Celestial Acres
4 sites · RVs, Tents2 acres · Hastings, FLWelcome to our little homestead. We have a bit of extra space on the backside of our 2 acre property so we thought we would try out hip camp to offer some boondocking. There is a concrete road that you would back down and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Surrounded by farm land and horse pastures. We just finished traveling the country in an RV with five of our 7 kids (oldest two were in college) and we had a terrible time finding places to stay in Saint Augustine when we came home to visit. I hope that we can offer some nice people a safe and beautiful place to park their rig for a few nights. Things to do: The property is near the historic St. Augustine, a fun walkable/bikeable city and an awesome beach! Other things to note: 6 Miles away is 4 Lakes Campground with dumping facilities

Dude's Off Grid Camp
6 sites · RVs, Tents2 acres · FLWe recently purchased this beautiful property from Matt and Rachel so please bear with us while we work on making changes to this page. The campsites will be as they are listed. I’m very excited about sharing some of this with you. This off the grid property has been in building stages since 2018 and features multiple solar systems. There are three tent camping spaces, and one RV space. All guests have access to our shared bath house with large open air shower and flush toilet. This property is not super large at 2ac but we rarely book more than a couple sites at a time so it's rarely crowded and whichever spot you choose you have access to the other spots to walk to the pond if unoccupied. Only site 2 and 3 has pond views. But at all our sites you will be under trees, and mostly shaded. Our property is primarily 21/up. We do have a dog and two cats living here with us. Dogs are not allowed but we are willing to talk to you about your pet and to see if it could be OK. Our animals are family. It is their home and I want them always to feel safe. Thank you for understanding. We would also limit the length of stay to five days unless we talk and make a different agreement.

Pitch a tent in one of our four designated camping sites, tie a hammock, wet a line and see if you can pull in our trophy bass, "Pub Sub," or relax on the embankment. Check out what's growing in the seasonal garden and if you’d like to to visit our horses, cows, KuneKune pigs, dairy goats, rabbits, birds and local mascot, Nacho the Donkey, please book a private tour with us. Florida's gem-colored, healing spring waters are just a 20 minutes up the way and local retreat centers and yoga studios dot the area. Gator fans? Cozy Freedom
8 sites · RVs, Tents8 acres · FLPerfect spot to set up and enjoy Florida's great outdoors! Convenient to Atlantic Ocean, fresh water springs, state forest and more. If you're in town for an event, come and go day or night. Historically, Cozy Freedom was occupied by the Timucuan Indians who hunted the forest and swamp land. More recent history of the property included a plant nursery and beekeeping location. Now, surrounded by horse farms and state forest, nature abounds. There's organic produce growing in fall, winter and spring. Ornamental nursery items are also being propagated. We have citrus trees and blueberry bushes, ginger and turmeric. Our resident bats help with the mosquitos. Our friendly four-legged friends romp around and are all very loveable. What else do you need to achieve cozy freedom?! Learn more about this land: A serene location with 33,000 acres of state forest backing up to the property, an 11-mile direct run east into the Atlantic Ocean, and less than an hour from spectacular blue-water springs. Day trips to St. Augustine, Orlando, Cape Canaveral and Ocala.  Visit local Old Florida sites nearby, including Bulow Plantation Ruins, Tomoka State Park, and Barberville Pioneer Settlement. Take a day to hike or bike out in Tiger Bay State Forest without having to drive off the farm, or enjoy just hanging out on the farm. Outdoor kitchen, hot/cold private shower and designated campsites on 8+ acres.  Working produce/nursery farm.  Electric and water available at all designated sites and options available for remote tent sites without access to electric and water. Summers are hot and wet and mosquitos will drive you inside from mid-June through to the end of August. Wintertime is peaceful and ideal for camping in Florida. We do have some nights that drop into the 30's, but most days are perfect to be outside. Enjoy staying put on the farm or safely leaving your belongings while visiting the sights in the area.  Someone is always nearby onsite, but privacy is respected. Property is situated on a thoroughfare between Ocala and Ormond Beach with audible traffic, so not ideal for individuals seeking absolute silence.

Whether you're hopping out of your rig to explore museums and paddle the St. John's River in town or to check out historic forts in St. Augustine; if your travel plans involve taking a dip in the Atlantic Ocean off Fernandina Beach or exploring ancient dunes and biking the trails in Little Talbot Island State Park, you’ll never be far from an RV campground in the Jacksonville area. As well as access to excellent recreation opportunities, pristine beaches, and hiking, paddling, and biking trails, many RV sites in the Jacksonville area offer full hookups and free wifi—some also offer such perks as swimming pools, volleyball courts, and children’s playgrounds. Jacksonville’s sunny climate means you can enjoy outdoor activities all year round, though in summer, you'll want to keep cool by hitting the beach or spending time out on the rivers and lakes.
