Learn more about this land: This spacious RV lot in beautiful Estero features newly installed cement pavers and full hookups with 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer. The site can accommodate RVs from 26 ft up to 45 ft and is located inside the peaceful and secure Corkscrew Woodlands gated community. Guests have easy access to nature trails, a butterfly garden, and opportunities to see local wildlife—sometimes even spoonbills. Just behind the lot, you’ll find his-and-hers bathrooms, hot showers, shuffleboard, and a laundry facility. The main clubhouse offers cable TV access, tennis, table tennis, pickleball, and a sparkling community pool. This is an ideal place for a quiet, relaxing long-term stay surrounded by nature, amenities, and a friendly community atmosphere. A one-month minimum stay applies during the January–March peak season. Important information about the community application fee: Required only for short-term stays. Long-term guests staying one month or more do not need to add this fee. For short-term guests, please scroll to the bottom of the booking page and click the “Extras” section to add the Community Gate Access Fee before completing your reservation. After your reservation is confirmed, we will immediately send you the required form. Please return it to us by email or text as soon as possible so we can submit it and ensure your gate code is issued promptly.This RV lot provides a spacious cement-paved area suitable for campers or RVs up to 40 ft, with full hookups including 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewer. (Note: Class A, Class C, and fifth-wheel RVs are welcome. Travel trailers must be 35 ft or shorter, as back-in parking is required and longer trailers may have difficulty maneuvering.) Guests have easy rear access to the community bathrooms, hot showers, shuffleboard courts, and laundry facilities located directly behind the lot. Additional amenities such as cable TV, tennis, pickleball, a swimming pool, nature trails, and a butterfly park are available at the main clubhouse, just a short walk from the site. Everything is within comfortable walking distance, making it convenient to enjoy both nature and community activities.

My second time staying here and I’ll definitely be back again! Had no issue getting my 31’ class A into and out of the spot, and great location near all the stores and beaches not too far too.

Great spot. Plenty of room for my 31ft Class A. No issue with 50a electrical, sewer, or water. Cute little Florida HOA community. Didn’t use the pool or other facilities but they looked like they’d be nice too. The last few hundred feet of the drive is definitely tight but just take it slow and it’ll be fine.

Very nice site with convenient hookups and paved parking. Close to restroom and laundry. It is in a large community which was very quiet in August.

I love the location of Kenneth site I would recommend it to my friends and family. Bathroom was clean and showers were large and very clean. Very quiet spot, people are very friendly everywhere at the park. . The washer and dryer location was

We are actually here for 2 weeks and then again later on. We love this place! The site is in an active over 55 community with tons of activities and close to the beaches. Kenneth is very accommodating and responsive. We are thrilled to be here again this year!

Hidden RV gem in SW Florida

Estero Resort- FL RV Lot

This site is an RV dream. It is a manufactured home village, and I mean that in the nicest way. I was able to back in my 19’ travel trailer in one shot even with the narrow approach and street. We felt right at home amongst our fellow retirees who are very friendly. So nice. The concrete pad is cracked and pitches a bit but leveling is easily accomplished. 50/30 amp electrical showed safe by my tester, water supply had great pressure (use a reducer), and the sewer hookup was nice and low with threaded pipe that worked perfect. Zero leaks, zero odor. We were able to deploy our awning. Very quiet at all times unless there is a community event in the lanai directly behind the site in the center of the ring of homes. We accepted an invitation to watch the Super Bowl on their big screen and had a wonderful time. The pool, hot tub, pool tables, shuffle board, pickle ball, bathrooms, showers, laundry, and golf cart trails are all part of the deal. If you tent camp here you might feel a bit awkward, lol. But, if you’ve ever been to today’s RV Parks you will enjoy this site.

Fun stay in Estero

What a fun time we had at the Estero RV lot! The spot is in a lively community full of friendly people and many activities. We were close to preserves and state parks for hiking and kayaking. There are many restaurants, shops, outlets, and Publix. Bonita Springs, Naples and Fort Myers are within a short drives distance. Kenneth was easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we were doing well. We would definitely stay here again.

Temporary home w/pets after Ian

We needed a site with electricity, showers and laundry close to our damaged home in Matlacha, FL following Hurricane Ian. Knowing our needs, Kenneth alerted us upon arrival that some services were not available and offered us a full refund. We decided to stay in hopes the sewage issues would soon be corrected. Kenneth was quick to respond throughout our stay (21days) with any questions or concerns. The site is slightly different than pictured. The vegetation is no longer there but, what you don’t see is the beautiful sunset view over the water across the street. The cement slab is mostly level with showers and laundry only a few steps away. The site is located in a gated community with mobile homes/RVs/park models. The residents are mostly seasonal. We met several very friendly and welcoming folks during our stay. This site exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend! Additionally, although it was no fault of his, Kenneth offered a generous partial refund for the days we were without sewer services. It was a class act and we very much appreciate you, Kenneth!
