Norman was a fantastic host! Everyone on the farm was super friendly and welcoming — we genuinely enjoyed every part of our stay, and we’re already planning to come back. Even the mosquitoes were friendly (no bites at all 😄). The setup was beautiful — fire pit, grill, and what felt like an unlimited supply of firewood. The animals made the experience unforgettable: horses, donkeys, cows, and chickens. Feeding Pumpkin and Dirty Girl (the horses) while Izzy was mooing for attention because she was jealous? Absolutely priceless 😂🥰 The lounge area with Wi-Fi access, plus a bathroom with a sink and shower, made camping feel like hotel-level comfort. Our spot was tucked away and peaceful — it felt like we had our own little hideaway in the world, even just for a short time. Thank you for such an amazing experience! We’ll definitely be back.

BEST HipCamp Host!

Norman and his family were absolutely AMAZING! They welcomed our group of 16 (10 kids and 6 adults) onto their home, property and working ranch with so much kindness. Our kids loved the animals and horses. We’ve been rv-ing for 4yrs and this is one of the BEST hosts we’ve encountered. Thank you so much Norman! We’ll be back soon!

Silver Bullet Stables is a gem! Our family of four had a wonderful time here. We loved seeing and petting all the animals. Everyone on the farm was so kind to show us around. The land was beautiful, we camped right next to the fire which was nice. Bonus that there was a lounge area with couches and old western shows playing, a bathroom/shower as well. My kids loved it all. We can’t wait to go back!

My family had such an amazing experience at Silver Bullet Stables! Norman was an awesome host. He and his team of stable helpers made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They gave us a tour of the land, letting us meet the cows, horses, pigs, chickens and other animals up close. My kids even got to bottle feed the calfs (highlight of their stay)! We will 100% be back!

I had a great time staying at Silver Bullet Stables with Norman. He was super friendly and made sure everything was good for my stay. The bathroom and shower were clean, there was plenty of firewood, and I had a nice spot to park my camper van. The area was peaceful, and I loved seeing all the farm animals. Definitely a great place to relax—I’d stay again!

This was our 1st HIPCAMP visit. Norman's staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They met us upon arrival and helped getting set up with a tour of the ranch. The area was very clean and tidy with a rest room, shower, 30/50A power and water at each site. A nice, air-conditioned lounge, open area in the open-barn area with cement floor was nice to sit and watch the numerous animals and enjoy the day out of the sun and rain. No traffic noise or other distractions, only the animals which seem to be more pets than ranch animals. Town was only 15 minutes away. We highly recommend and are ready to go back and enjoy the ranch.

Relaxing

Silver Bullet Stables is a very nice place to spend some time relaxing, slow down and getting back to the simple things in life. Watching cows graze, horses galloping in the pasture and lazy pigs sunning themselves. We had a very nice site for our campervan. The lounge is a comfortable place to spend time and the shower facilities were clean and good. Our host Karen, was friendly and nice. It’s a very easy-going place.

The camping site was level and gravel based. Hook ups were easily available. Host were very friendly and even gave us several farm fresh eggs. Lots of livestock around, but none with access to the camping area. Very nice stay and would definitely come back.

Camping on the farm!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here. It’s peaceful, beautiful and there is a lot to get involved with around the farm. My three year old son loved feeding the chickens and admiring the cow, pig, horses and long horns. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite and Norman even loaned me washer to fix a part on our RV. Stormy was also a huge reason we enjoyed our visit. She was so good with our son and always let us know what was happening around the farm. They even have an old school pinball machine my son and I loved. I highly recommended staying here if you need peace and quiet and a dose of the simple life. I had great service with Verizon, my peplink device (t-mobile) and it even helped that Norman had great WiFi. Thanks again!

Mini Ranch Adventure!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Our RV had electric and water hookups and the site is an active small family ranch which we loved! The whole facility was very clean and super peaceful and quiet! We were located near the barn where we fed the horses, chickens, met the pig Charlotte and even collected eggs which we had for breakfast! Be sure to bring mini carrots for the horses they love them:) They have a very cool rec room for guests with a pin ball machine and TV as well as extra bathroom and a shower if you need it. There is great internet too. The site is convenient to the super quaint town of Arcadia where we enjoyed hunting for antiques! Air boat rides and 4 wheel as well as horseback riding along the Peace River are all within a 20 min. drive at a reasonable rate. We had a blast doing something out doors every day. Norman and his wife are super gracious and on site. We had a lovely time! Thank you both for our ranch adventure! !

Enjoyed our stay at a working stable. Electric and water hookups. Our site was right next to stables, could see the horses from our trailer! Norman and Carin were great hosts. Everyone working on site was helpful and informative . Many animals to see ! Offered us eggs during our visit. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Norman and everyone at Silver Bullet Stables were so welcoming and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. They offered us fresh eggs for breakfast (even sent us home with a dozen!). We had a place to cook meals to save some $$ and there were two bathrooms and a shower with hot water. We had plenty of room to set up our teardrop and enjoy some relaxation time after seeing the sights all day. They even let us use some water to wash the salt off of our camper from the trip down. We would totally stay here again.

A Quaint Farm Campsite

We had a great time camping in our RV with our dogs at Silver Bullet Stables! Our spot backed right up to the cows and donkeys where there was electric and water hookups. Norman was very kind and gave us a tour of the property after we got settled. We will definitely be back 😊
