5645 Bay Boulevard is 2 blocks off US 19 in Port Richey Florida. The property is 1 mile east of the Gulf Of Mexico. There are 5 restaurants on the water that are a short ride bicycle, golf cart or 1 wheel ride away. One is a Hooters. Within 2 blocks is a Dunkin Donuts, Culvers and Hardees. Walmart is accessible without driving on 19. If you need fuel there is a WaWa and Walmart station. The Veteran's Expressway is a short drive east which makes a drive to the Tampa Fairgrounds less than 1 hour. We have a 50 amp covered full hook up spot, a 50 amp with water spot and 6 plus boondocking spots. We have a place to dump and refill the water tank. We aren't fancy, just very convenient.

Privacy and country comforts, yet 3 miles from the I-75 exit. Grocery and restaurants nearby as well. There is a stable and 2 cross-fenced paddocks for grazing. An RV site with 30A power and water hookup, but no restroom available fo the RV site. A one room cabin with a queen bed is available with a separate full bathroom. Come visit our friendly donkey (Henry) and Scottish Highland cow (Wallace). You will hear roosters, braying and some mooing early in the morning. The Withlacoochee Trail is a mile east at the end of the road. This is a biking, hiking and equestrian trail. Florida Classic Park is roughly 2 miles north on Lockhart. The Croom Recreational Area is also 3 miles away.
If you are traveling with farm animals, we do have (2) 2-acre cross-fenced paddocks available for an additional fee. We also have a stable available, but that does have a concrete floor with mats. Please reach out to us directly in this regard.

Our RV and Tent Campsites are located in a grassy field next to dense woods. Electric and water hookups are included in the RV/Camper sites, but not the Tent Site. All sites have a picnic table and fire ring. Our newly renovated restrooms on the property have toilets and one shower. A boardwalk takes you along the Cotee River to our two open air pavilions with several places to sit and enjoy nature. Cell phone service is not a problem, as we are not remote (although it sort of feels like we are when you are here) - we are 5 min from downtown New Port Richey, 2 minutes from groceries, gas, restaurants.
This beautiful slice of Old Florida is named for the Pithlachascotee River that bends along the back side of the property. Pithlo is the Creek word meaning canoe, and chaskita means to dig or chop out, together signifying "place where canoes are chopped or dug out". Seminoles of this area used canoes dug out from the great cypress trees found along Florida rivers.
From the 1980s until 2014, this property was owned by the Cotee River Lions Club. They held a popular monthly pancake breakfast fundraiser in the large pavilion along the river. We purchased this 4.9 acres of land in late 2019. It is now where we live and have a woodworking shop. It has been a magical place for us, with no shortage of wildlife, rich jungle forest, a winding narrow river, and even the occasion river otter sighting.
We are grateful to all the humans who have occupied this place over the centuries before us for keeping it as nature intended it. It is our intention to do our part to conserve and protect its natural beauty as long as possible. We hope you find it to be as restful and rejuvenating as we do.

We have a large mango tree (mangoes are seasonal) and over 150 mango trees that range from starts to three-year-old trees scattered around the property. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool. Pool hours 8am to 6pm or ask for special times.
You can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailboats, and BBQs right at our lakeside dock. Not into lakes? You can swim in our outdoor pool with a waterfall and decorative koi pond close by. The views of the lake are stunning.

Excellent camp ground. Well kept, great sites with plenty of room. We stayed for two nights and the kids all had a great time fishing. We had use of canoes and kayaks and the clubhouse had a great pool house and was fun to hang out and cool off for a bit. Very much enjoyed our stay the river is beautiful!

We had such a fun stay at Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Auburndale. The campground was clean, well maintained, and had a great atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The RV sites were spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was always something going on around the resort.
The pools, live music, and activities really gave it that relaxing vacation vibe while still being family friendly. We also appreciated how convenient everything was on-site, from food and drinks to the camp store and amenities. It felt more like a resort experience than a typical campground.
Overall, it was a great mix of relaxing and entertaining, and we’re already talking about planning another trip back. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a fun Florida camping getaway.

I camped here a few nights while visiting friends in Winter Haven. It's perfect for that, or for visiting nearby Legoland/Cypress Gardens, and close enough to the wonderful downtown area to ride my bike. Nice view of the little marina, and mere blocks away from a Publix and some fast-food chains. The site feels safe in a nice neighborhood, has full hookups, and a responsive host.
As another reviewer mentioned, these sites do back up to a modestly-busy road behind the privacy fence, unfortunately right next to a stop sign, making any vehicle with a noisy motor especially loud as they accelerate from a stop. However, inside my camper I couldn't hear it much, at least not over the sound of my own A/C unit, and it certainly didn't affect my sleep.
Only other "cons" to these sites are that there are no picnic tables or fire rings onsite, and no campfires allowed.
Note that the oak tree in Site #1 covers that site and Site #2, and the shade really helps under the hot sun. However, if you want to deploy a Starlink for internet, you probably want Site #3 (I used cellular in Site #2, though, and had strong signal on both AT&T and Verizon networks).

My first experience at Bare RV Resort was fantastic. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from my first clothing-optional resort, but I immediately felt welcome, safe, and comfortable. What stood out most was the warm, respectful, and judgment-free atmosphere — it made for such a positive introduction to this kind of space. I visited with my friend, and we ended up making new friends during my stay, which made it even more special. The pool and hot tub were a highlight, and the whole resort felt cozy and inviting. It strikes a great balance of social and relaxed, and the location near other resorts in the area is a bonus. A wonderful first experience, and we will gladly return.

AMAZING!!! I can't say enough honestly. Our family goes to Orlando a couple times a year and have always stayed at the bigger campgrounds, Fort Wilderness, Margaritaville, etc. This was the most quiet, peaceful place we have ever stayed in Orlando. The people that are there we so nice and polite, and it didn't even seem like we were in the city at all. The site set up is awesome and the hot tub was my kids highlight lol. I will return over and over. The convenience of the location is near perfect to everything. Ginger was superb, and helpful with recommendations nearby as it was my wife's birthday. We can't thank you enough. Bottom line, AMAZING!!!!

Matthew was great. It is a little tight getting into the spot but wonderful when you get there. I used the provided sewer hose which was the easiest hookup ever. My 25' water hose was not quite long enough but I could have moved my camper to make it work. Instead I went to a nearby store for an extension. This quiet campsite at the beautiful lake is close to shopping for anything you might need for supplies. It's the best of both worlds.

Chris was an absolute gem, and so is the property. I was able to pull straight into his driveway since I wasn't planning to unhook, and it was an easy back-out when I left. This site is situated in a beautiful neighborhood and I took advantage of the nature preserve just down the street for noon-time walks. As a solo woman traveler I felt very safe at the property and in the neighborhood.
Chris reached out the morning of my planned arrival to clarify my ETA and establish a line of communication. He came out to greet me when I arrived, made sure I had everything I needed and showed me where the hookups were, etc. Other than that he left me to my own devices and encouraged me to message him with any questions or needs. Very helpful and caring guy.
Here's where Chris went from a great host to an exceptional one: not only did he give me permission to have an order shipped to his house, but when there was a huge mix-up, he took receipt of the package (which arrived after I had left) and made sure it was safe until UPS came to pick it up. It was an extra hassle for him and he was super cool about it. 10/10 would recommend.

I found this place via hip camp, I tried to approach this place is for healing to find the solitude that I need as well as understand myself with others. What I found was residence who are willing to make up rumors and throw non-residents out, I was sleeping in a tent and had no better place to go but the owner would rather take their vacation. Didn't care about what I was going through.

We were ready to plan a return trip before even leaving. Owners and staff are very cordial and genuinely helpful. Beautiful old Florida on the river. The clubhouse is a perfect, cozy spot for the entire family to enjoy when the weather isn’t cooperating. One of our new favorites!

Super nice people live here! It's really close to anything you could ever need. Walmart is right next door, fast food is within walking distance, the port is walking distance as well as many seafood restaurants on the water. Really really nice place

Very comfortable place to stay.
Privacy from the other camp spots in the yard but if your a trailer camper your door opens to a short fence and the apartments next door.
Very nice folks and great to have full power , water and dump on the site.

If you want a little more seclusion, ask about the primitive camping. They have 4 primitive sites and only allow up to 10 people total in all of the separate areas at one time.
