Amazing camp site on 87 acres with open fields and grand daddy oaks with amazing sunrise and sunsets and plenty of open area for stargazing. This property includes three "pul through" R/V sites each with water and 50a hook up. No septic as we offer Indoor bathroom and showers and fully equipped kitchen area with refrigerator stove and microwave, coffeemaker and plenty pots, pans and dishes. Tent campers have access to the kitchen and bathrooms. The tent camping area has 5 tent sites that are covered and have access to power and water and individual fire pits. The kitchen/bathroom building also has a large covered outdoor pouch area with lights and fans for rainy days, to hang out. reading, card games, etc. As mentioned earlier, we are on 80+ acres and plenty of room to roam and trails to explore. The city of High Springs and Lake City are each a short drive away have lots of shops, restaurants, and groceries. Feel free to ask us for recommendations. The property is 5 min to Interstate 75 (414 Exit). State ([xxxxxxxx] is a 5 min drive. Ichetucknee Springs State Park ([xxxxxxxx] 15-20 min drive from our site. Ginnie Springs ([xxxxxxxx] and Rum Island ([xxxxxxxx] are also a short drive from our site.

This is for RV Pull through #1 (we have three) Each R/V site is 80 wide and 60 deep on grass with 138 feet of drive through. Each can accommodate R/V's up to 50 feet. Each has designated water hook up and 50A power. Each has a fire ring and access to indoor bathroom and shower and kitchen. We have community bicycles available for campers to use. there are also numerous hammocks and plenty of shade trees.

Spent a couple a nights here and absolutely loved it. The sites are well appointed, bathrooms were clean and honestly best we've been in for camping. Fully stocked kitchen for anything we needed. Stephen was super attentive and helped in so many ways. We will be back many more times and next time hope to bring friends with us so they can experience this great place. Also super close to the springs.

Stephen is a wonderful guy and generous host. The camping setup is very thoughtfully done and exactly as advertised. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the area.

We were lucky enough to enjoy the whole camp site ourselves. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Responsive to our messages and requests (specifically for firewood). We would definitely come back here. Quiet and peaceful property. Was able to see wild turkeys, deer, and beautiful old oaks on the morning coffee walk.

Stephen’s land was perfect! Awesome location right off of the freeway, but still quiet & peaceful! Enjoyed the sparkly, shiny lights on the trees! He was timely & responsive.

Stephen was very helpful in guiding us to the site. It is a nicely treed property with a long driveway for pleasant walk to help after the fatigue of driving. The neighbors sheep were quite entertaining during our walks as well! A very pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this Hipcamp location Thank you for offering your property Stephen! Very sweet and quiet spot with fantastic bathrooms and a kitchen. Stephen was kind and helpful. We were the only campers and the stars were beautiful. Having a hook up and water right at the site was great as we do a lot of boondocking without those. The porch was a great place to hang out and the sites were shaded. Thanks Stephen for letting us stay on short notice!

The best Hipcamp we have ever stayed at! Stephan is very welcoming. The amenities are better than any site you’ll find nearby and the location is open and beautiful with tons of room to walk around and explore.

A very nice camping spot! The location is very quiet and all three RV spots (we were in spot 2) are pull-through, very spacious and have their own fire ring and a few hammocks. The facilities (water and 50A power) were easily accessible and in new condition. The hosts are very pleasant and are putting in a great deal of effort to make this hipcamp perfect. It is on a very large piece of land and we spent quite a bit of time walking around it and on the neighboring roads (which are also very quiet). We saw turkeys every evening and a number of deer. Quite a variety of other birds as well. The site itself is very clean without the piles of old farm equipment or debris you frequently find at Hipcamp spots. The "dirt" road into the location is actually packed lime rock, very wide, and pothole free. Note that this location does not have a sewage hook-up on site (and we knew this going in). With that it would very nearly be perfect!
