Private Riverfront site on the Santa Fe river. This is NOT an RV site next to a dwelling! We offer a spacious 2 acre and private river front retreat with a covered boat dock. Located on the spring fed Santa Fe River just upstream from the crystal clear Ichetucknee River. We offer two covered RV pads with full 50/30 amp; water/sewage hook ups. Price is for one RV site. Tent camping is only allowed in addition to a RV or travel trailer as there are no bathroom facilities. Contact us for details and to reserve the second covered site for larger groups of extended family and friends. Ichetucknee State park South Entrance is only five minutes away. Enjoy kayaking and swimming in the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee rivers or relaxing on our covered boat dock. Don't have a kayak, don't worry, you can rent one of ours. Use one of three fire pits included with the space or cook a meal down by the water on the park quality in-ground charcoal grill. Access to dock may be limited during extreme high water. Bring your boat and explore the many springs on the Santa Fe and Suwanee rivers. Invite your friends and family to this one-of-a-kind property! Look out for:- Shooting Stars, Satellites, Deer, Manatee, Turkey, Opossums, Raccoons, Otters, Beavers, Turtles, Snakes, Alligators, Mosquitoes, Lizards, Cicadas, Flies, Frogs, Fish, Owls, Too many types of birds to count.Site #1 is closest to the water. It is a large 30'x60' Covered concrete pad with a fire ring, water, 50A & 30A power and septic. A gas grill, outdoor sink, disc golf and horseshoes are provided. Both sites share access to the floating dock, and waterfront fire pit and charcoal grill.

There are no toilets on site. Tent camping is only allowed as an add on to a RV booking.

There are two covered pads on site approximately 50 yards apart. We normally rent out the site closest to the river but for larger groups requiring another RV space and additional hookups for family or friends we can add the second site to your booking.

Wonderful weekend full of family fun. We had the BEST time making memories that will last a lifetime. Camping at Jerry’s was just easy and the nature and wildlife was phenomenal. The water felt so good on those HOT days and loved watching the water toys pass by on the river. We will definitely be back. 💙💚

It is a neat place. The covered camping spot was nice. The dock was well built dock and felt safe. Water was very low but when it’s back to normal can see it being a fun place for kids to play and swim. Nice fire pit. We will definitely visit again

This is a large, covered, waterfront campsite. It has electric, water, sewer and a solid concrete pad as well as a covered dock. Jerry was helpful and left me to my own devices unless I requested help which is exactly what I wanted. He has a lovely property

Jerry's place was heaven on earth! Beautiful property as shown in pics, overlarge concrete pad, (a plus!) with cover, so much running room for our 4 large dogs. We hung out on the boat dock, swam with the dogs in the crystal clear river and generally took a much needed step back from city life. Grilled dinner over the fire pit, and it actually got cool enough to stay by the fire. 😎 No traffic to be heard except a couple of ATVs and an occasional boat on the river! Oh, and the birds!!! So many bird songs to hear and enjoy. We are already planning to come back and bring the grandkids and we can't wait!

Jerry’s place is amazing!! The dogs loved the river, water was pretty shallow and we were able to stand up majority of the way across. No mosquitoes which was mind boggling…. The charcoal grill by the water was perfect and we made a fire in the fire ring every night. Magical place!!

We loved that it had a pole barn & concrete pad. It made the trip nice because it rained one afternoon...but having cover it didn't bother us. It is a great property. The river was really clear. There is a great dock & ladder to get in the water. ( it was a bit chilly, we didn't do that. ) But great for the summer. Cell service isn't great, so download movies if you watch those at night. We heard an owl at night, the stars were beautiful. Nice & quiet .... very relaxing.

This is a well appointed site directly on the beautiful and clear Santa Fe River with access to the Ichnetucknee River via boat and the neighborhood parks. It is great for families or groups camping together. There are two covered full RV sites, a sandy beach and solid covered boathouse and fishing dock. We had a great time in cold, drizzly weather and can’t wait to return in better weather to fully enjoy the properties amenities.

Jerry's land was perfect. We spent 10 days and loved every one. Our dogs had plenty of room to run and explore. Plus swim! Thanks for all the free firewood! During the week we felt like we were the only people on the river. We will definitely stay again if in the area! Thank you Jerry.

Had a great 2 days staying in our rv at Jerry’s spot with 5 kids (4 being teenagers). Loved having the dock area to fish from, launch our paddle boards. Was nice to be able to tie up our boards and leave them on the water inside the dock slip area. Plenty of space for everyone to roam. The wash sink is a nice bonus I didn’t realize I needed in my life of camping lol. Best part we saw a momma and baby manatee swim by as we were hanging on the dock.

What a fantastic find! Barely an hour from Gainesville, and all of 20 minutes from High Springs, this site offered privacy, beauty, quiet, and easy accessibility for swimming and paddling! This is a great site for two or for gaggle of folks, and I'd love to go back with the family. We paddled every morning, and even the current wasn't an issue going up-stream. The water near the property was extremely clear and shallow enough (in early October) for just wading or floating right off the shore/boat house. Considering the beautiful weather, we actually found it odd how quiet this strip of the river was - where were all the people?! We weren't complaining, though. Only item that wasn't fully as "advertised," was the camp sink which was functional, but the water just empties at the base of the sink and onto your feet. We didn't use it. Instructions from the host were clear, and they maintained good communication through the stay.

The highlight for us was the beautiful river that runs alongside the site. It added a peaceful, scenic backdrop to our stay and was perfect for relaxing by the water or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. We absolutely LOVED our stay! We chose this location for a birthday camping trip and could have had a better spot! The location is convenient and quiet. We enjoyed the access to the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers. The site was clean and as described. The host was communicative and friendly. Having sunrise breakfast and coffee on the river was top tier. Enjoying all the stars and the cicadas at night was just as cozy! I will stay at this site every chance I get. 10/10!

We had a very relaxing time on our trip . The property is in a beautiful location on the Santa Fe River, the camper parking under pavilion with full hook up was just perfect. We enjoyed the floating boat dock so much ; morning coffee, played dominos at table on covered dock, fishing and swimming. The water is cool, clear and lovely much like Itchetucknee spring. We road our e- bikes all over the neighborhood, roads are packed sand and shaded , saw many deer and birds. Tubing in the neighborhood park was fabulous, no crowds, no lines. Left a bike at Point Park (end of tube run), took truck and all our tubes to beginning at Hodor park and got on. Would love to visit again.

We had an awesome time at this campsite. It is totally private and plenty of room for your fifth wheel, tubes, and boat. My 2 dachshunds were in heaven with all the space they had to run. The property is rustic but has everything: gas grill, air compressor, outside lighting, boat dock with ladder. It is in a great location within the neighborhood that has private access to the River for boating and tubing. I would stay here every year for our annual Memorial Day weekend! Thanks Jerry

We had a great time. The lot was huge, the covered pad we parked under was really nice and came in super handy since it rained the first 2 days we were there. It had electric, water & sewer hookup and the view of the Santa Fe River from our site was spectacular. We were on the parking pad #1 for reference. The boat dock was our favorite place. We spent 90% of our time sitting on the dock watching the mullet jump, the turtles swim by and the other boaters ride by. Watching the sunrise and sunsets were my favorite. We took our boat and paddle boards and paddled up the river and down river. Down river took us to the Itchnatucknee River which is a must see, crystal clear spring fed river. Directions were good, just don't use Apple Maps like I did, you won't get there if you do, use Google maps like they tell you. We would definitely go back. One piece of advice tho.....be mindful of the ticks and fleas, my husband and I both had ticks on us and definitely make sure your animals, if you bring any, have flea and tick stuff on them. Great place!!

We loved this hip camp. It is very secluded with a great view of the water. It was nice to have all the hookups and roof for protection. It made setting up and tearing down very easy. We enjoyed the quiet and did a little fishing, caught a few smaller fish. We would definitely recommend. Direction and check in very easy

We loved staying here. We had lots of privacy and felt very safe. The community and its parks are an amazing feature. We were able to launch directly on the Ichetucknee River and on into the state park. It was serene. Being on the river was lovely. In the evening we started a fire as we watched deer cruise on through the property across the river. Host had great communication. Being in a covered site with full hookups was an awesome feature. There were games and kayaks for rent if needed. Our dog loved it too! Highly recommend.

Great space in the Santa Fe River! Quiet, peaceful, and everything you need. Our pup was in complete heaven! Close to the Ichetucknee State Park with a beautiful spring! Jerry is a responsive host. Would recommend you get any supplies and/or groceries you will need as the closest supermarket is about 20-25 minutes away. Also, use google maps, do not use Waze. Waze let us down, Jerry was quick to help!

We spent 4 nights here and had a great time! We enjoyed the very quiet surroundings listening to birds, owls, hawks, and a distant rooster. We brought our bikes and enjoyed looking at the neighborhood and parks. We spent time on the Santa Fe and Suwannee River. Loved having a huge covered pad and no one else in sight. The only issue we really had was the address on the gate did not match the address we were given. Also be aware that the nearest street sign is not the correct road. However, Jerry was very available and answered right up to confirm we were in the right place, as what we saw matched the pictures online. He was always very responsive and gave instructions to make our trip better. Definitely stay here if you love old Florida and peace and quiet!

This was our first time staying at a HipCamp site and I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else. This place was fabulous. Private, quiet, peaceful. Definitely off the beaten path so, be prepared. The closest grocery is about 15-20 min away. Our host, Jerry, was so kind as to make sure trees were trimmed and let us know what roads would be best to come in with our big rig. We brought our boat to use at the covered dock and I am so glad we did as the river was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for more. It was exactly what we needed and we will definitely be back. Thank you Jerry!

This weekend away was everything we’d hoped it would be. Jerry was kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The site is great for RV camping, with so many amenities. The overhead lights, being on our favorite for grilling in the dark. The river is beautiful, the dock is great for fishing off of. The place was quiet and private and we can’t wait to make it back up. There are too many beautiful places nearby to see in one weekend.

We had such a blast staying at Jerry’s property! He was the perfect host. Great at communicating and friendly. Site was super private and being right on the water was awesome. The covered concrete pad makes all the difference. No sand in the rv! We rented Jerry’s kayaks and paddled down to Ichetucknee river into the spring. So magical. Our pup really enjoyed swimming right off the property. We brought our bikes and made the short ride over to ichetucknee state park. Tons of nice paved bike trails around the site. If you get a chance, Take a ride over to the Farm Stand for some great tacos and ice cream! We also really enjoyed oleno state park. Both parks close to the site. You get access to private parks for easy tubing rides. Fires at night were so peaceful. We can’t wait to return!
