NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
If beaches are on your agenda, South Causeway and Fort Pierce Inlet State Park are only 25 minutes from the beach! Our favorite place to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner is Carter's Grocery, which is only 4 minutes from our property.
ACTIVITIES:
We have chickens that lay eggs and are great for eating so if you'd like some fresh eggs, feel free to go over to their house and grab some. We have a Pavillion with a fire pit that is welcomed to be used. Our dock provides a look out on our pond. Please feed the fish some food if you'd like. Also, take time to fish in our pond and catch some tilapia or blue gill. The kids have a blast fishing as the fish are easy to catch.
THE SPACE:
The site you'll be staying at is close to the owners house. There are 2 parking spots on asphalt that are available for the campers vehicles or park directly at your site. The ground will be grass that the camper will park on.
Please note: we have 2 gates with gate codes that shut automatically. Please be sure each gate closes behind you! We have free roaming cattle and other farm animals outside the camping area.
We are always open to recommendations on how we can make your stay even better! We cant wait to share our property with you and hopefully you'll find our place as somewhere you'd love to return!

We are 25 minutes from Okeechobee City, the bass fishing capital of the world, 45 minutes to Fort Pierce, & 35 miles from Sebring International Raceway. The Kissimmee Prairie State Park is very close by. The prairie is the darkest part of Florida. Astronomers, bring your telescopes and cameras to capture the night.
You will possibly see cows, bobcats, wild turkeys, wild pigs, armadillos, birds, or the neighbors dogs might show up. Don’t worry, they are quite friendly.
We have a 50 amp RV Hookup with NO septic and plenty of space for primitive camping.
Bring your horse, but there is no paddock or barn.
The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone.
There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. There is an outside sink, an outside shower with no privacy, a picnic table and a fire pit. If you come with your RV, please use your RV toilet. There will be a major fine for any septic dumping.
1/3 of the land is cleared and 2/3 is full of mature oak trees and trails. It is fenced with barbed wire fencing.
Please keep your food trash in your cars & take it with you. You do not want to attract predators. You can recycle, or throw away any trash that is not related to food in the garbage can. Keep an eye on your small dogs. There are also snakes and predatory birds.

If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road.
PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

A small but unique piece of land that was given to a family in the 1920s by the Florida Railroad Company. It stayed in the family until we purchased it. It is unique because the surrounding area does not have much tree coverage. This is
due to the ground underneath, which is a vein of grey marl. This is why the area is called the Allapattah (an Indian word for Alligator) Flats.
We are hoping that our county stays the way it is so people will know what Old Florida really looks like.
Minutes from I-95, but surrounded by the Allapattah Flats Wildlife Management Preserve. Located on Martin Hwy, which was recently designated as a Florida Scenic Hwy. Fifteen minutes to Stuart and thirty minutes to West Palm Beach, a world away from the hustle and bustle.

Cute spot right across from the beach. Full hookups available. We had a good time going to Kennedy Space Center and eating at the local eatery's. Great spot to be close to everything. When we arrived at the ranch just before the sun totally set, my husband said we arrived in heaven without having to die. This beautiful gem of a spot is so peaceful. It’s exactly what camping is all about! See the stars’ reflect off the pond, hear the sounds of nature all around, and all while being greeted by the best humans, farm animals, and wild animals this world has to offer. We are so grateful for our visit!

The site has water and power, which is more than enough for us. This is a perfect weekend spot from which to explore.

This was a quiet, safe community where we really enjoyed staying for the month. The site is a very large site on the corner, big enough for our 35" camper with slide outs plus jeep, and even big enough for my son's full-size truck when he came to visit. Lots of recreation activities available with the site 2 pools, beach access, pickleball, mini golf, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard,etc, along with great Wi-Fi. Dog friendly community and great off-leash pet beach 5 miles down the road. Really enjoyed the stay!

This is a nice quiet place to stay for our trip to Kennedy Space Center. Scott was very helpful and was available if we needed anything and his property is very well kept. It is a quick ride to all the fun stuff yet far enough away to be enjoyable. Hookups were easy to access and the space was perfect for sitting out in the evenings after a busy day. We will be back to stay again since we ran out of time to see all we wanted too!

An absolutely beautiful and serene place up relax and enjoy being in nature. We didn't want to leave.
The miniature horses were very friendly, I think they like potato chips, but I didn't feed them. L
Dragon flies flittered about for hours. The site is level with short grass, which was perfect with my car/tent setup.
Cal greeted me promptly - very friendly.
A very clean porta-potty was all maintained and convenient.
If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature, this spot is lovely.

The camping sites were fine. The grounds were very clean. The hosts (Christine and Cal) were great! If you needed something or had a question they were always available and responsive. The whole atmosphere of the campground was unbelievable. We will be staying here again next time we're down!

Zero shade, so 75% of the year this stinks. Also the sites are very close together and there is no feeling of privacy. Once I camped here and saw a co-worker a few sites down. Yeek! Sometimes you just need to get away from it all and this is not the place to do that. If you love to fish and love to be crammed into lots of people and sweat a lot, this is your place.

Great place for fishing! There is also hiking and bike trails and of course the beach! The state park camp sites are great with water and electricity hook ups. Also available is primative camping at the Sebastian inlet marina, still on state park property and passes are provided to get you in the North and South gates.
