our palms at all stages of growth from seed to maturity. Enjoy our U-pick varieties of mangos, Caribbean cherries, sugar cane, bananas, coconuts and we’re adding more all the time. There is even a sugarcane maze and bamboo gardens in progress for the kids and adults to enjoy. But don’t forget your veggies! Get up close and personal with where some of your medicines and vegetables come from. We have some small areas for education about different medicinal plants like Turmeric, ginger, saw palmetto and a few others. Take the tours or classes or just sit back and enjoy the view! Flitterbug Farm is home to a collection of majestic oak trees covered in spanish moss, ferns, and flowering vines. The oak trees loom high over a glittering pond, which is great for swimming during the summer months when the water is high. Tropical fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, and flowers decorate our gardens while chickens and bees wander the land. Expect beautiful stars, local wildlife such as owls and chameleons, an outdoor shower, and a "hippie hot tub" powered by a campfire. Sunsets on Flitterbug Farm are truly epic.
The land is close to 180 miles of local kayak trails, a 10 minute drive from beautiful walking trails, and about an hour from the beach. We offer a rustic composting toilet, a heated outdoor shower, and a simple outdoor kitchen zone with a sink and stovetop.
Note: Flitterbug Farm is in a rural, agricultural part of South Florida. The setting is peaceful, but it’s also alive with the sounds of farm life and wildlife. You may hear roosters, dogs, owls, frogs, and the usual country activity from nearby neighbors. Many guests find the natural soundscape part of the charm, but we want you to know what to expect.

Our property is 15 minutes South, from I75, 10 minutes from any restaurant or publix. We are a 2 mile drive down a dirt road, through the state forest. We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV.
Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. A special private place like no other. You may have the place all to yourself, or share with others. It is not populated like other campgrounds.
The property is a designated farm, and we do have chickens.
Day time check-in is 100% recommended.

Come enjoy a quiet getaway at Healing Tree Homestead. Our 5 acres is close enough to I-75 and in-town amenities to be convenient but far enough away to offer a peaceful rest from the hustle and bustle of city life. The tent site has a clear view of the large pond and property, and the RV site is tucked between a banana circle and the nursery. The On-Site RV is parked under the trees for cool shade. We’re a working homestead that’s constantly growing and changing, and there are sheep, goats, chickens, a dog, cats and a bunch of kiddos, but we all have our own spaces away from the RV and tent campsites. Part of the property is a nursery, part of it is a young orchard, and most of it is used to free range our livestock. We work and live on site. If you would like to participate in feeding animals, planting trees or helping us prepare garden beds, we’d welcome the company. *Please note that we live off a dirt road that’s very bumpy and rural.

We are dog lovers and dogs are welcome, we have two sweet and friendly ranch dogs, females, German Shepherd that walk freely at the property.
If you love nature you may be surprised by a deer, alligator, hog, armadillo, panther, turtle, rabbit, raccoon, we already saw so many over here, you can see but please don’t touch, remember they are not pets and are free in their habitats!
We producing a delicious raw honey just for us, not selling, you can see some working bees.
We have some fruits trees like bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, mangos, avocados, that maybe you are luck and are in the season when you arrive, and yes, you are allowed to pick it if in season.
Also you are more than welcome to bring any fruit tree and plant here during your stay.
You can watch an amazing sunrise and sunset that are memorable. At night you can prepare delicious s'mores, bring your stuff and gaze into the night sky filled with stars like you've never seen.
There is a social area with hammock, relaxing chairs, fire-pit, outdoor open shower, barbecue, table. Bring more chairs if you are a big family.
If you like fishing, bring your stuff and you can fish at the water canal that are in the back of our property, we already got some delicious yummy Tilapias.
The water that we provide come from a well, we use filters to purify it and use as shower and hose, but bring your drink water.
You can bring your UTV and ATV to ride over here.
If you are in a mood for a horseback, we can share a contact of a lady that bring them to our property, must be arranged prior to visit.
Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm.
The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it!
We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages.
We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer.
Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day. Don’t forget the bug repellent and a sweater, sometime the temperature drop during night. You may want a flashlight or headlamp for walking around at night.

We are centrally located in the rural area of the Bayshore Community with only a 5-minute drive to I-75, a 20-minute drive to Downtown Fort Myers, and a 20-minute drive to Babcock Ranch.
Being only 5 minutes away from I-75 makes it quick and easy to either drive down south to Bonita Springs to enjoy our local beaches or north to Punta Gorda to explore!
Downtown Fort Myers is about a 20-minute drive and has many local restaurants and shops if you want to go out and about. They typically have events on the weekends like Art Walk and Music Walk!
We are a 20-minute drive from Babcock Ranch - a community open to the public that has several walking/biking trails, a beautiful lake for kayaking/fishing, and a small dog park. They also have a restaurant (Lakehouse Kitchen and Bar) that looks out over the water and live entertainment on certain days of the week!
If you are looking for a full farm-to-table experience, Buckingham Farms is 20 minutes from us and is a 85-acre farm with fresh produce grown hydroponically! We are also a one-minute drive to "Blossom & Brie" which is another farm-to-table experience that offers brunch, lunch, and dinner on a 50 acre farm!
With just a 2-minute drive, we have two parks, Nalle Grade Park and Pop Ash Creek Preserve, for those who enjoy nature walks, fishing, or birding. There are also a handful of other nature preserves and parks in the local area that are around a 20 to 25-minute drive!
There are many other restaurants, parks, and local businesses nearby for you to enjoy if you want to get out and explore the local area!

We enjoyed our nice woodsy site. It was quiet and private and secure. We got a nice tour of the farm. We got to meet Gaston the turkey. We received a free half dozen fresh duck eggs. The timing was perfect because we were all out of eggs so we bought a dozen farm fresh egg for the road. You’ll never get them in the store like that.
We are hoping to make this a yearly thing.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for is a night of absolute safety. I am a single woman traveling alone and I felt so comfortable there. The host was amazing and they were very responsive. Great price. Bonus: a lovely dog named Daisy, just as sweet as she can be. I hope to be back.

This was a great spot for a solo car camping experience on the full moon. It's a secluded little quiet jungle nook with easy access to a real indoor toilet and sink! It's also a short walk to water views.
John and his family are lovely folks.
I read in the hammock and meditated by the fire. My only regret was not bringing mosquito protection. I ended up with about 15 large, itchy bites.
I would happily stay here again.

We had a positive experience staying at the Front Entrance Farm Stay at Bell Oaks Ranch. The location was very convenient—just a short drive to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time.
We mainly used the site to sleep, but it was quiet, comfortable, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. Overall, a great, simple spot in a convenient location.
