From mountain biking to fishing, Lake City RV campsites are only minutes away from adventure.
Lake City offers a wealth of RV camping opportunities among gorgeous green spaces and crystal clear waters. Find ADA-accessible RV sites shaded by oak trees with electrical hookups, potable water, and dump stations nearby. State parks like Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park or Big Shoals State Park have their own pull-through sites for RVers, some that accommodate slide-outs or have length restrictions. Among the high bluffs overlooking this floodplain, enjoy riding big-wheel mountain bikes on paved or natural terrain trails, horseback riding through gorgeous parks, or geocaching. Fishing (with a license), paddling, and canoeing are permitted along the Suwannee River. Though it’s popular to visit Lake City in summer, April and May or October and November see quieter parks and fair weather at RV campsites equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and sometimes hot showers and bathrooms.
